Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to a sunscreen cosmetic composition and application thereof in sunscreen cosmetics.
Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, the demand of consumers for sunscreen and sunscreen products is higher and higher nowadays. The damage of ultraviolet rays to human bodies can cause the problems of skin darkness, luster reduction, pigmentation, accelerated aging, spots, wrinkles and other premature aging, and even cause some irreparable damage, such as skin cancer possibly caused by the influence of ultraviolet rays for a long time.
The chemical sunscreen agent is high-polarity and thick-skin-feel sunscreen grease, and a large amount of chemical sunscreen agent is added when a product with a high sunscreen value is manufactured, so that the stability and skin-feel experience of the product are seriously influenced. Therefore, a large amount of skin feel improving agents are added to improve the skin feel experience of the product in most cases, and the cost of the sunscreen product is improved accordingly. Secondly, the higher the amount of chemical sunscreen added, the irritation is also increased, and there are sunscreen products that use physical sunscreens in combination with chemical sunscreens to increase the sun protection index. However, most of the sunscreen products with high sun protection index, which are obtained by matching a physical sunscreen agent with a chemical sunscreen agent, on the market at present are water-in-oil systems, the sunscreen property and the water resistance of the sunscreen products are high, but the skin feel is still greasy and thick, the experience feel is poor, and the problems of whitening, dryness, pore blockage and the like frequently occur when the physical sunscreen agent is added. For sunscreen products in an oil-in-water system, the skin feel experience is better, but the sun durability and water resistance are relatively poor.
Therefore, the development of a high-index sunscreen cosmetic which can reduce the addition amount of a chemical sunscreen agent, and has excellent water resistance, sweat resistance and skin feeling is demanded in the current market.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, the invention provides a sunscreen cosmetic composition which can effectively relieve irritation of sunscreen cosmetics, has good skin feeling experience, and can effectively improve sunscreen value, stability and water resistance of sunscreen cosmetics when the addition amount of a chemical sunscreen agent is reduced.

the inventor finds that the VP/eicosene copolymer not only has excellent water-resistant film-forming property, but also is beneficial to dispersing pigments and can bring gloss and smoothness effects to products; the formed film and the sun-screening agent have different refractive indexes, and when sunlight irradiates, light rays are subjected to more total reflection and refraction in media with different refractive indexes, so that the optical path is increased, the synergistic effect on the chemical sun-screening agent is achieved, and the sun-screening effect of a sun-screening product is improved. The VP/eicosene copolymer is used in the sunscreen formula, so that the skin is endowed with lasting wear resistance, flexibility, good adhesion and water resistance, the sunscreen index of the sunscreen cosmetic is effectively improved, the stability of the sunscreen formula is enhanced, the irritation of the product is relieved, and the skin feeling experience of the sunscreen cosmetic can be effectively improved under the condition of not adding a skin feeling modifier; under the condition of reducing the ratio of the chemical sunscreen agents, 1-8% of VP/eicosene copolymer is added to have obvious synergistic effect on both SPF (specific pathogen free) sunscreen value and PA (polyamide) sunscreen value, so that the irritation of the product is effectively relieved.

The sun protection value detection method comprises the following steps:
applying FilmQAPRO software in vitro UV detection method, adopting Gafchromic film (approximate skin tissue equivalence, precision of medical grade, average effective nuclear charge number Zeff 6.8, human skin Zeff 7.4. measuring material property change after receiving ray irradiation by charge number in the film, carrying out systematic analysis, dividing the film into two types of HD-V2 (for testing SPF value) and EBT-3 (for testing PA value)), smearing samples according to 2mg/cm2The components are weighed, evenly coated in a film, placed in a light-tight place for standing for 20min (film forming time), placed in a good light box simulating big sunlight and irradiated for 10 min. The charge number in the film is used for measuring the performance change of the material after being irradiated by rays, and then the irradiated film is analyzed and processed by FilmQAPRO software under a standard curve, and the result is shown in tables 2 and 3.
TABLE 2
TABLE 3
In-vitro UV detection results show that compared with comparative example 1, the SPF sun-screening value and the PA sun-screening value of the sun-screening sample with 1-8 wt% of VP/eicosene copolymer added in examples 1-4 are obviously improved. Wherein, the SPF value increase rate is 14-34%, and the PA value increase rate is 6-25%. Examples 5 to 6 can still reach the expected value by adding 1% to 8% of VP/eicosene copolymer when the addition ratio of the sunscreen agent is reduced. The addition of 1-8% of VP/eicosene copolymer is shown to have synergistic capability for sunscreen products.
Stability of VP/eicosene copolymer in sunscreen samples
The stability test method comprises the following steps:
1) placing the mixture in an electric heating constant temperature incubator at 40-50 ℃ for 24h, 72h, 7d, 14d and 30d, and observing the stability of the mixture after the temperature is recovered;
2) storing at-18 deg.C for 24h, 72h, 7d, 14d, 30d, and observing stability after recovering room temperature;
3) the stability was observed after long-term storage at ambient temperature (25 ℃ C.) (the stability was compared at ambient temperature for 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, 14 days, and 30 days).
The results are shown in tables 4 and 5, taking example 2 and comparative example 1 as examples.
TABLE 4
TABLE 5
Note that there is no abnormality in "√" and abnormality in "X". The judgment standard is that the sample is abnormal if the appearance of the material body is not separated into oil and the like after the sample is recovered to the normal temperature.
The chicken embryo irritation detection method comprises the following steps:
test samples: comparative example 1, example 4, example 5, and example 6
And (3) incubating eggs of SPF grade for 9-11 days, adding samples on chorioallantoic membranes of chicken embryos (each sample is subjected to parallel comparison detection on six eggs, and the average value is taken), observing vascular reaction, and evaluating the irritation of the samples. Evaluation criteria: see table 6, the SN/T2329-2009 eye irritation/corrosiveness test of chick embryo chorioallantoic membranes for cosmetic products, with results as in table 7.
TABLE 6
Note: larger NC value, larger irritation
TABLE 7
It can be seen that the addition of the VP/eicosene copolymer, with a reduced sunscreen ratio, has some product irritation reducing effect.
Water resistance of VP/eicosene copolymer in sunscreen samples:
equal amounts of the sunscreen samples of example 2 and comparative example 1 were spread evenly over Gafchromic film (HD-V2 for testing SPF value), and the spread was controlled at 2mg/cm2. And standing for 20min after smearing to form a film, placing the film in water flow (equal to the water flow size), flushing for 1min, naturally airing, placing the film in a dark box simulating big sunlight (testing the fluctuation of the irradiation intensity of a UV lamp in a specified range by an ultraviolet irradiator), and irradiating for 10min to perform FilmQAPRO software analysis processing. The change in sun protection index was analyzed as in table 8.
TABLE 8
The difference between the sunscreen value of example 2 after washing and the non-washing comparison is not obvious, and the sunscreen value of comparative example 1 after washing and the non-washing comparison are obviously reduced. Therefore, compared with the comparative example 1, the sunscreen sample added with a certain amount of VP/eicosene copolymer has a remarkable improvement effect on the water resistance under the same frame formula process.
Skin feel test applied in sunscreen samples:
test samples: comparative example 1, example 2, example 6, market sample 1, market sample 2
The test method comprises the following steps: the comparative example 1, example 2, example 6 and the two commercial conventional oil-in-water sunscreen products (SPF50, PA + + +) were scored on a blind scale and 30 testers performed the test to evaluate how clean and sticky the samples were, as shown in table 9.
