Abstract

本发明公开了一种基于红曲色素的非水介质染色方法,包括以下步骤,1)配制浓度为5~80g/L的红曲米粉染液,然后将红曲米粉染液与硅氧烷按照体积比为1∶9~1∶50配制成红曲色素/硅氧烷体系染液,超声处理;2)将待染物浸入到上述红曲色素/硅氧烷体系染液中,常温入染,然后升温至60‑100℃,染色5min‑90min,最后取出染物,降至常温,再经皂洗除去未固着的染料。本发明能够有效提高天然红曲色素对纺织品的上染量,提高了染料的利用率,并且提高其耐水色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度。同时,染色过程仅需要用到极少量的水,有效减少了染色过程中的用水量和废水量,实现了染色过程的清洁化生产。

一种基于红曲色素的非水介质染色方法
技术领域
本发明涉及染整加工技术领域,特别涉及一种基于红曲色素的非水介质染色方法。
背景技术
红曲色素是由红曲霉属的丝状真菌经过发酵而合成的天然、无毒、安全可靠的天然食用色素,目前主要应用于食品行业、医药和化妆品等领域。与其他天然色素相比,红曲色素性质稳定,具有良好的耐热性和耐光性,且对蛋白质的着色性能极佳。近年来,人们开始开发红曲色素作为染料在纺织品染色方面的潜力。但是红曲色素作为染料进行蛋白纤维及类似物染色时,其与纤维的亲和力较差,且由于其具有优异的水溶性,导致红曲色素上染率和固色率不高,需要借助媒染剂和其他方法才能获得较深的颜色,在染色过程中会产生大量含重金属的废水,有悖于清洁染整的发展趋势。因此需要开发红曲色素的非水介质染色,在获得较深颜色的同时减少废水的产生,从而实现纺织品安全、绿色、可持续发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种基于红曲色素的非水介质染色方法,该方法能够提高天然红曲色素对蛋白纤维及其类似物的上染效果,并且不会排放含有重金属离子的工业废水。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种基于红曲色素的非水介质染色方法,包括以下步骤:
1)染色体系配制
配制浓度为5~80g/L的红曲米粉染液,然后将红曲米粉染液与硅氧烷按照体积比为1∶9~1∶50配制成红曲色素/硅氧烷体系染液,超声处理;
2)染色:将待染物浸入到上述红曲色素/硅氧烷体系染液中,常温入染,然后升温至60-100℃,染色5min-90min,最后取出染物,降至常温,再经皂洗除去未固着的染料。
进一步的,所述红曲米粉染液的配制方法如下:将红曲米粉溶解到水中,使其浓度为5~80g/L,然后用醋酸调整其pH为2~6。
进一步的,所述红曲米粉为植物或微生物来源的红曲米粉。
进一步的,所述超声处理时间为10min-60min
进一步的,所述升温速率为2-2.5℃/min。
进一步的,所非水介质还可以是石蜡等,即可以将硅氧烷用石蜡等代替。
本发明能够有效提高天然红曲色素对纺织品的上染量,提高了染料的利用率,并且提高其耐水色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度。同时,染色过程仅需要用到极少量的水,有效减少了染色过程中的用水量和废水量,实现了染色过程的清洁化生产。
具体实施方式
实施例1
红曲色素/硅氧烷体系染色
1)染液配制
将红曲米粉溶解到水中,使红曲米粉染液的浓度为40g/L,用醋酸调整染液pH为3.5。
2)染色步骤
移取4mL红曲米粉染液,加入硅氧烷直至溶液总体积达到40mL,在超声波仪器中室温搅拌处理30min,得到红曲色素/硅氧烷体系染液。
称取2g锦纶,将锦纶织物浸入到配制好的红曲色素/硅氧烷体系染液中,常温入染,并以2℃/min的速度升温至80℃,80℃染色30min,最后取出样品降至常温,再经皂洗除去未固着的染料,完成对纤维的染色。
对比例1
红曲色素/水体系染色
1)染液配制
将红曲米粉溶解到水中,使红曲米粉染液的浓度为40g/L,用醋酸调整染液pH为3.5。
2)染液步骤
移取4mL红曲米粉染液,加入水直至溶液总体积达到40mL,在超声波仪器中室温搅拌处理30min,得到红曲色素/水体系染液。
称取2g锦纶织物,将其浸入到配制好的红曲色素/水体系染液,常温入染,并以2℃/min的速度升温至80℃,80℃染色30min,最后取出样品降至常温,再经皂洗除去未固着的染料,完成对纤维的染色。

由表1可知,采用本发明的非水介质染色方法,K/S值明显提高,上染效果得到明显增强。
实施例2
红曲色素/硅氧烷体系染色
1)染液配制
红曲米粉溶解到水中,使红曲米粉染液的浓度为40g/L,用醋酸调整染液pH为4.5。
2)染色步骤
移取4mL红曲米粉染液,加入硅氧烷溶液直至溶液总体积达到40mL,在超声波仪器中室温搅拌处理30min,得到红曲色素/硅氧烷体系染液。
称取2g羊毛纤维,将其浸入到配制好的红曲色素/硅氧烷体系染液中,常温入染,并以2℃/min的速度升温至90℃,90℃染色30min,最后取出样品降至常温,再经皂洗除去未固着的染料,完成对纤维的染色。
对比例2
红曲色素/水体系染色
1)染液配制

1.一种基于红曲色素的非水介质染色方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)染色体系配制
将红曲米粉溶解到水中,使其浓度为5~80g /L,然后用醋酸调整其pH为2~6,得到红曲米粉染液,然后将红曲米粉染液与硅氧烷按照体积比为1∶9~1∶50配制成红曲色素/硅氧烷体系染液,超声处理10min-60min;
2)染色:将待染物浸入到上述红曲色素/硅氧烷体系染液中,常温入染,然后升温至60-100℃,染色5min-90min,最后取出染物,降至常温,再经皂洗除去未固着的染料。
