Abstract
本发明公开了一种碳纤维覆膜布,涉及涂层布料技术领域;碳纤维覆膜布包括碳纤维布层和覆膜布层,碳纤维布层两侧各粘接有一层覆膜布层,此外还公开了碳纤维覆膜布制作方法;本发明碳纤维覆膜布具有耐磨、防水的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂层布料技术领域,特别是涉及一种碳纤维覆膜布及其制作方法。
背景技术
编织碳纤布因为具有质量较轻、强度较高的特性在日常生活中应用较多,但同时由于碳纤维纱暴露在外,在日常使用过程中容易出现摩擦破坏的现象,此外碳纤维材料防水性能差,这极大的限制了碳纤维布的适用范围。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种碳纤维覆膜布及其制作方法,以解决上述现有技术存在的问题,使其能够耐磨、防水。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:
本发明提供一种碳纤维覆膜布,包括碳纤维布层和覆膜布层,所述碳纤维布层两侧各粘接有一层所述覆膜布层。
优选地,所述覆膜布层为覆膜布层。
优选地,所述覆膜布层为PVC覆膜布层、TPU覆膜布层或EVA覆膜布层。
优选地,所述覆膜布层与所述碳纤维布层形状完全相同,所述覆膜布层表面积等于所述碳纤维布层表面积。
本发明还提供一种碳纤维覆膜布制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将碳纤维纱放置在纱架上,编织成型碳纤维布层;
S2:将准备好的耐磨防水膜材放置在膜材架上,牵引入加热机器,经过加热机器内加热板的加热作用使所述耐磨防水膜材软化,并在所述耐磨防水膜材一个侧面上均匀涂抹粘合剂;
S3:使软化的所述耐磨防水膜材覆有粘合剂的一侧贴在所述碳纤维布层一侧,并将所述碳纤维布层与所述耐磨防水膜材通过热压辊使所述耐磨防水膜材粘接于所述碳纤维布层一侧形成覆膜布层,收卷冷却;
S4:对所述碳纤维布层未覆盖有所述覆膜布层的一面重复上述步骤S2-S3,从而获得两面均带有所述覆膜布层的所述碳纤维覆膜布;
S5:将所述碳纤维覆膜布通过裁切机切去边缘多余的膜料。
优选地,在步骤S1中,将碳纤维纱放置在纱架上,进行穿筘、整经,设置好碳纤维覆膜布的经纬密度及纹路,生产出用来覆膜的碳纤维布层。
优选地,所述耐磨防水膜材为PVC材料、TPU材料或EPA材料制作而成。
优选地,所述粘合剂为聚氨酯粘合剂或丙烯酸粘合剂。
本发明相对于现有技术取得了以下技术效果:本发明提供了一种碳纤维覆膜布及其制作方法,通过在碳纤维覆膜布两侧外表面各粘接有一层覆膜布层,在保证了碳纤维覆膜布原有的高强度、轻质的优良特性外,增强了碳纤维覆膜布的耐磨防水特性,从而扩大了碳纤维覆膜布的适用范围,因此,本申请具有耐磨、防水的功能。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的目的是提供一种碳纤维覆膜布及其制作方法,以解决上述现有技术存在的问题,使其能够耐磨、防水。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,本发明提供一种碳纤维覆膜布,包括碳纤维布层2和覆膜布层1,碳纤维布层2两侧各粘接有一层覆膜布层1,覆膜布层1为耐磨防水材质制作,通过在碳纤维覆膜布两侧外表面各粘接有一层覆膜布层1,在保证了碳纤维覆膜布原有的高强度、轻质的优良特性外,增强了碳纤维覆膜布的耐磨防水特性,从而扩大了碳纤维覆膜布的适用范围。
覆膜布层为PVC覆膜布层、TPU覆膜布层或EVA覆膜布层,PVC材料、TPU材料与EVA材料都具有耐磨防水特性。
如图2所示,在本实施例中,覆膜布层与碳纤维布层2形状完全相同,覆膜布层表面积等于碳纤维布层2表面积,使得碳纤维覆膜布结构更加完整。
碳纤维覆膜布制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将碳纤维纱放置在纱架上,编织成型碳纤维布层2;
S2:将准备好的耐磨防水膜材放置在膜材架上,牵引入加热机器,经过加热机器内加热板的加热作用使耐磨防水膜材软化成为覆膜布层1,并在覆膜布层1上均匀涂抹粘合剂;
S3:使软化的耐磨防水膜材覆有粘合剂的一侧贴在碳纤维布层2一侧,并将碳纤维布层2与耐磨防水膜材通过热压辊,收卷冷却;
S4:对碳纤维布层2未覆盖有覆膜布层1的一面重复上述步骤S2-S3,从而获得两面均带有覆膜布层1的碳纤维覆膜布;
S5:将碳纤维覆膜布通过裁切机切去边缘多余的膜料;
通过上述制作方法,能够生产出两侧带有覆膜布层1的碳纤维覆膜布,从而增强了碳纤维覆膜布耐磨防水特性。
在本实施例中,在步骤S1中,将碳纤维纱放置在纱架上,进行穿筘、整经,设置好碳纤维覆膜布的经纬密度及纹路,生产出用来覆膜的碳纤维布层2,利用碳纤维覆膜布生产工艺生产用于覆膜的碳纤维布层2。
在本实施例中,耐磨防水膜材为PVC材料、TPU材料或EPA材料制作而成,PVC材料、TPU材料与EPA材料都具有耐磨防水特性。
在本实施例中,粘合剂为聚氨酯粘合剂或丙烯酸粘合剂,粘合剂为聚氨酯粘合剂或丙烯酸粘合剂具有极强的粘合性能,能够将覆膜布层1与碳纤维布层2粘合为一体,使得碳纤维布层2能够具有覆膜布层1的耐磨防水特性。

Claims (7)
1.一种碳纤维覆膜布,其特征在于:包括碳纤维布层和覆膜布层,所述碳纤维布层两侧各粘接有一层所述覆膜布层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碳纤维覆膜布,其特征在于:所述覆膜布层为PVC覆膜布层、TPU覆膜布层或EVA覆膜布层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的碳纤维覆膜布,其特征在于:所述覆膜布层与所述碳纤维布层形状完全相同,所述覆膜布层表面积等于所述碳纤维布层表面积。
4.一种碳纤维覆膜布制作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:将碳纤维纱放置在纱架上,编织成型碳纤维布层;
S2:将准备好的耐磨防水膜材放置在膜材架上,牵引入加热机器,经过加热机器内加热板的加热作用使所述耐磨防水膜材软化,并在所述耐磨防水膜材一个侧面上均匀涂抹粘合剂;
S3:使软化的所述耐磨防水膜材覆有粘合剂的一侧贴在所述碳纤维布层一侧,并将所述碳纤维布层与所述耐磨防水膜材通过热压辊使所述耐磨防水膜材粘接于所述碳纤维布层一侧形成覆膜布层,收卷冷却;
S4:对所述碳纤维布层未覆盖有所述覆膜布层的一面重复上述步骤S2-S3,从而获得两面均带有所述覆膜布层的所述碳纤维覆膜布;
S5:将所述碳纤维覆膜布通过裁切机切去边缘多余的膜料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的碳纤维覆膜布成形方法,其特征在于:在步骤S1中,将碳纤维纱放置在纱架上,进行穿筘、整经,设置好碳纤维覆膜布的经纬密度及纹路,生产出用来覆膜的碳纤维布层。
6.根据权利要求4所述的碳纤维覆膜布成形方法,其特征在于:所述耐磨防水膜材为PVC材料、TPU材料或EPA材料制作而成。
7.根据权利要求4所述的碳纤维覆膜布成形方法,其特征在于:所述粘合剂为聚氨酯粘合剂或丙烯酸粘合剂。
