Abstract
The patent discloses a preparation method of tipping paper for mogroside V cigarettes. The method comprises the following steps: (1) separating mogroside V; (2) purifying mogroside V; (3) preparing mogroside V sweet gloss oil; (4) preparing tipping paper for the mogroside V cigarette; (5) and embossing, drying, cutting, sealing and storing the packaging paper. Momordica grosvenori is a perennial vine of the cucurbitaceae family. It has leaf-heart shape, is a male and female variant, blooms in summer, and fruits in autumn. The fruits of the traditional Chinese medicine are used as medicines, contain medicinal components such as mogroside, various amino acids, vitamins and the like, are mainly used for treating cough caused by lung heat and phlegm fire, sphagitis, tonsillitis, acute gastritis, constipation and the like, and are a famous special local product in Guangxi Guilin city in China. Mogroside is also called as sweetener, is widely used as a sweetening agent due to high sweetness and low calorie, and can be used for preparing tipping paper for cigarettes. Disclosure of Invention
In order to realize the taste and smell dual effects, the invention provides a preparation method of tipping paper for mogroside V cigarettes. The method not only endows the cigarette tipping paper with sweet taste effect, but also increases the fragrance of the cigarette tipping paper, and combines the fragrance of the tobacco shreds after the cigarette is coiled, thereby providing different smoking feeling for consumers from taste and smell.
A preparation method of mogroside V cigarette tipping paper comprises the following steps:
(1) separating mogroside V: firstly, crushing momordica grosvenori, heating and refluxing the crushed momordica grosvenori for 8-18 hours by using 20-70% of ethanol, filtering the momordica grosvenori to obtain an extracting solution, adding 30-60% of ethanol into filter residues, heating and refluxing the extracting solution for 4-8 hours, combining the extracting solutions, and concentrating the extracting solution into a paste under reduced pressure to obtain the extract A.
(2) Purification of mogroside V: separating the A by using a D101 type macroporous resin column, eluting the A to be colorless by using deionized water and 20 to 30 percent ethanol respectively, eluting the A by using 30 to 50 percent ethanol eluent, collecting the eluent, and concentrating the eluent under reduced pressure to be paste-like to obtain B; separating the B by using a normal-phase silica gel column, taking chloroform, methanol and water as an eluent according to the ratio of 60:40: 1-60: 40:10, collecting the eluent with Rf being 0.23, taking the stationary phase as a normal-phase plate and taking the developing agent as the n-butyl alcohol-acetic acid-water being 4:1:1, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain C; separating C by using a reverse phase silica gel C-18 column, taking acetone-water as an eluent according to the ratio of 25: 75-35: 65, collecting eluent of spots with Rf being 0.23, namely a positive phase plate and n-butyl alcohol-acetic acid-water being 4:1:1, detecting each collected eluent by using HPLC, combining mogroside V components with same retention time and purity of 90-98% and above 98%, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain mogroside V components with purity of 90-98% and mogroside V components with purity of more than 98%.
(3) Preparation of mogroside V sweet gloss oil: taking 13-17 parts by weight of acrylic resin, 6-7 parts by weight of nitrocotton, 6-7 parts by weight of polyketone resin, 18-22 parts by weight of ethyl ester, 4-5 parts by weight of isopropyl ester and 1 part by weight of mogroside V; the materials are placed in a container and stirred and mixed to prepare the sweet gloss oil for the tipping paper.
(4) Preparing the mogroside V cigarette tipping paper: uniformly coating the mogroside V sweet gloss oil on tipping paper.
(5) And embossing, drying, cutting, sealing and storing the packaging paper.
The preparation method of the high-purity mogroside V is characterized by comprising the following steps: HPLC detection chromatographic column is an amino column; mobile phase EtCN H2O is 75: 25-60: 40; the detection wavelength is 203 nm; the flow rate is 0.6mL/min to 1 mL/min; obtaining the mogroside V with the purity of 90-98 percent and the mogroside V with the purity of more than 98 percent.
The high-purity mogroside V prepared by the preparation method of the high-purity mogroside V is mainly used for preparing a standard product of the mogroside V and a sweetener taking the mogroside V as a main component.
The use method of mogroside V sweet gloss oil for tipping paper comprises the step of coating 1-2 g of sweet gloss oil for the tipping paper on the tipping paper per square meter.

The invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples.
Taking 5kg of momordica grosvenori, crushing, heating and refluxing for 10h by using 5000mL of 20% ethanol, filtering to obtain an extracting solution, adding 4000mL of 60% ethanol into filter residues, heating and refluxing for 6h, combining extracting solutions, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain a paste to obtain the A.

Separating C with reverse phase silica gel C18 column (inner diameter about 5cm, reverse phase silica gel C180.5kg, wet loading column, wet loading sample), eluting with acetone-water (25:75), collecting eluate of spot with Rf of 0.23 (positive phase plate, n-butanol-acetic acid-water of 4:1:1), and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain mogroside V of 85-98%.
130g of acrylic resin, 60g of nitrocotton, 60g of polyketone resin, 180g of ethyl ester, 40g of isopropyl ester and 10g of mogroside V are taken, and the materials are placed in a container to be stirred and mixed to prepare the sweet gloss oil for tipping paper.

(1) separating mogroside V: firstly, crushing momordica grosvenori, heating and refluxing the crushed momordica grosvenori for 8 to 18 hours by using 20 to 70 percent ethanol, filtering the momordica grosvenori to obtain an extracting solution, adding 30 to 60 percent ethanol into filter residues, heating and refluxing the extracting solution for 4 to 8 hours, combining the extracting solutions, and concentrating the extracting solution into a paste under reduced pressure to obtain A;
(2) purification of mogroside V: separating the A by using a D101 type macroporous resin column, eluting the A to be colorless by using deionized water and 20 to 30 percent ethanol respectively, eluting the A by using 30 to 50 percent ethanol eluent, collecting the eluent, and concentrating the eluent under reduced pressure to be paste-like to obtain B; separating the B by using a normal-phase silica gel column, taking chloroform, methanol and water as an eluent according to the ratio of 60:40: 1-60: 40:10, collecting the eluent with Rf being 0.23, taking the stationary phase as a normal-phase plate and taking the developing agent as the n-butyl alcohol-acetic acid-water being 4:1:1, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain C; separating C by using a reverse phase silica gel C-18 column, taking acetone-water as an eluent according to the ratio of 25: 75-35: 65, collecting eluent of spots with Rf being 0.23, namely a positive phase plate and n-butyl alcohol-acetic acid-water being 4:1:1, detecting each collected eluent by using HPLC, combining mogroside V components with same retention time and purity of 90-98% and above 98%, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain mogroside V components with purity of 90-98% and mogroside V components with purity of more than 98%.

The preparation method of mogroside V cigarette tipping paper according to claim 1, characterized in that: HPLC detection chromatographic column is an amino column; mobile phase EtCN H2O is 75: 25-60: 40; the detection wavelength is 203 nm; the flow rate is 0.6mL/min to 1 mL/min; obtaining the mogroside V with the purity of 90-98 percent and the mogroside V with the purity of more than 98 percent.
