The working principle is as follows: the matrix and the fresh insect mixture from the fresh insect breeding tray are lifted by a vertical bucket elevator 3 and added above a first sieve 1-1 of a multistage vibrating sieve and a subsystem 1 thereof, large aggregates with the diameter of more than 12-14mm are sieved, undersize falls into a second sieve 1-2, medium aggregates with the diameter of more than 8-10mm are sieved, undersize falls into a third sieve 1-3, small aggregates with the diameter of more than 4-6mm are sieved, and undersize, namely fresh insects and micro insect fertilizers, fall into a fourth sieve 1-4; oversize materials of the first sieve 1-1, the second sieve 1-2 and the third sieve 1-3 are poured into a feed inlet 1-711 of a crusher 1-71 arranged in a coarse material collecting and crushing material box 1-7 through inclined plane outlets of the sieves, and enter the coarse material collecting and crushing material box 1-7 through a crushed material outlet 1-712 after being crushed by the crusher 1-71; after the fresh insects and the micro-particle insect fertilizer fall into the No. four sieve 1-4, the micro-particle insect fertilizer smaller than the fresh insects is undersize due to the aperture of the No. four sieve 1-4 being 1-3mm, and enters the micro material collecting box 1-8, the oversize is the fresh insects, the fresh insects enter the fresh insect collecting box 1-6 through the fresh insect collecting tank 1-5, and then the fresh insect preservation treatment is carried out through the fresh insect temporary storage turnover box 1-10; after coarse material collection and crushing, materials crushed by a crusher 1-71 in a bin 1-7 and undersize materials of a No. four sieve 1-4 enter a micro material collection box 1-8, and the micro granulated insect fertilizer enters a mixing box 1-9 together, a mixing stirrer 1-91 is started, and after uniform mixing, the insect fertilizer enters an insect fertilizer packaging process.

the multi-stage vibrating screen and the subsystem (1) thereof comprise a first screen (1-1), a second screen (1-2), a third screen (1-3), a fourth screen (1-4), a fresh insect collecting tank (1-5), a fresh insect collecting tank (1-6), a coarse material collecting and crushing rear material tank (1-7), a micro material collecting tank (1-8), a material mixing tank (1-9) and a fresh insect temporary storage turnover box (1-10), wherein the first screen (1-1) is connected with the second screen (1-2), the second screen (1-2) is connected with the third screen (1-3), the third screen (1-3) is connected with the fourth screen (1-4), the first screen (1-1), the second screen (1-2), the third screen (1-3) and the fourth screen (1-4) are used for screening fresh insects, the fourth sieve (1-4) is connected with the fresh insect collecting tank (1-5), the fresh insect collecting tank (1-5) is connected with the fresh insect collecting box (1-6), the fresh insect collecting tank (1-5) and the fresh insect collecting box (1-6) are used for transferring fresh insects, the fresh insect collecting box (1-6) is connected with the fresh insect temporary storage turnover box (1-10), the fresh insect temporary storage turnover box (1-10) is used for fresh-keeping treatment of fresh insects, the first sieve (1-1), the second sieve (1-2) and the third sieve (1-3) are all connected with the coarse material collecting and crushing bin (1-7), the coarse material collecting and crushing bin (1-7) is used for collecting and crushing oversize materials of the first sieve (1-1), the second sieve (1-2) and the third sieve (1-3), the screen is characterized in that the screen II (1-4) is connected with the small material collecting boxes (1-8), the small material collecting boxes (1-8) are used for collecting undersize materials of the screen II (1-4), the coarse material collecting and crushing rear material box (1-7) and the small material collecting boxes (1-8) are connected with the mixing boxes (1-9), and the mixing boxes (1-9) are used for mixing the materials crushed by the coarse material collecting and crushing rear material box (1-7) with the materials in the small material collecting boxes (1-8).

The fresh hermetia illucens harvesting and insect material separating multistage vibrating screen system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first screen (1-1), the second screen (1-2) and the third screen (1-3) are square, and are installed by adopting slope surfaces, the slope surfaces of the first screen (1-1), the second screen (1-2) and the third screen (1-3) slope uniformly towards a coarse material collecting and crushing rear material box (1-7), an included angle between the slope surfaces of the first screen (1-1), the second screen (1-2) and the third screen (1-3) and the horizontal plane is ^ 22.5 degrees, and a vertical distance between the first screen (1-1), the second screen (1-2), the third screen (1-3) and the fourth screen (1-4) is 500 mm.
