Referring to fig. 1 and 2, when two or more disassembling mechanisms 12 are provided, one technical solution is to provide two or more machine body rotating mechanisms 13, and another technical solution is to provide a single machine body rotating mechanism 13, and slidingly arrange the disassembling mechanisms 12 on the working platform 11, wherein each disassembling mechanism 12 can be slidingly moved to the adsorption position of the machine body adsorption module 131.
As a preferred technical solution, in an embodiment of the present invention, the disassembling tool 10 is provided with two disassembling mechanisms 12, the two disassembling mechanisms 12 are fixed in parallel, and the two disassembling mechanisms 12 can work independently to disassemble, so as to greatly improve the disassembling efficiency.
Further, a second fixing plate 1201 is arranged on the working platform 11, the second fixing plate 1201 is vertically arranged below the working platform 11, a sliding rail module 1202 is arranged on the second fixing plate 1201, a sliding block module 1203 is arranged on the sliding rail module 1202 in a sliding manner, and the sliding block module 1203 is connected with the bracket 121; the bracket 121 is provided with a sixth driving source 1204 for driving the disassembling mechanism 12 to slide, and as a preferable technical scheme, a servo motor is selected as the sixth driving source 1204 in this embodiment.
It can be understood that the disassembling process of the disassembling mechanism 12 requires a certain time, and as a preferred technical scheme, only one machine body rotating mechanism 13 is provided in an embodiment of the invention, so that waiting time of operators is reduced, and working efficiency is greatly improved.
Referring to fig. 8, an upper frame 110 is provided on the working platform 11, and each control button 1101 (emergency stop switch, reset switch, start button, heating button, vacuum switch, etc.), a sensor value display 1102 (pressure sensor value display, temperature controller) and a touch screen 1103 are further provided on the upper frame 110. So as to be convenient for the operator to observe and operate.
The opening of the upper frame is also provided with a safety grating group 1104 to ensure the personal safety of operators.
The above functions are achieved by an electrical control system, such as a PLC, an industrial personal computer, a program, a circuit, and a gas circuit arrangement, which can be achieved by electrical control in the prior art, and are not described in detail herein.
Further, disassemble mechanism 12 top still is equipped with safety cover 1205, prevents on the one hand that the intelligent wrist-watch from dropping and causing the damage because of operating personnel mishandling, on the other hand protects operating personnel's personal safety.
An auxiliary tool box 14 is arranged on one side of the upper frame, and operating tools such as a pry bar, tweezers and the like for assisting in disassembling are arranged in the auxiliary tool box.
The upper frame is also provided with a tri-color lamp 15 for displaying the running state of the disassembling jig, so that the operator can observe conveniently.
A lower frame 111 is installed under the working platform, and an electrical control system is disposed in the lower frame 111.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, in actual operation, the specific flow is as follows:
(1) The operator places the smart watch display down into the body carrier 122 and then pushes the handle 1234 to secure the smart watch.
(2) After the operator presses the start button 1101, the second driving source 1262 drives the display screen adsorption assembly 1250 to ascend, the negative pressure vacuum adsorption is realized by the negative pressure adsorption assembly 1250, and after the display screen adsorption assembly 1250 adsorbs and fixes the display screen, the display screen adsorption assembly 1250 and the machine body carrier 122 are heated simultaneously.
(3) After heating for a period of time, the first driving source 1242 drives the rotating module 124 to start rotating repeatedly, and the pressure sensor 1259 measures the pressure generated by the profiling sucker 1251, so that the maximum rotation angle of the rotating module 124 is 10 °; after the disassembly is completed, the rotating module 124 resets, and at this time, the second driving source 1262 drives the display screen adsorption assembly 1250 to descend for a distance, so as to ensure that the display screen and the machine body of the smart watch are completely disassembled.
(4) Next, the sixth driving source 1204 drives the disassembling mechanism 12 to slide to the adsorption position of the body adsorption module 131, the fifth driving source 1312 drives the body adsorption module 131 to descend, the body profiling suction head 1310 starts negative pressure vacuum adsorption, and when the standby body profiling suction head 1310 adsorbs and fixes the smart watch body, the display adsorption assembly 1250 and the body adsorption module 131 rise to the upper part of the body carrier 122 at the same time, so that further operation of operators is facilitated.
(5) Then, the third driving source 1322 drives the third sliding block 1321 to slide for a distance to enable the display screen and the body of the smart watch to deviate for a distance, at this time, the fourth driving source 1324 and the fifth driving source 1312 simultaneously drive the right-angle turntable 1323 and the body adsorption module 131 to rotate for a certain angle, preferably 70 °, so as to ensure that the display screen and the body of the smart watch are not damaged, and simultaneously facilitate the operation of an operator, and finally the operator removes the flat cable between the display screen and the body in the smart watch and takes away the display screen and the body.
(6) After the disassembly is completed, the operator presses the reset button 1101, and the disassembly jig 10 resets.
