Referring to fig. 6, the mounting base 222 is further provided with two stoppers 25, the two stoppers 25 are respectively mounted on the mounting base 222 and respectively disposed inside the two pre-pressing blocks 232, and the two stoppers 25 respectively abut against two sides of the cutter base 223 along the first direction X and are used for stopping and limiting the terminal 210 when the terminal 210 is cut, so as to ensure the cutting precision of the terminal 210.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the driving structure 221 includes a first driving member 2211, a first link 2212, a second link 2213 and a guiding assembly. The first driving member 2211 is a motor and is configured to output a rotational motion, the first driving member 2211 is mounted on the vertical plate 50, one end of the first connecting rod 2212 is connected to the first driving member 2211, one end of the second connecting rod 2213 is hinged to the other end of the first connecting rod 2212, and the mounting base 222 is hinged to the other end of the second connecting rod 2213; the vertical plate 50 is provided with a guide seat 2214, the guide assembly is movably arranged on the guide seat 2214, and the guide assembly is connected with the mounting seat 222 and used for guiding the mounting seat 222 to move along a straight line. When the driving structure 221 of the present application is operating, at first, the first driving member 2211 outputs a rotational motion to drive one end of the first connecting rod 2212 to rotate, and then the other end of the first connecting rod 2212 pushes one end of the second connecting rod 2213 to move, and the mounting base 222 installed at the other end of the second connecting rod 2213 also moves along with the movement, and in addition, the guiding function of the guiding assembly enables the mounting base 222 to move only in a straight line, and then the second connecting rod 2213 can only move in a straight line. This application adds the direction subassembly through link mechanism and exports linear motion, its simple structure, and easy control. It should be understood that in other embodiments of the present application, the linear motion may be directly output by a linear cylinder or an air push rod, and the linear motion may also be output by a roller screw structure, a rack and pinion structure, a cam structure, and the like, which are not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the vertical plate 50 is further provided with a photoelectric sensor 2218, the emitting end and the receiving end of the photoelectric sensor 2218 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the other end of the first link 2212, and the movement of the other end of the first link 2212 is detected by the photoelectric sensor 2218, so as to determine whether the one-time cutting and assembling process is completed, and perform the next process.
Referring to fig. 4, the guide assembly includes a guide rod 2215, a guide block 2216 and a guide sleeve 2217, the guide rod 2215 is fixed on the guide seat 2214 and is vertically disposed, the guide block 2216 is sleeved on the guide rod 2215 and can slide on the guide rod 2215, the guide sleeve 2217 is sleeved between the guide rod 2215 and the guide block 2216 to protect the guide block 2216, and the mounting seat 222 is connected to the guide block 2216 and can slide along the guide rod 2215 along with the guide block 2216, so as to ensure that the mounting seat 222 moves along a straight line and moves stably, thereby ensuring the cutting accuracy of the terminal 210.
In this application, terminal material area conveyor 10 can carry two terminal material areas 200 in step to carry two terminals 210 that correspond on two terminal material areas 200 in step to cutting the station, thereby realize that two terminals 210 cut in step and synchronous equipment, and then improved the assembly efficiency that cuts of terminal 210.

According to the terminal feeding device, the second driving piece 11 drives the two pin wheels 12 to rotate synchronously, and the two pin wheels 12 are used for conveying the two terminal material belts 200, so that the two terminal material belts 200 are conveyed synchronously, and the two corresponding terminals 210 are conveyed to the cutting station synchronously; through the setting of pinwheel 12 surface projection 121 for terminal material area 200 is fixed a position accurately on pinwheel 12, and through the setting of pressure simultaneously, makes terminal material area 200 can be compressed tightly and pastes tightly on pinwheel 12, prevents that terminal material area 200 from beating at the in-process of carrying.
Referring to fig. 3, the output shaft of the second driving member 11 is connected to a first rotating shaft 14 through a coupling, the first rotating shaft 14 penetrates through the vertical plate 50 and is rotatably disposed on the vertical plate 50, and the two pinwheels 12 are respectively sleeved on the first rotating shaft 14 and are disposed at intervals along the first direction X. The two pressing wheels 13 are fixed on the vertical plate 50 through a second rotating shaft.
Referring to fig. 1, in order to prevent dust from entering the first driving member 2211 and the second driving member 11, the first driving member 2211 and the second driving member 11 are both disposed on the same side of the vertical plate 50 and covered by the cover 60.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 9, the terminal material tape conveying device 10 further includes a material guiding device 15, a material guiding plate 16 and two pressing plates 17; the material guiding device 15 is arranged at the input side of the pin wheel 12, and the material guiding device 15 is used for guiding and conveying the two terminal material belts 200 to the two pin wheels 12 respectively; the material guide plate 16 is arranged at the output side of the pinwheel 12, the material guide plate 16 is horizontally arranged and fixed on the vertical plate 50, two guide grooves 161 arranged at intervals along the first direction X are arranged on the material guide plate 16, both the two guide grooves 161 extend along the second direction Y, and the two guide grooves 161 are respectively used for guiding the two terminal material belts 200; the two pressing plates 17 are respectively arranged on the material guide plate 16, and the two pressing plates 17 are respectively covered on the two guide grooves 161 and used for limiting the two terminal material belts 200 in the two guide grooves 161. Specifically, two terminal tapes 200 extend obliquely from the lower sides of the two guide wheels 154 to the pinwheel 12, so that the terminal tapes 200 at a lower position can be guided and conveyed to the pinwheel 12 at a higher position.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the cutting and assembling device 20 further includes a waste material cutting assembly 26, and the waste material cutting assembly 26 is disposed on one side of the terminal cutting assembly 21 and is used for cutting the material strip with the terminals 210 cut off. Referring to fig. 1, the terminal cutting and assembling apparatus further includes a waste recycling assembly 30, wherein the waste recycling assembly 30 is disposed beside the waste cutting assembly 26, specifically, on a side of the waste cutting assembly 26 away from the terminal cutting assembly 21, and is configured to receive the cut material belt segment. In this application, the position of the waste upper cutter 262 and the waste chute 33 is set, so the first material guiding chute 31 and the second material guiding chute 32 are required to guide the material belt segment to the waste chute 33. In other embodiments of the present application, when the waste material cutting assembly 26 is located close to the waste material chute 33 and the height thereof is close to the waste material chute 33, the second material chute 32 may be omitted or both the first material chute 31 and the second material chute 32 may be omitted.
In a specific embodiment, the mother feeding device includes a transfer unit and a suction nozzle, the suction nozzle is installed at an output end of the transfer unit and is used for sucking the mother 300, the transfer unit can output a moving motion and transfer the mother 300 to a mother assembling station, and after both terminals 210 are assembled on the mother 300, the complete connector is transferred to the next process through the transfer unit and the suction nozzle. It is understood that in other embodiments of the present application, the mother substrate 300 may be supplied by other methods, such as directly conveying the mother substrate tape by the mother substrate conveying device, and sequentially conveying the mother substrate 300 to the mother substrate assembling station, and sequentially outputting the assembled connectors, which is not limited herein.

Claims (10)

1. A terminal cutting and assembling apparatus for fitting a terminal of a connector to a mother body, comprising:
the parent body feeding device is used for transferring the parent body to a parent body assembling station;
the terminal material belt conveying device is used for conveying two terminal material belts and sequentially conveying the terminals on the two terminal material belts to two corresponding cutting stations;
and the cutting and assembling device is used for cutting two terminals positioned on two cutting stations from the two terminal material belts respectively and moving the two terminals to be assembled at the two opposite ends of the matrix respectively.
2. The terminal cutting assembly apparatus of claim 1, wherein the cutting assembly includes two terminal cutting assemblies and a driving assembly, the driving assembly is connected to the two terminal cutting assemblies respectively, and the driving assembly can drive the two terminal cutting assemblies to cut the two terminals respectively and drive the two terminals to move respectively to be assembled to the two opposite ends of the mother body.
3. The terminal trimming and assembling apparatus of claim 2, wherein the driving assembly comprises:
a drive structure;
the mounting seat is connected with the output end of the driving structure and can be driven by the driving structure to move;
the cutter seat is arranged on the mounting seat and can fix the two cut terminals on the cutter seat;
the terminal cutting assembly comprises a terminal lower cutter and a terminal upper cutter, the two terminal lower cutters are respectively arranged on the cutter seats, and the two terminal upper cutters are respectively arranged on the two cutting stations.
4. The terminal cutting and assembling device according to claim 3, wherein the cutting and assembling device further comprises:
the prepressing assembly is arranged on the mounting seat and is used for elastically pressing the terminal material belt in advance before the terminal is cut;
the positioning pin is installed on the installation seat and used for being pre-pressed on the terminal material belt and being matched with the terminal material belt in an inserting mode to position the terminal material belt.
5. The terminal trimming and assembling apparatus of claim 3, wherein the driving structure comprises:
a first drive member for outputting a rotational motion;
one end of the first connecting rod is connected with the first driving piece;
one end of the second connecting rod is hinged with the other end of the first connecting rod, and the mounting seat is hinged with the other end of the second connecting rod;
and the guide assembly is connected with the mounting seat and used for guiding the mounting seat to move along a straight line.
6. The terminal cutting and assembling equipment as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the terminal material belt conveying device comprises:
a second driving member;
the two pinwheels are respectively connected with the second driving piece and can synchronously rotate under the driving of the second driving piece; the surface of the pinwheel is uniformly distributed with convex columns used for positioning the terminal material belt along the circumferential direction;
the two pressing wheels correspond to the two pin wheels respectively and are used for pressing the two terminal material belts on the surfaces of the two pin wheels respectively.

The terminal cutting and assembling equipment as claimed in claim 6, wherein the terminal material tape conveying device further comprises a material guiding device, a material guiding plate and a pressing plate; the material guide device is arranged on the input side of the pin wheel and is used for guiding the two terminal material belts to the two pin wheels respectively; the material guide plate is arranged on the output side of the pin wheel, and two guide grooves for guiding the two terminal material belts are formed in the material guide plate; the pressing plate is arranged on the material guide plate and used for limiting the terminal material belt in the guide groove.

The terminal cutting and assembling device as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the cutting and assembling device further comprises a waste cutting component arranged on one side of the terminal cutting component, and the waste cutting component is used for cutting the material belt with the cut terminals in sections.
9. The terminal trimming assembly apparatus of claim 8, further comprising a scrap recycling assembly disposed alongside the scrap trimming assembly, the scrap recycling assembly configured to receive the trimmed strap section.

The terminal cutting and assembling equipment as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the matrix supply device comprises a transfer component and a suction nozzle, the suction nozzle is mounted at an output end of the transfer component and is used for sucking the matrix to transfer the matrix to the matrix assembling station.
