本发明涉及一种番茄红素复合制剂,其各组分重量份数分别为:番茄红素15‑24份、紫苏油2‑4份、玉米胚芽油2‑5份、葵花籽油3‑8份、小麦胚芽油1‑3份、大豆卵磷脂0.5‑2份、杜仲籽油0.1‑0.8份、琉璃苣油0.1‑0.6份、红花籽油1‑2份、元宝枫籽油0.1‑0.4份、色拉油8‑20份、亚麻籽油3‑7份、维生素E油0.01‑0.1份。本发明所选取的原料配伍科学合理,共同作用能起到抗氧化、清除自由基的作用,同时还有降压,强心作用,是高血压、冠心病患者的食疗佳品。原料优选自天然植物,安全无副作用。

本发明涉及一种保健食品,尤其是一种番茄红素复合制剂。
背景技术
目前,市场上的番茄红素保健食品,都是以番茄红素为主要原料配以其他辅料制成的,没有复合其他抗氧化原料,效果单一,不明显。本发明的番茄红素复合制剂复合了紫苏油、葵花籽油、元宝枫籽油、亚麻籽油等多种富含不饱和脂肪酸的原料,产品效果明显。
发明内容
本发明提供一种番茄红素复合制剂,起到抗氧化、清除自由基的作用,原料来源于纯天然植物,可长期食用,无副作用。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:一种番茄红素复合制剂,其特征在于它由下述重量份数的原料共同混合加工制成:番茄红素15-24份、紫苏油2-4份、玉米胚芽油2-5份、葵花籽油3-8份、小麦胚芽油1-3份、大豆卵磷脂0.5-2份、杜仲籽油0.1-0.8份、琉璃苣油0.1-0.6份、红花籽油1-2份、元宝枫籽油0.1-0.4份、色拉油8-20份、亚麻籽油3-7份、维生素E油0.01-0.1份。
所述的一种番茄红素复合制剂,其选取的番茄红素中番茄红素的含量要大于80%,其剂型为软胶囊剂。
番茄红素是一种抗氧化剂,具有解毒作用,是维护人体健康不可缺少的营养素,在抗癌、预防心血管疾病、白内障及抗氧化上有显著的功能,并进而防止老化和衰老引起的多种退化性疾病。
食用富含番茄红素中的食物可以防止身体接触一种称为自由基的破坏分子。通过一个氧化的过程,自由基会对细胞造成伤害。长此以往,将有可能导致人体患上各种各样的慢性疾病。 一些研究表明从日常饮食中摄入足量的番茄红素可能减少患上两种慢性疾病的危险——心脏病和癌症。
亚麻籽油不饱和脂肪酸含量高,对皮肤具有优良的亲和力和渗透力,其所含的多种脂肪酸容易被皮肤吸收,用来补充皮肤所需要的脂质成分,修复干性皮肤和由于接触表面活性剂而损伤的皮肤脂肪酸水平,维持和增强皮肤细胞膜及间质的正常结构和功能;同时,亚麻籽油还可以在皮肤表面形成透气保水膜,减弱皮肤深层的水分损失,使皮肤保持湿润、光滑和弹性。
紫苏油、葵花籽油、红花籽油、元宝枫籽油、牡丹籽油均含有各种不同含量的不饱和脂肪酸,有利于抗氧化清除自由基、调节血脂。
本发明在传统食疗的基础上,搭配新资源食品,科学配伍,服用方便。各原料的有效因子充分发挥协同增效作用,起到抗氧化清除自由基、美化皮肤的作用,不含有激素,没有刺激性作用,可长期食用,安全无毒副作用。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明是一种番茄红素复合制剂,配方科学,原料易采购,制备简单,携带方便。其制备方法工艺合理,可操作性强,易实现规模化生产。

实施例1
一种番茄红素复合制剂,该保健食品制备成软胶囊,其组分及重量份数为:番茄红素含量大于80%的番茄红素22份、紫苏油3份、玉米胚芽油2份、葵花籽油4份、小麦胚芽油3份、大豆卵磷脂1份、杜仲籽油0.6份、琉璃苣油0.5份、红花籽油2份、元宝枫籽油0.2份、色拉油12份、亚麻籽油5份、维生素E油0.05份。将上述原料混合均匀,然后根据软胶囊常规制备工艺进行加工。
按照实施例配方,1000人进行试用,其中955人认为本发明在抗氧化美化皮肤方面具有显著的保健作用,满意率高达95.5%。
实施例2
一种番茄红素复合制剂,该保健食品制备成软胶囊,其组分及重量份数为:番茄红素含量大于80%的番茄红素18份、紫苏油2份、玉米胚芽油4份、葵花籽油6份、小麦胚芽油1份、大豆卵磷脂2份、杜仲籽油0.4份、琉璃苣油0.2份、红花籽油1份、元宝枫籽油0.3份、色拉油16份、亚麻籽油4份、维生素E油0.08份。将上述原料混合均匀,然后根据软胶囊常规制备工艺进行加工。
按照实施例配方,1000人进行试用,其中947人认为本发明在抗氧化美化皮肤方面具有显著的保健作用,满意率高达94.7%。

2.根据权利要求1所述,一种番茄红素复合制剂,其特征在于选取的番茄红素其番茄红素含量要大于80%。
3.根据权利要求1所述,一种番茄红素复合制剂,其特征在于上述原料混合均匀后,经软胶囊胶皮包裹后制成软胶囊剂。
