s4: the positioning mechanism 7 positions the upper cover 8; the manipulator 5 drives the clamp 4 to grab the rivet;
s5: the manipulator 5 drives the clamp 4 to suck the upper cover 8 from the positioning mechanism 7;
s6: the manipulator 5 moves the clamp 4 to the battery module 9;
s7: the upper cover 8 is fixed to the battery module 9 by the clamp 4 via rivets.
Compared with the prior art, the upper cover assembling method has the advantages that rivets are loaded through the rivet loading mechanism 1, the upper cover 8 is loaded through the upper cover loading mechanism 2, and the battery module 9 is conveyed through the battery module conveying mechanism 3, so that the loading efficiency is improved, and the loading time is saved; the manipulator 5 drives the clamp 4 to grab the rivet from the rivet feeding mechanism 1, the upper cover 8 is sucked from the upper cover feeding mechanism 2, the rivet and the upper cover 8 are moved to the battery module 9, and the clamp 4 is used for fixing the upper cover 8 on the battery module 9 through the rivet, so that the automation degree is high, the moving frequency of the clamp 4 is effectively reduced, and the assembly efficiency of the upper cover 8 is improved; positioning mechanism 7 can pinpoint upper cover 8, and the anchor clamps 4 of being convenient for counterpoint rivet, upper cover 8 and battery module 9, improve the equipment precision and the packaging efficiency of upper cover 8, avoid misplacing between rivet, upper cover 8 and the battery module 9, lead to the rivet can not inject upper cover 8 and battery module 9.

the transfer mechanism comprises a material taking mechanism, a first guide rail and a first driving mechanism;
the rivet pre-placing assembly comprises a profile plate, a second guide rail and a second driving mechanism, and the second driving mechanism is used for driving the profile plate to move along the second guide rail;
the first driving mechanism is used for driving the material taking mechanism to move along the first guide rail and driving the material taking mechanism to insert the rivets arranged by the material taking mechanism into the profiling plate.
