Abstract

本发明公开了一种透明护肤乳液及其制备方法,该透明护肤乳液按重量百分比计,包括油性原料10‑20wt%,乳化剂10‑20wt%,耦合剂2.5‑6wt%,防腐剂0.5wt%,香精0.05wt%,营养剂5wt%,余量为去离子水。本发明组分配比恰当,制备方法简单,制备得到的透明护肤乳液肤感优异,刺激性低,锁水保湿性能良好,适用于干性肌肤的护理。

一种透明护肤乳液及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及日用化工技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种透明护肤乳液及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高和社会的不断进步,化妆品已成为现代人生活中不可或缺的日常用品。健康的皮肤是润湿、柔软、富有弹性和光泽的,具有天然的保护功能。干性肌肤主要表现为皮肤发紧、干燥脱皮、出现缺水纹等。干性肌肤护理最重要一点是保证皮肤得到充足的水分,在选用化妆品时,其锁水保湿性能自然成了最重要的因素。
乳液类或奶液类的乳化制品多为含油量低的O/W型,又称润肤奶液或润肤蜜。其粘度低,流动性好,可在重力作用下倾倒,具有质地细腻、延展性好、易涂抹、不油腻的特点,使用后有舒适、滑爽的感觉,锁水保湿性能优越,对干性肌肤的护理有很好的效果。
但是现有技术中的乳液类护肤效果有限,且其成分复杂难以确保安全性,甚至还具有一定的刺激性,因此,如何提供一种温和无刺激的护肤乳液是本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种透明乳液及其制备方法,肤感优异,刺激性低,锁水保湿性能良好,适用于干性肌肤的护理。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
首先,本发明提供了一种透明护肤乳液,包括以下重量百分比的组分:
油性原料10-20%,乳化剂10-20%,耦合剂2.5-6%,防腐剂0.5%,香精 0.05%,营养剂1%,余量为去离子水。
优选的,所述油性原料为白矿油、棕榈酸异丙酯、辛酸三甘油酯、异十六醇中的一种或几种任意比混合。
优选的,所述乳化剂为月桂醇醚、椰油醇醚、十六醇醚中的一种或几种任意比混合。
优选的,所述耦合剂为聚乙二醇、丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇中的一种或几种任意比混合。
优选的,所述防腐剂为尼泊金甲酯或尼泊金丙酯中的一种或两种任意比混合。
优选的,所述营养剂为维生素E、氨基酸衍生物中的一种或几种任意比混合。
优选的,所述氨基酸衍生物为甘氨酸或β-丙氨酸。
此外,本发明还提供了一种如上技术方案所述的透明护肤乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量百分比称取原料油性原料、乳化剂、耦合剂、防腐剂、香精、营养剂和去离子水,备用;
(2)将油性原料、乳化剂、耦合剂、营养剂混合均匀后加入去离子水,加热到60-70℃搅拌至澄清透明溶液,然后冷却至室温后加入防腐剂和香精,搅拌混合均匀后即得透明护肤乳液。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明公开的技术方案有益效果如下:
本发明提供了一种透明护肤乳液及其制备方法,成分简单,且肤感优异,刺激性低,锁水保湿性能良好,适用于干性肌肤的护理,制备方法简便,适合大量生产。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
下述实施例中以各组分所占的重量百分比为计量单位。

上述实施例中的透明护肤乳液的制备方法均采用如下工艺:
按比例称取原料后,首先将油性原料、乳化剂、耦合剂、营养剂混合均匀后加入去离子水,加热60-70℃搅拌至澄清透明溶液,然后冷却至室温后加入防腐剂、香精,搅拌混合均匀后即得透明护肤乳液。
实验例
1)安全性测试
随机抽取60名20岁-40岁的女性志愿者,均分成3组,3组分别使用实施例1-3组分制得的乳液,测试时每天使用2-3次,每人每次使用0.4±0.1g。
受试者均未出现皮肤异感,使用效果良好。
2)控油性能
取实施例1-3制备的乳液,作为样品1-3;再选取15名志愿者为受试者,均分成3组,每组5名志愿者,每组志愿者分别对应测试一组样品。
测试时受试者使用基准洁面乳清洁面部,洁面擦干后使用皮肤油脂测试仪测量初始油脂量,在每个志愿者左脸涂测试样品0.05g,右脸不作任何处理, 5h后,使用皮肤油脂测试仪测试皮肤最终油脂量(ug/cm 2),每组数据取平均值,具体数据如下表所示:

3)保湿性能
取实施例1-3制备的乳液,作为样品1-3;再选取15名志愿者为受试者,均分成3组,每组5名志愿者,每组志愿者分别对应测试一组样品。
测试时将受试者的两手前臂内侧作为测试区,分别使用皮肤水分含量测试仪测试左前臂、右前臂的初始水分量,再将样品0.1g样品涂抹在左前臂,右前臂不做处理,使用时每间隔1h测试一次,至4h后停止,并使用前使用皮肤水分含量测试仪检测得到最终水分量(ug/cm2),每组数据取平均值,具体数据如下表所示:

结论:本发明组分配比恰当,制备得到的透明护肤乳液肤感优异,刺激性低,锁水保湿性能良好,适用于干性肌肤的护理。

Claims (8)

1.一种透明护肤乳液,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的组分:
油性原料10-20%,乳化剂10-20%,耦合剂2.5-6%,防腐剂0.5%,香精0.05%,营养剂1%,余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明护肤乳液,其特征在于,所述油性原料为白矿油、棕榈酸异丙酯、辛酸三甘油酯、异十六醇中的一种或几种任意比混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明护肤乳液,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为月桂醇醚、椰油醇醚、十六醇醚中的一种或几种任意比混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明护肤乳液,其特征在于,所述耦合剂为聚乙二醇、丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇中的一种或几种任意比混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明护肤乳液,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为尼泊金甲酯或尼泊金丙酯中的一种或两种任意比混合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明护肤乳液,其特征在于,所述营养剂为维生素E、氨基酸衍生物中的一种或几种任意比混合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种透明护肤乳液,其特征在于,所述氨基酸衍生物为甘氨酸或β-丙氨酸。
8.一种权利要求1-7所述的透明护肤乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量百分比称取原料油性原料、乳化剂、耦合剂、防腐剂、香精、营养剂和去离子水,备用;
(2)将油性原料、乳化剂、耦合剂、营养剂混合均匀后加入去离子水,加热到60-70℃搅拌至澄清透明溶液,然后冷却至室温后加入防腐剂和香精,搅拌混合均匀后即得透明护肤乳液。
