Abstract
本发明涉及车载空气净化器用复合过滤器模块。根据本发明一实施例的车载空气净化器用过滤器模块,为插入车载空气净化器内部净化受污染空气的过滤器模块,包括:上部主体,上部至少一侧开放形成;UV照射部,结合于上述上部主体的下部,具备多个UV LED以向下部主体一侧照射UV;圆盘形的光催化剂盒,位于上述UV照射部下部,具备包含与上述UV照射部照射的UV产生反应的光催化剂的多个光催化剂珠子;圆盘形的沸石盒,位于上述光催化剂盒下部,具备从经下部主体流入的污染空气吸附有害物质的多个沸石珠子;及下部主体,位于上述沸石盒的下部,下部至少一侧开放形成;其中,上述光催化剂盒及沸石盒,沿上下方向形成至少一个以上的贯通孔。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及车载空气净化器用复合过滤器模块,尤其涉及吸入存在于车辆内部的污染空气进行吸附、分解,从而排出净化空气,通过增加污染气流处理量提高空气净化效率的车载空气净化器用复合过滤器模块。
背景技术
车辆内部存在包括从车辆外部流入的粉尘及污染空气在内的由驾驶员和乘客的呼吸产生的二氧化碳、车辆装饰材料及驱动件产生的碳氢化合物、一氧化碳、二氧化硫及氧化氮等各种污染物质,而且研究结果表明,在车辆因等待信号灯或交通堵塞等原因停止的情况下,车辆内部的空气污染甚至可以增加至十五倍。
在车辆内部的空气质量降低的情况下,在封闭的空间内污染的空气给包括驾驶员在内的乘客带来的危害很大,不亚于因柴油车辆等产生的空气污染给步行者带来的危害。
污染的空气会成为诱发哮喘、慢性闭合性肺病、心脏病或脑卒中在内的各种危害健康的疾病的原因,因此,去除随着工业发展快速增加的车辆内部的空气污染成为非常重要的社会问题。
为解决上述问题,开发出可用于车辆的各种车载空气净化器,而作为上述现有技术的一例,有大韩民国注册专利第10-2039273号的“空气净化器用过滤器组装体”。
上述现有技术涉及容易更换,使利用用于空气净化的风扇的空气的流入及排出最大化的空气净化器用过滤器组装体,包括:支撑部,以宽的板状形成,以中心部为中心在一定区域具备用于使空气贯通的贯通孔;驱动部,包括设置于上述支撑部的一面并提供使空气沿上述贯通孔方向流入的旋转力的马达,及利用马达的旋转力产生空气的流动的风扇;过滤器部,紧贴于上述支撑部的另一面并去除通过上述贯通孔的空气中的杂质;其中,在上述支撑部的贴紧过滤器的另一面,包括沿与另一面的垂直方向以一定高度延长形成的支撑壁,以此围绕形成上述多个贯通孔的一定区域以支撑固定上述过滤器,而上述过滤器部以过盈配合的方式插入支撑于上述支撑部的支撑壁。
上述现有技术提高风扇产生的空气压力,因此具有即使利用相同的旋转力,也可提高空气净化的性能,过滤器的更换非常容易的优点。
但是,上述现有技术因污染的空气只能通过全部的过滤器才能移动,因此在为提高过滤器的功能而由两层以上的层构成时,由于空气只能通过所有的层才能移动,从而存在为了提高快速的空气净化,只能使用更强力的风扇才能够改善空气流动的缺点。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术之不足而提供一种吸入存在于车辆内部的污染空气进行吸附、分解,从而排出净化空气,通过增加污染气流处理量提高空气净化效率的车载空气净化器用复合过滤器模块。
为达到上述目的,根据本发明的一实施例的车载空气净化器用过滤器模块,为插入车载空气净化器内部净化受污染空气的过滤器模块,包括:上部主体,上部至少一侧开放形成;UV照射部,结合于上述上部主体的下部,具备多个UV LED以向下部主体一侧照射UV;圆盘形的光催化剂盒,位于上述UV照射部下部,具备包含与上述UV照射部照射的UV产生反应的光催化剂的多个光催化剂珠子;圆盘形的沸石盒,位于上述光催化剂盒下部,具备从经下部主体流入的污染空气吸附有害物质的多个沸石珠子;及下部主体,位于上述沸石盒的下部,下部至少一侧开放形成;其中,上述光催化剂盒及沸石盒,沿上下方向形成至少一个以上的贯通孔。
另外,根据另一实施例的上述光催化剂盒呈中空的圆盘形状,由在中心轴沿直径方向具备两个以上的放射状框架和沿圆周方向形成的环形框架构成,包括通过上述放射状框架及环形框架对称形成两个以上的第一空间部和在两个以上的放射状框架内侧,各以狭缝形状上下贯通形成的第二空间部;上述沸石盒呈中空的圆盘形状,由在中心轴沿直径方向具备两个以上的放射状框架和沿圆周方向形成的环形框架构成,包括通过上述放射状框架及环形框架对称形成两个以上的第三空间部和在两个以上的放射状框架内侧,各以狭缝形状上下贯通形成的第四空间部;在上述第一空间部密集具备有多个光催化剂珠子,而在上述第三空间部密集具备有多个沸石珠子。
另外,根据另一实施例的本发明中,上述各第二空间部的表面积之和与上述各第四空间部的表面积之和相同;上述各第二空间部的表面积之和为各第一空间部的表面积之和及各第二空间部的表面积之和的3~30%。
另外,根据另一实施例的本发明中,上述第三空间部以与上述第一空间部相同的大小形成,而上述第四空间部以与上述第二空间部相同的大小形成;上述第二空间部和上述第四空间部,沿上下方向设置于相同的位置。
另外,根据另一实施例的本发明中,上述光催化剂盒及上述沸石盒包括各以中心轴为中心上下贯通形成的第五空间部及第六空间部。
另外,根据另一实施例的本发明中,上述光催化剂盒或上述沸石盒中的至少一个,可以中心轴为中心进行旋转。
另外,根据另一实施例的本发明中,上述光催化剂珠子是在氧化硅珠子上,涂布利用无机粘接剂粘接的二氧化钛纳米粉末形成。
另外,根据另一实施例的本发明中,上述沸石珠子较之上述光催化剂珠子具有大于两倍以上的体积。
另外,根据另一实施例的本发明中,在上述UV照射部和光催化剂盒之间,上述光催化剂盒和沸石盒之间及上述沸石盒和下部主体之间,各具备圆盘形的多孔性网眼盘。
本发明通过增加污染气流处理量,从而具有在车辆内部完成有效的空气净化的优点。
另外,本发明因可调节污染气流处理量,从而具有可根据情况完成适当的空气净化的优点。

下面,结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。但是,在说明本发明的过程中,若对公知的构成的详细说明影响本发明的技术思想变得模糊或不明确,则将省略对上述公知构成的说明。

根据本发明的一实施例的车载空气净化器用复合过滤器模块100为插入车载空气净化器内部净化受污染空气的过滤器模块,包括:上部主体110,上部至少一侧开放形成;下部主体180,下部至少一侧开放形成;及两个以上的盒,插入上述上部主体110和下部主体180内部,使车辆内部的受污染空气通过各自的方法得到净化。
作为一例,根据本发明的一实施例的车载空气净化器用复合过滤器模块100,包括:UV照射部120,结合于上述上部主体110的下部,具备多个UV LED122以向下部主体180一侧(方向)照射UV;圆盘形的光催化剂盒140,位于上述UV照射部120下部,具备包含与上述UV照射部120照射的UV产生反应的光催化剂的多个光催化剂珠子(未图示);圆盘形的沸石盒160,位于上述光催化剂盒140下部,具备从经下部主体180流入的污染空气吸附有害物质的多个沸石珠子(未图示)。此时,上述下部主体180位于沸石盒160的下部。
作为一例,上述光催化剂盒140及沸石盒160,沿上下方向形成至少一个以上的贯通孔。
上述贯通孔在贯通下部主体180流入的空气向上移动并被净化时,通过增加移动的整体空气的量促进空气的循环,从而实现迅速的空气净化。即在受污染的空气通过上述光催化剂盒140及沸石盒160时,因与各光催化剂珠子和沸石珠子的摩擦、冲突,通过速度变得很慢,降低整体空气的循环,此时使部分空气通过贯通孔快速移动,从而增加整体空气的循环速度,增加污染气流处理量。
对上述贯通孔的详细说明将在之后进行。
作为一例,上述光催化剂珠子是在氧化硅珠子上,涂布利用无机粘接剂粘接的二氧化钛纳米粉末形成。
上述二氧化钛(TiO2)在照射UV(紫外线)时发生氧化反应,以氧化剂分解包含于污染空气中的有机化合物等,而且,还完成抗菌及除臭。
具体而言,将UV照射至二氧化钛发生光催化反应,而通过该光催化反应产生的反应物质破坏烟气、病毒、细菌及VOCs等各种细菌和有机污染物质并排出水蒸气和二氧化碳。作为一例,上述反应物质可以理解为生成于光催化剂的UV照射面表面的失去电子的空穴与水分子反应生成的氧化力非常大的羟自由基等。
较之作为其他光催化物质的一例的ZnO、CdS、ZrO2、V2O3等,上述二氧化钛在照射UV时也不会变形,因此具有可半永久使用的优点。
作为一例,上述沸石珠子由公知的沸石(Zeolite)构成,主要由含有碱金属或碱土金属的含水铝硅酸盐矿物构成。上述沸石通过网状结构的规则破坏所生成的缝隙,在具有分子筛的功能的同时,可吸附大量的水,而且因晶体结构内的阳离子的作用,具有选择性地强力吸附不饱和碳氢化合物或极性物质的特性。因此,用于吸附二氧化碳、去除有害物质、抗菌性、食品的保质及保鲜剂等。
根据本实施例的沸石珠子是将上述沸石加工成珠子形状而成的,当受污染的空气与具备于上述沸石盒中的多个沸石珠子发生冲突、接触,则可从受污染的空气吸附有害物质及二氧化碳等。
根据本发明的一实施例的上述车载空气净化器用复合过滤器模块100,在上述UV照射,120和光催化剂盒140之间,上述光催化剂盒140和沸石盒160之间及上述沸石盒160和下部主体180之间,各可具备圆盘形的多孔性网眼盘130、150、170。
上述多孔性网眼盘130、150、170,在防止上述光催化剂盒140的光催化剂珠子和上述沸石盒160的沸石珠子脱离至外部的同时,使贯通下部主体180流入的受污染空气,从上述沸石盒160经过上述光催化剂盒180,贯通上部主体110迅速排出。为此,多孔性网眼盘130、150、170的网眼大小小于上述光催化剂珠子或沸石珠子的大小为宜,还可根据光催化剂珠子及沸石珠子的大小,具有不同网眼大小的多孔性网眼盘具备于各个位置。

根据本发明的一实施例的上述光催化剂盒140,如图5所示,呈中空的圆盘形状,由在中心轴沿直径方向具备两个以上的放射状框架141和沿圆周方向形成的环形框架143构成。
上述光催化剂盒140包括通过上述放射状框架141及环形框架143对称形成两个以上的第一空间部142和在两个以上的放射状框架141内侧,各以狭缝形状上下贯通形成的第二空间部144。
在图5中,根据本实施例的放射状框架141、第一空间部142及第二空间部144各形成三个,但非限制,也可各形成两个或四个。
根据本发明的一实施例的上述沸石盒160,呈中空的圆盘形状,由在中心轴沿直径方向具备两个以上的放射状框架161和沿圆周方向形成的环形框架163构成(请参考后述的图7至图8)。
上述沸石盒160包括通过上述放射状框架161及环形框架163对称形成两个以上的第三空间部162和在两个以上的放射状框架161内侧,各以狭缝形状上下贯通形成的第四空间部164。
根据本实施例的放射状框架161、第三空间部162及第四空间部164各形成三个,但非限制,也可各形成两个或四个(请参考图7)。
此时,在上述第一空间部142密集具备有多个光催化剂珠子,而在上述第三空间部162密集具备有多个沸石珠子。
上述光催化剂珠子及沸石珠子的最大集成密度为接近68%体积比,但这样的密集设置将急剧降低通过下部主体180流入的受污染空气通过上述沸石盒160及光催化剂盒140的速度。
如前所述,本实施例的光催化剂盒140及沸石盒160,通过上述贯通孔引导部分空气迅速移动至上侧,具有在最大限度地接受从上述UV照射部120照射的UV的同时,使气流的流动变得顺畅的效果。
作为一例,上述第三空间部162以与上述第一空间部142相同的大小形成,而上述第四空间部164以与上述第二空间部144相同的大小形成,上述第二空间部144和上述第四空间部164,沿上下方向设置于相同的位置。
此时,因上述第二空间部144及上述第四空间部1644,沿上下方向设置于相同的位置,形成沿上下方向贯通上述光催化剂盒140及沸石盒160的狭缝形状的贯通孔,而空气可通过上述贯通孔迅速移动至外侧。
上述贯通孔用于确保复合过滤器模块100中央部的空气流动通道,通过上述狭缝形状的贯通孔移动的空气,牵引通过上述第三空间部162及第一空间部142向上侧移动的空气,从而使空气流动变得顺畅。
本发明人对本实施例的车载空气净化器用复合过滤器模块100和未形成贯通孔的对照组进行比较,测量循环的空气的流量及分解率。

本实验依照KCL(韩国建设生活环境试验研究院)的SPS-KACA002-132:2018试验方法实施,在1m3规格的腔室中各构成具备根据本实施例的复合过滤器模块100和对照组过滤器模块的小型空气净化器,试验按照醋酸(CH3COOH)的去除能力的过滤器效率。(风扇3500rpm,过滤器直径60mm)
测量完成腔室内部的空气净化所需时间的结果表明,较之对照组的情况,利用本实施例的复合过滤器模块100的整个空气的循环,在三倍左右短的时间内完成,循环一次整个空气时的光催化剂分解效果,较之对照组的情况,在复合过滤器模块100的情况稍低,但以相同时间为准测量的结果表明,光催化剂分解效果,在复合过滤器模块100的情况下提升约18%左右。
即在持续使用包含根据本实施例的复合过滤器模块100的车载空气净化器时,较之现有技术能够获得更好的光催化剂效果。
作为一例,上述各第二空间部144的表面积之和与上述各第四空间部164的表面积之和相同,而上述各第二空间部144的表面积之和为各第一空间部142的表面积之和及各第二空间部144的表面积之和的3~30%。
当上述各第二空间部144的表面积之和为上述各第一空间部142的表面积之和及各第二空间部144的表面积之和,即整体表面积的3~30%时,可增加利用通过上述贯通孔从下部移动至上部的空气的整体空气的循环效果。更佳为,当使上述第二空间部144的表面积之和维持相对于整体表面积的5~15%时,可获得最佳的整体空气的循环效果。
作为一例,上述沸石珠子较之上述光催化剂珠子具有大于两倍以上的体积,这样的结构在维持从上述沸石盒160的下部流入的受污染空气的通气性的同时,部分减少气流的速度,可增加流入至光催化剂盒140的空气的滞留时间。
上述沸石珠子或光催化剂珠子可各形成为单一大小的球形珠子,当以上述单一大小的球形珠子最密集地各具备于沸石盒160及光催化剂盒140时,理论上可达到73%的密集度,但实际上可达到68~70%的密集度。
因此,如使上述第二空间部144的表面积之和维持相对于整体表面积的5~15%的上述实施例一样,当减少珠子的密集度5~15%时,可获得如前所述的最佳的整体空气的循环效果。
即当使珠子的密集度达到59.5~64.6%时,可获得如前所述的最佳的整体空气的循环效果。
虽然在减少珠子的密集度时,存在无法均匀地密集具备,珠子的移动产生噪音的问题,但减少一定程度的珠子的密集度时,如图11所示,也能够获得最佳的整体空气的循环效果。
图7为根据本发明的另一实施例的光催化剂盒及沸石盒的平面图;图8为根据本发明的另一实施例的光催化剂盒及沸石盒的斜视图;图9为根据本发明的另一实施例的车载空气净化器用复合过滤器模块的沿图7的B-B’的截面图;图10为根据本发明的另一实施例的车载空气净化器用复合过滤器模块的沿图7的中心的截面图。
在根据本发明的另一实施例的车载空气净化器用复合过滤器模块100中,上述光催化剂盒140或上述沸石盒160中的至少一个,可以中心轴为中心进行旋转。
上述光催化剂盒140及/或上述沸石盒160的旋转,可起到调节整体空气的循环速度的作用,也可同时起到根据空气的污染度等情况,增减污染度降低功能的作用。
例如,如图7至图9所示,当把上述沸石盒160旋转30度时,可使在通过上述沸石盒160的第三空间部162的过程中完成利用沸石珠子的污染的净化过程的空气的一部分,通过上述光催化剂盒140的第二空间部144迅速移动至上部。作为另一例,通过上述沸石盒160的第四空间部164流入的空气,也可在流经上述光催化剂盒140的第一空间部142的过程中,完成利用光催化剂的污染的净化过程。
上述对部分空气的一部分污染净化,使流入至上述第三空间部162的通过上述第一空间部142,虽然空气一次循环时的污染降低效果较之贯通形成上述第四空间部164和第二空间部144的情况相对较低,但通过增加整体空气循环速度,获得在相同时间内增加污染降低效果的效果。
在上述光催化剂盒140及/或上述沸石盒160上可形成突起部(未图示附图标记),从而以上述中心轴为中心实现盒的旋转。
使用者可考虑车辆内部空气的污染程度及车辆使用时间等旋转上述光催化剂盒140及/或上述沸石盒160,从而调节成能够实现适当的污染空气的净化。
作为另一例,上述车载空气净化器用复合过滤器模块100,也可增加另外的驱动部(未图示)及控制部(未图示),以基于测得的空气的污染程度自动实现盒的旋转。
在根据本发明的另一实施例的车载空气净化器用复合过滤器模块100中,上述光催化剂盒140及上述沸石盒160包括各以中心轴为中心上下贯通形成的第五空间部146及第六空间部166。
上述第五空间部146及第六空间部166,在因光催化剂盒140或沸石盒160中的某一个旋转,使上述第二空间部144和第四空间部164形成的贯通孔的大小变得非常小或几乎消失的情况下,也能起到替代、补充贯通孔的作用。
也就是说,即使上述光催化剂盒140及上述沸石盒160中的某一个以中心轴为中心进行旋转,上述第五空间部146及第六空间部166始终沿上下方向形成贯通孔,从而可增加整体空气的循环速度。
上述实施例仅用以说明本发明而非限制,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明进行修改、变形或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明的精神和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。
Claims (9)
1.一种车载空气净化器用过滤器模块,为插入车载空气净化器内部净化受污染空气的过滤器模块,包括:
上部主体,上部至少一侧开放形成;
紫外线照射部,结合于上述上部主体的下部,具备多个紫外线发光二极管以向下部主体一侧照射紫外线;
圆盘形的光催化剂盒,位于上述紫外线照射部下部,具备包含与上述紫外线照射部照射的紫外线产生反应的光催化剂的多个光催化剂珠子;
圆盘形的沸石盒,位于上述光催化剂盒下部,具备从经下部主体流入的污染空气吸附有害物质的多个沸石珠子;及
下部主体,位于上述沸石盒的下部,下部至少一侧开放形成;
其中,上述光催化剂盒及沸石盒,沿上下方向形成至少一个以上的贯通孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车载空气净化器用过滤器模块,其特征在于:
上述光催化剂盒呈中空的圆盘形状,由在中心轴沿直径方向具备两个以上的放射状框架和沿圆周方向形成的环形框架构成,包括通过上述放射状框架及环形框架对称形成两个以上的第一空间部和在两个以上的放射状框架内侧,各以狭缝形状上下贯通形成的第二空间部;
上述沸石盒呈中空的圆盘形状,由在中心轴沿直径方向具备两个以上的放射状框架和沿圆周方向形成的环形框架构成,包括通过上述放射状框架及环形框架对称形成两个以上的第三空间部和在两个以上的放射状框架内侧,各以狭缝形状上下贯通形成的第四空间部;
在上述第一空间部密集具备有多个光催化剂珠子,而在上述第三空间部密集具备有多个沸石珠子。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车载空气净化器用过滤器模块,其特征在于:
上述各第二空间部的表面积之和与上述各第四空间部的表面积之和相同;
上述各第二空间部的表面积之和为各第一空间部的表面积之和及各第二空间部的表面积之和的3~30%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的车载空气净化器用过滤器模块,其特征在于:
上述第三空间部以与上述第一空间部相同的大小形成,而上述第四空间部以与上述第二空间部相同的大小形成;
上述第二空间部和上述第四空间部,沿上下方向设置于相同的位置。
5.根据权利要求2所述的车载空气净化器用过滤器模块,其特征在于:
上述光催化剂盒及上述沸石盒包括各以中心轴为中心上下贯通形成的第五空间部及第六空间部。
6.根据权利要求2所述的车载空气净化器用过滤器模块,其特征在于:
上述光催化剂盒或上述沸石盒中的至少一个,可以中心轴为中心进行旋转。
7.根据权利要求1所述的车载空气净化器用过滤器模块,其特征在于:
上述光催化剂珠子是在氧化硅珠子上,涂布利用无机粘接剂粘接的二氧化钛纳米粉末形成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的车载空气净化器用过滤器模块,其特征在于:
上述沸石珠子较之上述光催化剂珠子具有大于两倍以上的体积。
9.根据权利要求1所述的车载空气净化器用过滤器模块,其特征在于:
在上述紫外线照射部和光催化剂盒之间,上述光催化剂盒和沸石盒之间及上述沸石盒和下部主体之间,各具备圆盘形的多孔性网眼盘。
