发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐磨防皱面料,能够使面料不易发生折皱,提高面料的耐磨性。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种耐磨防皱面料,包括基布层及位于基布层上的耐磨防皱涂料,所述基布层由经纱和纬纱交织织成,所述经纱由涤纶长丝纤维和亚麻纤维混纺而成,所示纬纱由涤纶纤维、桑蚕丝纤维和氯纶混纺而成,所述耐磨防皱涂料的原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯70-80份、环氧树脂30-50份、聚酯纤维20-35份、聚酰胺20-30份、分散剂5-10份、聚四氢呋喃5-10份、丙烯酸丁酯2-4份、有机硅树脂5-8份、乙基纤维素2-4份、石墨烯1-2份、玻璃纤维2-3份、颜料2-5份、羟基硅油0.7-1.3份、碳纤维2-3份、固化剂7-10份、有机溶剂50-60份。

S3:将基布层浸渍于50-60℃下的上述溶液中4小时,后取出,置于80-90℃的鼓风干燥箱中干燥至恒重,得到耐磨防皱面料。

聚酯纤维抗皱性和保形性良好,具有较高的强度与弹性恢复能力;
聚酰胺的耐磨性极高,且具有质轻、防皱性优良、透气性好以及良好的耐久性、染色性和热定型等特点;
碳纤维具有耐高温、抗摩擦及耐腐蚀等特性;
玻璃纤维的优点是绝缘性好、耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好、机械强度高;
乙基纤维素柔韧性好,具有优良的耐碱性、耐弱酸性、耐盐、耐寒性、耐吸湿性,在强碱性环境和受热条件下易变色。

S1:将聚氨酯、环氧树脂、聚酯纤维、聚酰胺、分散剂、聚四氢呋喃、丙烯酸丁酯、有机硅树脂、乙基纤维素、石墨烯、玻璃纤维、颜料、羟基硅油、碳纤维按重量份混合,得到混合物料,然后将混合物料加入有机溶剂中,搅拌均匀后,形成混合液;
S2:将固化剂用有机溶剂溶解均匀,分散30min,得到的溶液加入S1中的混合液中,形成浸渍液;
S3:将基布层浸渍于50-60℃下的上述溶液中4小时,后取出,置于80-90℃的鼓风干燥箱中干燥至恒重,得到耐磨防皱面料。
实施例3
一种耐磨防皱面料,包括基布层及位于基布层上的耐磨防皱涂料,基布层由经纱和纬纱交织织成,经纱由涤纶长丝纤维和亚麻纤维混纺而成,所示纬纱由涤纶纤维、桑蚕丝纤维和氯纶混纺而成,耐磨防皱涂料的原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯80份、环氧树脂50份、聚酯纤维35份、聚酰胺30份、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺10份、聚四氢呋喃10份、丙烯酸丁酯4份、有机硅树脂8份、乙基纤维素4份、石墨烯2份、玻璃纤维3份、钛白粉5份、羟基硅油1.3份、碳纤维3份、聚酰胺固化剂10份、乙醇和甲苯60份。
S1:将聚氨酯、环氧树脂、聚酯纤维、聚酰胺、分散剂、聚四氢呋喃、丙烯酸丁酯、有机硅树脂、乙基纤维素、石墨烯、玻璃纤维、颜料、羟基硅油、碳纤维按重量份混合,得到混合物料,然后将混合物料加入有机溶剂中,搅拌均匀后,形成混合液;
S2:将固化剂用有机溶剂溶解均匀,分散30min,得到的溶液加入S1中的混合液中,形成浸渍液;
S3:将基布层浸渍于50-60℃下的上述溶液中4小时,后取出,置于80-90℃的鼓风干燥箱中干燥至恒重,得到耐磨防皱面料。
将实施例1-3不同配比原材料制备所得的耐磨防皱面料进行耐磨性能测试和GB/T3819-1997折皱回复角测试,实施例1抗磨损性次数为220000次,折皱回复角为362°,实施例2抗磨损性次数为230000次,折皱回复角为364°,实施例3抗磨损性次数为235000次,折皱回复角为365°;将基布层直接进行耐磨性能测试和GB/T3819-1997折皱回复角测试,基布层抗磨损性次数为 1750000次,折皱回复角为341°。
本发明实施例的耐磨防皱面料具有优良的耐磨性和抗皱性。

Claims (6)

1.一种耐磨防皱面料,其特征在于:包括基布层及位于基布层上的耐磨防皱涂料,所述基布层由经纱和纬纱交织织成,所述经纱由涤纶长丝纤维和亚麻纤维混纺而成,所示纬纱由涤纶纤维、桑蚕丝纤维和氯纶混纺而成,所述耐磨防皱涂料的原料按重量份包括:聚氨酯70-80份、环氧树脂30-50份、聚酯纤维20-35份、聚酰胺20-30份、分散剂5-10份、聚四氢呋喃5-10份、丙烯酸丁酯2-4份、有机硅树脂5-8份、乙基纤维素2-4份、石墨烯1-2份、玻璃纤维2-3份、颜料2-5份、羟基硅油0.7-1.3份、碳纤维2-3份、固化剂7-10份、有机溶剂50-60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨防皱面料,其特征在于:所述分散剂为乙烯基双硬脂酰胺、三硬脂酸甘油酯和油酸酰中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨防皱面料,其特征在于:所述颜料为钛白粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨防皱面料,其特征在于:所述有机溶剂选自二甲苯、正丁醇、乙醇、甲苯、丙二醇甲醚、环己酮中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨防皱面料,其特征在于:所述固化剂为聚酰胺固化剂和脂肪胺固化剂中的一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的一种耐磨防皱面料,其特征在于,所述耐磨防皱面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将聚氨酯、环氧树脂、聚酯纤维、聚酰胺、分散剂、聚四氢呋喃、丙烯酸丁酯、有机硅树脂、乙基纤维素、石墨烯、玻璃纤维、颜料、羟基硅油、碳纤维按重量份混合,得到混合物料,然后将混合物料加入有机溶剂中,搅拌均匀后,形成混合液;
S2:将固化剂用有机溶剂溶解均匀,分散30min,得到的溶液加入S1中的混合液中,形成浸渍液;
S3:将基布层浸渍于50-60℃下的上述溶液中4小时,后取出,置于80-90℃的鼓风干燥箱中干燥至恒重,得到耐磨防皱面料。
