When the moisture measuring table 21 is in the first inclined state and the enclosing table 24 is in the third inclined state, the moisture measuring table 21 and the enclosing table 24 are coplanar, and at the moment, the garbage can be guided into the containing bin corresponding to the third inclined state; when the moisture measuring table 21 is in the second inclined state and the enclosure table 24 is in the fourth inclined state, the moisture measuring table 21 and the enclosure table 24 are flush with each other, and at this time, the garbage can be guided into the storage bin corresponding to the fourth inclined state. That is, since the moisture measuring table 21 is driven alone to guide the garbage into two different types of storage bins and the moisture measuring table 21 and the enclosing table 24 are driven simultaneously to guide the garbage into two other different types of storage bins, the garbage can be guided into four different types of storage bins by the cooperation of the moisture measuring table 21 and the enclosing table 24.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the plurality of bins are specifically a first bin 121, a second bin 131, a third bin 141 and a fourth bin 151 arranged in sequence; when the moisture measuring table 21 is in the first inclined state and the enclosure table 24 is in the third inclined state, the garbage falls into the first storage bin 121; when the moisture measuring table 21 is in the second inclined state and the enclosure table 24 is in the fourth inclined state, the garbage falls into the fourth storage bin 151; when the moisture measuring table 21 is in the first inclined state and the enclosure table 24 is in the second holding state, the garbage falls into the second storage bin 131; when the moisture measuring table 21 is in the second inclined state and the enclosure table 24 is in the second receiving state, the garbage falls into the third storage container 141.
In some specific embodiments, the first receiving bin 121 is used for receiving metal garbage, the second receiving bin 131 is used for receiving bottle-shaped garbage, the third receiving bin 141 is used for receiving wet garbage, and the fourth receiving bin 151 is used for receiving other garbage. Therefore, when the metal sensor 22 identifies that the garbage is metal garbage, the first driving member 31 drives the moisture measuring table 21 to rotate for a predetermined rotation to switch to the first inclined state, and the second driving member 32 drives the surrounding table 24 to rotate to switch to the third inclined state, so that the garbage is guided into the first accommodating bin 121; when the image recognition component 23 recognizes that the garbage is bottle-shaped garbage, the first driving component 31 drives the moisture measuring table 21 to rotate so as to switch to a first inclined state, and the second driving component 32 drives the enclosing table 24 to rotate so as to switch to a second holding state, so that the garbage is guided into the second accommodating bin 131; when the moisture measuring table 21 recognizes that the garbage is wet garbage, the first driving member 31 drives the moisture measuring table 21 to rotate so as to switch to the second inclined state, and the second driving member 32 drives the enclosing table 24 to rotate so as to switch to the second bearing state, so that the garbage is guided into the third accommodating bin 141; when the moisture measuring table 21 recognizes that the garbage is not wet garbage, that is, other garbage, the first driving member 31 drives the moisture measuring table 21 to rotate to switch the second inclination state, and the second driving member 32 drives the surrounding table 24 to rotate to switch to the fourth inclination state, so as to guide the garbage into the fourth accommodating bin 151.
It should be noted that the garbage categories stored in the first storage bin 121, the second storage bin 131, the third storage bin 141, and the fourth storage bin 151 may also be adjusted, and only the corresponding relationship between the identification information and the preset angle needs to be adjusted in the control module 40.
In some implementations, the moisture measuring station 21 is coplanar with the enclosure station 24 when the moisture measuring station 21 is in the first resting state and the enclosure station 24 is in the second resting state. Therefore, when no garbage is thrown in, the moisture measuring table 21 is in a first bearing state, and the enclosing table 24 is in a second bearing state; when the garbage needs to be guided into the first accommodating bin 121, the control module 40 can control the moisture measuring table 21 and the enclosing table 24 to rotate by the same angle so as to be respectively switched to a first inclined state and a third inclined state; when the garbage needs to be introduced into the fourth storage bin 151, the control module 40 can control the moisture measuring table 21 and the enclosing table 24 to rotate by the same angle, so as to switch to the second inclined state and the fourth inclined state, respectively.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the box 10 includes a housing 11 having an accommodating space and a plurality of cartridges disposed in the accommodating space, and the cartridges form an accommodating chamber.
In some specific embodiments, the cartridge is specifically a first cartridge 12, a second cartridge 13, a third cartridge 14, and a fourth cartridge 15, the first cartridge 12 forms a first housing compartment 121, the second cartridge 13 forms a second housing compartment 131, the third cartridge 14 forms a third housing compartment 141, and the fourth cartridge 15 forms a fourth housing compartment 151. The first cartridge 12, the second cartridge 13, the third cartridge 14 and the fourth cartridge 15 may be an integrated structure or a split structure.
In one embodiment, the housing 11 includes a main housing 111 and a door 112 forming an accommodating space with the main housing 111, and the door 112 is higher than the cartridge in a vertical direction to facilitate taking out the cartridge for cleaning and arranging the accommodating compartment.
In some embodiments, there are two door panels 112, and the two door panels 112 are pivotally connected to the main housing 111, and the two door panels 112 can move relatively far apart to open the box 10 and can move relatively close to close the box 10.
In one embodiment, referring to FIG. 1, the trash can further includes a locking device 60 for locking the door panel 112, wherein the locking device 60 can be configured as a combination lock.
Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment, the garbage can further comprises a spraying device 50 disposed in the housing 10, wherein the spraying device 50 is used for deodorizing and sterilizing the garbage in the storage bin; the spraying device 50 is electrically connected with the control module 40, and the control module 40 controls the spraying device 50 to regularly spray disinfectant to the garbage in the accommodating bin so as to realize deodorization treatment and disinfection treatment.
In some specific embodiments, the number of the spraying devices 50 is several, and the several spraying devices 50 correspond to the several accommodating bins one by one; specifically, the number of the spray devices 50 is four.
In one embodiment, a plurality of spray devices 50 are sequentially arranged on the door panel 112, and when the door panel 112 is opened, the spray devices 50 can be conveniently supplemented with disinfectant. It should be noted that the spraying device 50 is higher than the cartridge case to spray the sterilizing liquid into the receiving chamber.
Referring to fig. 6, in an embodiment, the trash can further includes a plurality of correlation sensors 70 electrically connected to the control module 40, respectively, and the plurality of correlation sensors 70 are respectively used for sensing whether the plurality of receiving bins are in a full state. Specifically, when the correlation sensor 70 is occluded, it indicates that the housing bin is full.
In addition, the box body 10 is provided with an indicator electrically connected with the control module 40, and when the opposite-direction sensor 70 detects that the containing bin is full, the control module 40 controls the indicator to send out a bin full indication to remind a worker to carry out and replace the cartridge.
In some specific embodiments, the indicator may be embodied as an indicator light, an indicator player, or an indicator screen, etc.
Referring to fig. 7, for the intelligent classification garbage can 100, the present invention further provides a classification and identification method, including:
101. the classification recognition platform module 20 recognizes the category of the received garbage and transmits the recognition information to the control module 40;
102. the control module 40 controls the driving module 30 to drive the classification and identification platform module 20 to rotate at a preset angle corresponding to the identification information.
In this embodiment, firstly, the classified recognition platform module 20 receives and classifies and recognizes garbage, and meanwhile, the classified recognition platform module 20 sends the recognition information to the control module 40, the control module 40 sends a control instruction to the driving module 30 according to the recognition information, the control instruction enables the driving module 30 to drive the classified recognition platform to rotate at a preset angle, and the preset angle corresponds to the recognition information, namely, the classified recognition platform module 20 is driven to rotate at different angles according to different recognition information, so that garbage falls into different accommodating bins, and classified garbage putting is realized.
In one embodiment, referring to FIG. 8, identifying the category of the received spam by the taxonomy identification platform module 20 includes:
201. the classification recognition platform module 20 recognizes whether the received garbage is classified into metal-type garbage.
In this embodiment, the classification and identification platform module 20 includes a metal sensor 22, and the metal sensor 22 identifies the garbage to determine whether the garbage belongs to the metal garbage.
Specifically, referring to fig. 9, the step of identifying whether the received garbage is classified into the metal garbage by the classification and identification platform module 20 includes:
301. the classification recognition platform module 20 recognizes that the received garbage belongs to metal garbage, and the control module 40 controls the driving module 30 to drive the classification recognition platform module 20 to rotate by a preset angle taking the corresponding recognition information as the metal garbage;
302. the classification recognition platform module 20 recognizes that the received garbage does not belong to the metal garbage, and continues the recognition.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 8, the step of identifying the category of the received garbage by the classification recognition platform module 20 further comprises, after the classification recognition platform module 20 identifies that the received garbage does not belong to the metal-based garbage,
202. the classification recognition platform module 20 recognizes whether the received garbage is classified into bottle-shaped garbage.
In this embodiment, the classification and identification platform module 20 further includes an image identification component 23, and identifies the trash through the image identification component 23 to determine whether the trash belongs to bottle-shaped trash, where the bottle-shaped trash may be made of plastic or glass material.
Specifically, referring to fig. 10, the step of identifying whether the received garbage belongs to the bottle-shaped garbage by the classification and identification platform module 20 includes:
401. the classification recognition platform module 20 recognizes that the received garbage belongs to the bottle-shaped garbage, and the control module 40 controls the driving module 30 to drive the classification recognition platform module 20 to rotate by a preset angle taking the corresponding recognition information as the bottle-shaped garbage;
402. the classification recognition platform module 20 recognizes that the received garbage does not belong to the bottle-shaped garbage, and continues recognition.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 8, identifying the category of the received spam by the classification identification platform module 20 further comprises: the classification recognition platform module 20 recognizes that the received garbage does not belong to the bottle-shaped garbage,
203. the classification recognition platform module 20 recognizes whether the received garbage is wet garbage.
In this embodiment, the classification and identification platform module 20 further includes a moisture measuring platform 21, and the garbage is identified by the moisture measuring platform 21 to determine whether it belongs to wet garbage.
Specifically, referring to fig. 11, the classification recognition platform module 20 recognizing whether the received garbage is wet garbage includes:
501. the classification recognition platform module 20 recognizes that the received garbage belongs to wet garbage, and the control module 40 controls the driving module 30 to drive the classification recognition platform module 20 to rotate by a preset angle taking the corresponding recognition information as wet garbage;
502. if the classification recognition platform module 20 recognizes that the received garbage belongs to other garbage, the control module 40 controls the driving module 30 to drive the classification recognition platform module 20 to rotate by a preset angle with the corresponding recognition information as other garbage.
The classification and identification method provided by the invention has the sequence of metal garbage → bottle-shaped garbage → wet garbage → other garbage, so that the wet garbage is separated from the dry garbage, and the dry garbage is further divided into metal garbage, bottle-shaped garbage and other garbage, and the metal garbage is separated firstly, so that the inaccurate division of the wet garbage and the dry garbage caused by the voltage reaction of the moisture measuring table 21 to metal is prevented; after the metal garbage is separated, separating bottle-shaped garbage, wherein the bottle-shaped garbage is generally plastic and glass, so as to prevent the bottle-shaped garbage from being identified as wet garbage due to water drops attached to the outside of the bottle, and therefore the bottle-shaped garbage is identified before the wet garbage is identified, so that the garbage classification accuracy is improved; and finally, identifying the wet garbage, and identifying the wet garbage and other garbage.

It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Claims (21)

1. An intelligent classification dustbin, its characterized in that includes:
the garbage bin comprises a bin body, a garbage bin body and a garbage bin cover, wherein the bin body is provided with a throwing opening for throwing garbage and a plurality of accommodating bins for accommodating different types of garbage;
the classification and identification platform module is rotatably arranged in the box body and is used for receiving the garbage thrown in through the throwing port and performing classification and identification;
the driving module is used for driving the classification and identification platform module to rotate so as to enable the garbage to fall into the corresponding accommodating bin;
and the control module is arranged in the box body and is electrically connected with the classification and identification platform module and the driving module, and the control module receives the identification information of the classification and identification platform module and controls the driving module to drive the classification and identification platform module to rotate at a preset angle corresponding to the identification information according to the identification information.
2. The intelligent classification garbage can of claim 1, wherein the classification recognition platform module comprises a moisture determination platform for receiving unidentified garbage, the moisture determination platform is used for identifying whether the garbage on the platform belongs to wet garbage, and is electrically connected with the control module.
3. The intelligent classification garbage can of claim 2, wherein the classification recognition platform module further comprises a metal sensor electrically connected with the control module, and the metal sensor is used for recognizing whether the garbage on the moisture determination platform is classified as metal garbage.
4. The intelligent sortation bin as claimed in claim 3, wherein said classification recognition platform module further comprises an image recognition component electrically connected to said control module.
5. The intelligent sorting bin of claim 4, wherein the image recognition component is configured to recognize whether the trash at the moisture measuring station is classified as bottle type trash.
6. The intelligent sortation bin of claim 5, wherein said moisture determination station has a first resting state, a first tilted state, and a second tilted state;
the driving module comprises a first driving piece electrically connected with the control module, and the first driving piece is used for driving the moisture measuring table to be switched among the first bearing state, the first inclination state and the second inclination state.
7. The intelligent sortation bin of claim 6, wherein said moisture determining station in said first holding position is tilted in a first direction to switch to said first tilted position, said moisture determining station in said first holding position is tilted in a second direction to switch to said second tilted position, and said first direction is opposite said second direction.
8. The intelligent classification garbage can of claim 6, wherein the classification and identification platform module further comprises a surrounding platform with a notch, and the moisture measuring platform is rotatably embedded in the notch;
the surrounding table is provided with a second bearing state, a third inclined state and a fourth inclined state;
the driving module further comprises a second driving piece electrically connected with the control module, and the second driving piece is used for driving the enclosure platform to be switched among the second bearing state, the third inclination state and the fourth inclination state;
when the moisture measuring table is in the first inclined state and the enclosing table is in the third inclined state, the moisture measuring table and the enclosing table are coplanar; when the moisture measuring table is in the second inclined state and the enclosure table is in the fourth inclined state, the moisture measuring table and the enclosure table are coplanar.
9. The intelligent classification garbage can according to claim 8, wherein the plurality of the storage bins are a first storage bin, a second storage bin, a third storage bin and a fourth storage bin which are arranged in sequence;
when the moisture measuring table is in the first inclined state and the enclosing table is in the third inclined state, the garbage falls into the first accommodating bin;
when the moisture measuring table is in the second inclined state and the enclosing table is in the fourth inclined state, the garbage falls into the fourth accommodating bin;
when the moisture measuring table is in the first inclined state and the enclosing table is in the second bearing state, the garbage falls into the second accommodating bin;
when the moisture measuring table is in the second inclined state and the enclosing table is in the second bearing state, the garbage falls into the third containing bin.
10. The intelligent sortation bin as claimed in claim 8, wherein said moisture measuring station is coplanar with said enclosure station when said moisture measuring station is in said first, bearing state and said enclosure station is in said second, bearing state.
11. The intelligent sorting dustbin of claim 1, wherein the bin body comprises a housing having an accommodating space and a plurality of cartridges disposed in the accommodating space, and the cartridges form the accommodating compartment.
12. The intelligent sorting trash bin of claim 11, wherein the housing comprises a main housing and a door panel forming the receiving space with the main housing, the door panel being vertically higher than the canister housing.
13. The intelligent classification garbage can of claim 12, further comprising a spraying device disposed in the box body and electrically connected to the control module, wherein the spraying device is used for periodically deodorizing and disinfecting the garbage in the storage bin.
14. The intelligent classification garbage can as claimed in claim 13, wherein the number of the spraying devices is several, and several spraying devices are arranged on the inner wall of the door panel in sequence corresponding to several accommodating chambers.
15. A classification recognition method applied to the intelligent classification garbage can according to any one of claims 1-14, comprising:
the classification identification platform module identifies the category of the received garbage and sends identification information to the control module;
the control module controls the driving module to drive the classification recognition platform module to rotate by a preset angle corresponding to the recognition information.
16. The method of claim 15, wherein the step of identifying the category of the received garbage by the classification identification platform module comprises:
the classification identification platform module identifies whether the received garbage belongs to metal garbage.
17. The classification recognition method of claim 16, wherein the classification recognition platform module recognizing whether the received garbage is classified as metal-based garbage comprises:
the classification recognition platform module recognizes that the received garbage belongs to metal garbage, and the control module controls the driving module to drive the classification recognition platform module to rotate by taking corresponding recognition information as a preset angle of the metal garbage;
and the classification identification platform module identifies that the received garbage does not belong to metal garbage, and then continues identification.
18. The method of claim 17, wherein the step of identifying the category of the received garbage by the classification identification platform module further comprises:
after the classification and identification platform module identifies that the received garbage does not belong to metal garbage, the classification and identification platform module identifies whether the received garbage belongs to bottle-shaped garbage.
19. The classification recognition method of claim 18, wherein the classification recognition platform module recognizing whether the received garbage is classified as bottle-shaped garbage comprises:
the classification and identification platform module identifies that the received garbage belongs to bottle-shaped garbage, and the control module controls the driving module to drive the classification and identification platform module to rotate by taking corresponding identification information as a preset angle of the bottle-shaped garbage;
and the classification identification platform module identifies that the received garbage does not belong to the bottle-shaped garbage, and then continues to identify.
20. The method of claim 19, wherein the step of identifying the category of the received garbage by the classification identification platform module further comprises:
and identifying whether the received garbage does not belong to the bottle-shaped garbage at the classification and identification platform module, and identifying whether the received garbage is wet garbage or not at the classification and identification platform module.
21. The classification recognition method of claim 20, wherein the classification recognition platform module recognizing whether the received garbage is wet garbage comprises:
the classification recognition platform module recognizes that the received garbage belongs to wet garbage, and the control module controls the driving module to drive the classification recognition platform module to rotate by a preset angle taking corresponding recognition information as wet garbage;
if the classification recognition platform module recognizes that the received garbage belongs to other garbage, the control module controls the driving module to drive the classification recognition platform module to rotate by taking corresponding recognition information as a preset angle of the other garbage.
