Abstract
本发明涉及一种TPE‑无纺布复合材料,其由热塑性弹性体层与无纺布在线复合而成。所述热塑性弹性体层由性能层以及复合在性能层两侧的功能层构成。所述功能层为茂金属聚乙烯2040,所述性能层由质量比为25∶75的聚烯烃弹性体875L和TPE 6002‑75L混合而成。本发明还涉及上述复合材料的制备方法。本发明的复合材料的成本低、初始拉伸强度高且易于加工和印刷。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种TPE-无纺布复合材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,用于制作手术洞巾、检查洞巾和局部隔离的材料主要为130g/m2的100%热塑性弹性体TPE,原料单价在4万元/吨以上,价格昂贵。为了便于固定和使用,大多需要在热塑性弹性体TPE上粘贴双面胶或涂胶,部分甚至需要印刷,而TPE本身的热塑性(高弹、高回缩)决定了其表面涂覆与着色性能较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种成本低、初始拉伸强度高且易于加工和印刷的TPE-无纺布复合材料及其制备方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种TPE-无纺布复合材料,其由热塑性弹性体层与无纺布在线复合而成。
其中,所述热塑性弹性体层由性能层以及复合在性能层两侧的功能层构成。
其中,所述功能层为茂金属聚乙烯2040,所述性能层由质量比为25∶75的聚烯烃弹性体875L和TPE 6002-75L混合而成。
其中,所述功能层、性能层和功能层的平米克重之比为2∶46∶2。
其中,所述无纺布为12g/m2 PP亲水无纺布。
一种上述TPE-无纺布复合材料的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)将两个功能层和性能层的原料分别经过挤出机加热塑化挤出,经过滤网过滤杂质并经过连接体保温至分配器分层,再由T型模头挤出成薄膜状,得到薄膜状的熔融物料;
(2)薄膜状的熔融物料经20℃循环水冷却的花辊、胶辊,在3MPa压力下,与PP亲水无纺布热压、冷却、定型,制成半成品;
(3)半成品经切边、高压电击处理获得成品材料。
制备方法的步骤(1)中,两个功能层原料由挤出机A和挤出机C分别加热塑化挤出,所述挤出机A和挤出机C的各区温度分别为:一区180℃、二区200℃、三区210℃、四区210℃;性能层原料由挤出机B加热塑化挤出,所述挤出机B的各区温度分别为:一区160℃、二区190℃、三区200℃、四区210℃、五区210℃。
制备方法的步骤(1)中,连接体和分配器的温度为210℃。
制备方法的步骤(1)中,所述分配器按照功能层、性能层、功能层进行分层并通过T型模头挤出成薄膜状。
制备方法的步骤(1)中,所述T型模头的各区温度分别为:一区210℃、二区210℃、三区210℃、四区210℃、五区210℃、六区210℃、七区210℃、八区210℃、九区210℃、十区210℃、十一区210℃。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、复合材料的总平米克重从以前常规的120 g/m2下降到62 g/ m2,原材料节约接近50%,减少原材料浪费近50%,原材料成本降低50%以上,减轻了材料使用造成的环境污染。
2、由于PP亲水无纺布的加入增加了复合材料的初始拉伸强度,使用时既有回弹性又不会变形,不影响其使用性能。
3、复合材料增加了表面的功能层,解决了TPE材料存在的粘性大、加工难、粘贴不牢、印刷掉色等加工难题。
具体实施方式
下面结合实例进一步详细描述本发明的技术方案,但本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
实施例
一种TPE-无纺布复合材料,其包括性能层以及复合在性能层两侧的功能层,其具体制备方法如下:
(1)将两个功能层原料(日本三井茂金属聚乙烯SP2040)分别经过挤出机A和挤出机C加热塑化挤出。挤出机A和挤出机C的各区温度为:一区180℃、二区200℃、三区210℃、四区210℃。
(2)将性能层的原料经过挤出机B加热塑化挤出。性能层原料包括聚烯烃弹性体875L(韩国SK的POE)和TPE 6002-75L(台橡(上海)实业有限公司),二者以质量比25∶75混合。挤出机B的各区温度为:一区160℃、二区190℃、三区200℃、四区210℃、五区210℃。
(3)挤出机A、挤出机B和挤出机C控制挤出量以控制各个层的层厚比例(功能层、性能层和功能层的平米克重之比为2∶46∶2),挤出物各自经过滤网过滤杂质并经过连接体保温至分配器,分配器按照功能层/性能层/功能层的顺序分层。连接体和分配器的温度均为210℃。
(4)分配器分层后由T型模头挤出成薄膜状,得到薄膜状的熔融物料;T型模头的各区温度为一区210℃、二区210℃、三区210℃、四区210℃、五区210℃、六区210℃、七区210℃、八区210℃、九区210℃、十区210℃、十一区210℃。
(5)薄膜状的熔融物料经20℃循环水冷却的花辊、胶辊,在3MPa下,与12g/m2 PP亲水无纺布压合的同时冷却、定型,制成半成品;
(6)半成品经切边(控制成品宽度)、高压电击(将茂金属聚乙烯表层经过高压放电冲击,使较平滑的表面处理成粗糙面,从而获得更优的粘合效果与着色效果)处理获得成品材料。
对比例
将实施例中制得的材料与TPE材料(FC-611)进行对比,结果如表1所示。

表1可见,实施例制得的总平米克重从以前的120 g/ m2下降到62 g/ m2,原材料节约接近50%,减少原材料浪费近50%,原材料成本降低50%以上,减轻了材料使用造成的环境污染。
由于PP无纺布的加入增加了产品的初始拉伸强度,在市场需求的主流产品初始拉力强度为12-20N范围内,62 g/m2的TPE与PP亲水无纺布复合材料初始拉力强度完全符合使用需求,使产品使用时既有回弹性又不会变形,不影响产品使用性能。
实施例较对比例而言,增加了表面功能层,解决了产品粘性大、加工难、粘贴不牢、印刷掉色等加工难题,增加了产品的市场竞争力。

1.一种TPE-无纺布复合材料,其特征在于,其由热塑性弹性体层与无纺布在线复合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种TPE-无纺布复合材料,其特征在于,所述热塑性弹性体层由性能层以及复合在性能层两侧的功能层构成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种TPE-无纺布复合材料,其特征在于,所述功能层为茂金属聚乙烯2040,所述性能层由质量比为25∶75的聚烯烃弹性体875L和TPE 6002-75L混合而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种TPE-无纺布复合材料,其特征在于,所述功能层、性能层和功能层的平米克重之比为2∶46∶2。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种TPE-无纺布复合材料,其特征在于,所述无纺布为12g/m2PP亲水无纺布。
6.一种权利要求5所述的TPE-无纺布复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,其包括如下步骤:
(1)将两个功能层和性能层的原料分别经过挤出机加热塑化挤出,经过滤网过滤杂质并经过连接体保温至分配器分层,再由T型模头挤出成薄膜状,得到薄膜状的熔融物料;
(2)薄膜状的熔融物料经20℃循环水冷却的花辊、胶辊,在3MPa压力下,与PP亲水无纺布热压、冷却、定型,制成半成品;
(3)半成品经切边、高压电击处理获得成品材料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,两个功能层原料由挤出机A和挤出机C分别加热塑化挤出,所述挤出机A和挤出机C的各区温度均为:一区180℃、二区200℃、三区210℃、四区210℃;性能层原料由挤出机B加热塑化挤出,所述挤出机B的各区温度分别为:一区160℃、二区190℃、三区200℃、四区210℃、五区210℃。
8.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,连接体和分配器的温度为210℃。
9.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述分配器按照功能层、性能层、功能层进行分层并通过T型模头挤出成薄膜状。
10.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述T型模头的各区温度分别为:一区210℃、二区210℃、三区210℃、四区210℃、五区210℃、六区210℃、七区210℃、八区210℃、九区210℃、十区210℃、十一区210℃。
