在图1a到图1f中所示的示例性货盘100中,每一个细长支撑元件的中间部分被布置为形成钝的且向上张开的角。如图1d中所示的截面图中所示,在细长支撑元件108的位于脚部段107的下部部分的不同侧上的部分111与112之间存在钝的且向上张开的角α。角α提高细长支撑元件108抵抗平台部段101的向下拱起弯曲的能力,这是因为由细长支撑元件108指向脚部段107的竖直力(即z方向力)与cos(α/2)和细长支撑元件108的拉伸应力的乘积成比例。然而,也可能的是,在根据示例性且非限制性实施例的货盘中,上述角α是平角,即,180度。
在图1a到图1f中所示的示例性货盘100中,每一个细长支撑元件是被布置成构成闭环的柔性带,其中该闭环的上部部分和下部部分均经过脚部段107的下部部分。柔性带具有一定长度、宽度和厚度,使得长度大于宽度,而宽度又大于厚度。在此上下文中,词语“柔性”意指该带不具有抵抗弯曲的载荷支承刚度。在根据另一个示例性且非限制性实施例的货盘中,每一个细长支撑元件可以是例如钢索。也可能的是,每一个细长支撑元件是不具有抵抗弯曲的载荷支承刚度的一些其它细长柔性元件,例如,链条。柔性带的材料可以是例如钢。图1d和1e示出了柔性带的端部之间的接头120,以形成上述闭环。用于接收相应细长支撑元件的拉伸应力的连接件中的每一个连接件具有突出穿过上述闭环的部件。用于接收细长支撑元件108的拉伸应力的连接件109被示出在图1b和图1c中。连接件109具有被布置成突出穿过由细长支撑元件108构成的闭环的部件113。在此示例性情况下,部件113是突出穿过由细长支撑元件108构成的闭环的圆杆。
如图1d中所示,脚部段107的底表面包括用于细长支撑元件108的凹槽114。由于凹槽114,当货盘100位于地板上时,细长支撑元件108不需要与地板接触。类似地,其它对应的脚部段的底表面也具有用于相应细长支撑元件的上述种类的凹槽。然而,也可能的是,在根据示例性且非限制性实施例的货盘中,对应的脚部段的下部部分包括例如用于细长支撑元件的孔隙。
如图1d中所示,脚部段107的底表面包括凹部115,使得在细长支撑元件108与凹部115的底部之间存在自由空间。上述自由空间有助于使用用于制造上述接头120的工具。类似地,货盘100的其它对应的脚部段的底表面也具有类似凹部。然而,也可能的是,在根据示例性且非限制性实施例的货盘中,对应的脚部段的下部部分不包括上述种类的凹部。
图1a到图1f中所示的示例性货盘100包括位于脚部段的下部部分之间且与平台部段101平行的下弦杆。在图1a中,位于脚部段104、107和105的下部部分之间的下弦杆由附图标记116和117表示。在此示例性情况下,下弦杆的底表面包括用于细长支撑元件的凹槽。在图1d中,下弦杆116和117的凹槽由附图标记118和119表示。然而,也可能的是,根据示例性且非限制性实施例的货盘不包括下弦杆,或者货盘包括下弦杆,但是该下弦杆不包括上述种类的凹槽。根据示例性且非限制性实施例的货盘包括加强元件,该加强元件借助于细长支撑元件而附接到下弦杆。加强元件可以被布置成保护细长支撑元件免受可能在通过例如叉车搬运货盘时发生的机械冲击。脚部段和加强元件可以例如彼此形状锁定,使得加强元件能够接收拉伸应力。
图1a到图1f中所示的示例性货盘100包括一个上部元件和三个下部元件。上部元件构成平台部段101和脚部段的上部部分。三个下部元件构成脚部段的下部部分和下弦杆。在此示例性货盘100中,细长支撑元件不仅用于提高货盘100的刚度,还用于将上述下部元件附接到上部元件。
图2示出了根据示例性且非限制性实施例的货盘200的细节。货盘200在其它方面可以类似于图1a到图1f中所示的货盘100,但是货盘200的细长支撑元件不构成闭环,而是以不同于货盘100的方式连接到货盘200的边缘区域。图2示出了用于接收作用在细长支撑元件208上的拉伸应力的连接件209。连接件209包括T形元件221,该T形元件221适于与在货盘200的边缘区域上的对应凹部配合。在此示例性情况下,细长支撑元件208通过压接连接而附接到T形元件221。

Claims (15)
1.一种货盘(100,200,300),包括:

-脚部段(103-107,303-307),所述脚部段(103-107,303-307)从所述平台部段向下突出;以及
-至少一个细长支撑元件(108,208,308),所述至少一个细长支撑元件(108,208,308)位于所述货盘的相反边缘区域之间,并且经过在所述货盘的所述相反边缘区域之间且远离所述相反边缘区域的至少一个第一脚部段(107,306,307)的下部部分,所述至少一个第一脚部段属于所述货盘的脚部段,
其中所述细长支撑元件通过用于接收作用在所述细长支撑元件上的拉伸应力的连接件(109,110,309)而连接到所述货盘的所述相反边缘区域,其特征在于,作用在所述细长支撑元件上的拉伸应力响应于所述平台部段的向下拱起弯曲而增大。
2.根据权利要求1所述的货盘,其中所述细长支撑元件的横截面在其面积方面小于由能够围绕所述第一脚部段的最短闭合几何曲线所界定的几何表面的面积的3%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的货盘,其中所述细长支撑元件的横截面在其面积方面小于能够包含所述第一脚部段的最小体积几何圆柱体的底面的面积的2%。
4.根据权利要求1到3中的任一项所述的货盘,其中所述细长支撑元件(108)在用于接收作用在所述细长支撑元件上的拉伸应力的所述连接件之间具有向下凸出的轮廓。
5.根据权利要求4所述的货盘,其中所述细长支撑元件的最低点与用于接收拉伸应力的所述连接件之间的高度差为所述货盘的高度的至少50%。
6.根据权利要求1到3中的任一项所述的货盘,其中在所述细长支撑元件(108)的位于所述第一脚部段(107)的下部部分的不同侧上的部分(111,112)之间存在平角或钝的且向上张开的角(α)。
7.根据权利要求1到3中的任一项所述的货盘,其中在所述细长支撑元件(108)的位于所述第一脚部段(107)的下部部分的不同侧上的部分(111,112)之间存在钝的且向上张开的角(α)。
8.根据权利要求1到3中的任一项所述的货盘,其中所述细长支撑元件(108)是不具有抵抗弯曲的载荷支承刚度的细长柔性元件,并且所述细长支撑元件(108)构成闭环,并且用于接收拉伸应力的所述连接件(109)中的每一个连接件具有突出穿过所述闭环的部件(113),所述闭环的上部部分与下部部分均经过所述至少一个第一脚部段的下部部分。
9.根据权利要求1到3中的任一项所述的货盘,其中所述第一脚部段(107)的底表面包括用于所述细长支撑元件的凹槽(114)。
10.根据权利要求1到3中的任一项所述的货盘,其中所述第一脚部段(107)的底表面包括凹部(115),从而在所述细长支撑元件与所述凹部的底部之间形成自由空间。
11.根据权利要求1到3中的任一项所述的货盘,其中所述货盘包括下弦杆(116,117),所述下弦杆(116,117)位于所述脚部段(104,105,107)的下部部分之间,并且平行于所述平台部段。
