技术领域
本发明涉及环保木材技术领域,具体为一种新鲜竹子和香樟木结合的环保板材及其制备方法。
背景技术
楠竹是指一种毛竹,竹子的材质坚韧、硬度高,其本身的香气持久,且具有吸附性;而樟木,即香樟木,其具有独特香味,驱虫防霉,清香宜人。现今市场中,地板多种多样,但是竹子和樟木结合的地板很少出现,为了填补该空白,为此,我们提出一种新鲜竹子和香樟木结合的环保板材及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新鲜竹子和香樟木结合的环保板材及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新鲜竹子和香樟木结合的环保板材,包括樟木板材和若干竹片,樟木板材的底部连接支撑板,樟木板材的顶面中心对称开设有四个安装槽,相邻的安装槽之间设有间隙,樟木板材的中间位置形成一个“十字型”结构的隔条,竹片紧密排列在每个安装槽内并和樟木板材之间固定为一体结构。
优选的是,每相邻安装槽内的竹片之间相互垂直设置。
优选的是,竹片的表面设有耐磨层。
本发明还提出一种新鲜竹子和香樟木结合的环保板材的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
步骤一、准备新鲜竹子,除油烘干后制成若干竹片,让竹片脱水干燥后至完全硬化并将竹片的表面碳化处理,让每个竹片具有吸附能力;
步骤二、准备原樟木或者直接用樟树粉压制成的樟木板材,樟木板材要脱水干燥处理,再在樟木板材表面中心对称开设有四个安装槽,安装槽的侧面要贯穿樟木板材侧面;
步骤三、将步骤一中的竹片排列在安装槽内并且紧密排列,让竹片与竹片之间、以及竹片和樟木板材之间不留缝隙,樟木板材和竹片之间通过MDI水性生态胶粘连在一起;
步骤四、制备支撑板,支撑板位于樟木板材下方,并且支撑板的边缘将樟木板材、竹片的边缘进行包裹;其中,支撑板按重量份包括塑料树脂50-100份,纳米二氧化钛10-20份,纳米银10-20份,纳米铜10-20份,将塑料树脂加热至熔融状态,将塑料树脂、纳米二氧化、纳米银和纳米铜加入塑料树脂中,然后持续搅拌至充分混合后,通过模具压制成型,挤出平压线,确保表面平整度细面,即可制得支撑板;
步骤五、让支撑板和樟木板材之间通过MDI水性生态胶粘连在一起,即可制得环保板材,其中,MDI水性生态胶按重量份包括:二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯10-15份、纯MDI 10-25份、多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯20-45份、聚合MDI的改性物10-15份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是,竹材脱水碳化处理后具有很强的吸附能力,能有效吸附空气中的有害气体,而且竹纤维表面结构平整、硬度高,竹子内的成分具有除醛、杀菌、防螨、防水防潮等功效;并且樟木质地坚韧,带有独特香味,香味持久,驱虫防霉,清香宜人,且竹材和樟木相互结合,结构牢固,膨胀率低,表面平整,不易变形。

本发明提出一种新鲜竹子和香樟木结合的环保板材,包括樟木板材3和若干竹片5,樟木板材3的底部连接支撑板4,樟木板材3的顶面中心对称开设有四个安装槽1,相邻的安装槽1之间设有间隙,樟木板材3的中间位置形成一个“十字型”结构的隔条2,竹片5紧密排列在每个安装槽1内并和樟木板材3之间固定为一体结构。隔条2本身属于樟木的本体,具有纹路,隔条2将竹片5进行分割,让隔条2的纹路和竹片5的纹路之间形成层次感。
优选的是,每相邻安装槽1内的竹片5之间相互垂直设置,因为竹片5本身具有自身的纹路,这样的设计可让竹片5之间的纹路相互垂直设置,使得模板更加美观。
优选的是,竹片5的表面设有耐磨层,例如PVC耐磨层等。
具体采用以下方法制备新鲜竹子和香樟木结合的环保板材,其包括以下步骤:
步骤一、准备新鲜竹子,除油烘干后制成若干竹片5,让竹片5脱水干燥后至完全硬化并将竹片5的表面碳化处理,让每个竹片5具有吸附能力;
步骤二、准备原樟木或者直接用樟树粉压制成的樟木板材3,樟木板材3要脱水干燥处理,再在樟木板材3表面中心对称开设有四个安装槽1,安装槽1的侧面要贯穿樟木板材3侧面;
步骤三、将步骤一中的竹片5排列在安装槽1内并且紧密排列,让竹片5与竹片5之间、以及竹片5和樟木板材3之间不留缝隙,樟木板材3和竹片5之间通过MDI水性生态胶粘连在一起;

在本发明中,支撑板4不仅起到对樟木板材3支撑防护的作用,而且支撑板4本身具备抗菌杀菌的功效,能有效防止樟木板材3的周围细菌滋生,让樟木板材3使用的更加长久。

实施例一
支撑板4按重量份包括塑料树脂50份,纳米二氧化钛10份,纳米银10份,纳米铜10份。
MDI水性生态胶按重量份包括:二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯10份、纯MDI 10份、多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯20份、聚合MDI的改性物10份。
实施例二
支撑板4按重量份包括塑料树脂60份,纳米二氧化钛15份,纳米银15份,纳米铜15份。

MDI水性生态胶按重量份包括:二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯15份、纯MDI 25份、多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯45份、聚合MDI的改性物15份。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (4)
1.一种新鲜竹子和香樟木结合的环保板材,其特征在于,包括樟木板材(3)和若干竹片(5),樟木板材(3)的底部连接支撑板(4),樟木板材(3)的顶面中心对称开设有四个安装槽(1),相邻的安装槽(1)之间设有间隙,樟木板材(3)的中间位置形成一个“十字型”结构的隔条(2),竹片(5)紧密排列在每个安装槽(1)内并和樟木板材(3)之间固定为一体结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新鲜竹子和香樟木结合的环保板材,其特征在于,每相邻安装槽(1)内的竹片(5)之间相互垂直设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新鲜竹子和香樟木结合的环保板材,其特征在于,竹片(5)的表面设有耐磨层。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种新鲜竹子和香樟木结合的环保板材的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
步骤一、准备新鲜竹子,除油烘干后制成若干竹片(5),让竹片(5)脱水干燥后至完全硬化并将竹片(5)的表面碳化处理,让每个竹片(5)具有吸附能力;
步骤二、准备原樟木或者直接用樟树粉压制成的樟木板材(3),樟木板材(3)要脱水干燥处理,再在樟木板材(3)表面中心对称开设有四个安装槽(1),安装槽(1)的侧面要贯穿樟木板材(3)侧面;
步骤三、将步骤一中的竹片(5)排列在安装槽(1)内并且紧密排列,让竹片(5)与竹片(5)之间、以及竹片(5)和樟木板材(3)之间不留缝隙,樟木板材(3)和竹片(5)之间通过MDI水性生态胶粘连在一起;
步骤四、制备支撑板(4),支撑板(4)位于樟木板材(3)下方,并且支撑板(4)的边缘将樟木板材(3)、竹片(5)的边缘进行包裹;其中,支撑板(4)按重量份包括塑料树脂50-100份,纳米二氧化钛10-20份,纳米银10-20份,纳米铜10-20份,将塑料树脂加热至熔融状态,将塑料树脂、纳米二氧化、纳米银和纳米铜加入塑料树脂中,然后持续搅拌至充分混合后,通过模具压制成型,挤出平压线,确保表面平整度细面,即可制得支撑板(4);
步骤五、让支撑板(4)和樟木板材(3)之间通过MDI水性生态胶粘连在一起,即可制得环保板材,其中,MDI水性生态胶按重量份包括:二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯10-15份、纯MDI10-25份、多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯20-45份、聚合MDI的改性物10-15份。
