Claims (16)

1. A screen disassembling jig is used for separating a display screen and a shell which are adhered and pressed together through hot melt adhesive (7) and is characterized by comprising a tool platform (1),
the tooling platform (1) comprises a first disassembly part (2), a second disassembly part (3) and a heating mechanism,
the first disassembling part (2) comprises an upper cover plate (21) and a plurality of first suckers (22) arranged on the upper cover plate (21), the sucker surfaces of the first suckers (22) are used for sucking and pulling the display screen towards the direction far away from the shell,
the first suckers (22) comprise a first sucker (221) arranged at the top of the upper cover plate (21) close to the middle position, a second sucker (222) arranged at the outer side of the first sucker (221), a plurality of fourth suckers (224) arranged at the bottom of the upper cover plate (21) and a plurality of third suckers (223) arranged between the second sucker (222) and the fourth suckers (224),
the first suckers (22) can pull the display screen according to a set sequence, wherein the set sequence is from the first sucker (221) to the second sucker (222), to the third sucker (223) to the fourth sucker (224);
the second dismantling part (3) is used for fixing the shell,
the heating mechanism is used for heating and softening the hot melt adhesive (7).
2. A screen disassembling jig according to claim 1,
the tail end of the first sucking disc (22) is connected with the first plate surface of the upper cover plate (21) through a connecting pipe (23),
the first suction disc (22) is internally hollow and is provided with an air exhaust cavity (225), the connecting pipe (23) is internally provided with a hollow connecting cavity (231) along a connecting path, the air exhaust cavity (225) is communicated with the connecting cavity (231),
one end of the connecting pipe (23) is connected with the first sucker (22), the other end of the connecting pipe (23) is connected with an air exhaust mechanism, and the air exhaust mechanism is used for sucking air in the air exhaust cavity (225).
3. The screen disassembling jig according to claim 2, wherein the air suction mechanism is provided as a vacuum proportional valve.
4. A screen disassembling jig according to claim 1,
the heating mechanism includes a first heating section (41) provided on the upper cover plate (21) and a second heating section (42) provided on the second dismantling section (3).
5. A screen disassembling jig according to claim 4,
the first heating part (41) comprises a first heating plate (411), a first supporting plate (412) and a first electric cylinder (413),
the first electric cylinder (413) is arranged on the second plate surface of the upper cover plate (21), an output shaft of the first electric cylinder (413) penetrates through the second plate surface of the upper cover plate (21) and penetrates out of the first plate surface of the upper cover plate (21),
the first heating plate (411) is attached to one surface of the first support plate (412),
the other surface of the first support plate (412) is connected to an output shaft of the first electric cylinder (413).
6. A screen disassembling jig according to claim 5, characterized in that the first heating plate (411) is attached to the first support plate (412) to form a plate, and the plate is provided with a first suction cup hole (414) for allowing the first suction cup (22) to pass through.
7. A screen disassembling jig according to claim 4,
the second dismantling part (3) comprises a second support plate (31) and a plurality of second suction cups (32),
the tail end of the second sucker (32) is connected to the tool platform (1), the sucker surface of the second sucker (32) is used for tightly abutting against and adsorbing the shell,
the second support plate (31) is connected to the tooling platform (1) through a support column (33),
the second heating part (42) comprises a heating pipe (421) penetrating into the second supporting plate (31), the heating pipe (421) heats the second supporting plate (31) to heat the shell,
the second supporting plate (31) is provided with a plurality of second sucker holes (34) through which the second suckers (32) can penetrate.
8. A screen disassembling jig according to claim 7, characterized in that the edge of the second supporting plate (31) is further provided with a plurality of limiting protrusions (35) for limiting the lateral movement of the housing relative to the supporting surface.
9. The screen disassembling jig according to claim 1, wherein the upper cover plate (21) is rotatably connected to the tooling platform (1) through a turnover shaft (5).
10. A screen dismantling jig as claimed in claim 9 further comprising a locking mechanism for locking said first dismantling portion (2) and second dismantling portion (3) when heating,
the locking mechanism comprises a locking bracket (61) arranged on the upper cover plate (21), a second electric cylinder (63) and a locking plate (62) arranged on the tooling platform (1),
a first lock hole (611) is arranged on the locking bracket (61), a second lock hole (621) is arranged on the locking plate (62),
when the upper cover plate (21) is turned to a position enabling the first sucking disc (22) to suck the display screen through the turning shaft (5), the first locking hole (611) corresponds to the second locking hole (621),
and after the output shaft of the second electric cylinder (63) extends out, the output shaft can penetrate into the lock holes in the first lock hole (611) and the second lock hole (621).
11. A screen disassembling jig according to claim 10, wherein an output shaft of the second electric cylinder (63) is tightly fitted to inner walls of the first locking hole (611) and the second locking hole (621) after penetrating into the first locking hole (611) and the second locking hole (621).
12. A screen disassembling method for separating a display screen from a housing by using the screen disassembling jig according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
opening the disassembling jig to separate the first disassembling part (2) from the second disassembling part (3);
fixing the housing by the second disassembled part (3);
closing and disassembling the jig;
the hot melt adhesive (7) is heated and softened by the heating mechanism;
after the temperature is heated to the set temperature, the display screen is adsorbed by the first suckers (22) and is pulled according to the set sequence, so that the display screen is separated from the shell.
13. A screen disassembling method according to claim 12, wherein the step of closing and disassembling the jig further comprises: the first disassembled part (2) and the second disassembled part (3) are locked through a locking mechanism.
14. A screen disassembling method according to claim 12, wherein the step of heat-softening the hot melt adhesive comprises:
the second support plate (31) is heated through a heating pipe (421) and then the shell is heated;
and the display screen is heated by a first heating plate (411).
15. A screen disassembling method according to claim 14, wherein the step of separating the display screen from the housing by sucking the display screen by a plurality of said first suction cups (22) after heating to the set temperature and pulling the display screen in the set order comprises:
after the temperature is heated to the set temperature, the first heating plate (411) is driven to be away from the display screen through the contraction of an output shaft of the first electric cylinder (413);
controlling the first sucking discs (22) through a vacuum proportional valve, so that the first sucking discs (22) pull the display screen according to a set sequence, and the display screen is gradually separated from the shell.
16. A screen disassembling method according to claim 15, wherein a separation point glue is dropped to an edge where the display screen is separated from the housing in a process of gradually separating the display screen from the housing, for assisting disassembling the screen.
