Abstract
本发明公开了一种可降解湿巾生产工艺及湿巾、用于该湿巾的包装膜,本发明的湿巾基布采用可降解的木浆、聚乳酸短纤、莱赛尔短纤、黏胶短纤纤维素纤维,通过湿法成网和水刺固化烘干技术形成,再通过浸渍或喷涂溶液,形成一定带液量的湿巾产品,本发明中的湿巾可降解。除此之外,本发明中,针对该可降解湿巾的包装也提出了一种双层PE膜作为其包膜,该双层膜PE的表层为双向拉伸PE,里层为茂金属改性PE,由于其具有单一的热塑性材料,因此可以回收利用。本发明通过筛选合适的纤维素纤维种类及配比,优化纤维开松和梳理工艺,得到力学性能良好的可降解湿巾;同时用于该湿巾的包装膜在满足阻隔性能和热封性能的同时可以回收使用,符合环保要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及湿巾产品及其生产技术领域,具体指一种可降解湿巾生产工艺及湿巾、用于该湿巾的包装膜。
背景技术
目前常规的湿巾基布一般采用黏胶纤维与涤纶纤维混纺的水刺无纺布,其中的涤纶纤维无法降解。湿巾包膜为保证阻隔性能和热封性能一般采用PP+PET+PE等多层复合的材质,不同的塑料复合无法回收使用。随着人们生活水平的提高,环保意识日益增强,特别是各地“禁塑令”的发布,一种可降解的湿巾的开发包括用于该可降解湿巾的可回收包装膜成了市场的需求。
发明内容
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提出一种可降解湿巾生产工艺及湿巾、用于该湿巾的包装膜,本发明的湿巾基布采用可降解的纤维素纤维通过湿法成网和水刺固化烘干技术形成,再通过浸渍或喷涂溶液,形成一定带液量的湿巾产品,本发明中的湿巾可降解。除此之外,本发明中,针对该可降解湿巾的包装也提出了一种双层PE膜作为其包膜,该双层膜PE的表层为双向拉伸PE,里层为茂金属改性PE,由于其具有单一的热塑性材料,因此可以回收利用,从而达到环保的目的。
一种可降解湿巾生产工艺,包括
第一部分:制备湿巾基布,具体包括以下步骤:
A选择原料,B开松混合并梳理纤维,C交叉铺网并牵伸,D预湿及水刺,E烘干;其中,
所述步骤A选择原料为:筛选木浆wt 50-70%、8-10mm的聚乳酸短纤wt5-15%、8-10mm 的莱赛尔短纤wt8-15%和7-9mm的黏胶短纤wt10-20%作为无纺布基材原料;
所述步骤B开松混合并梳理纤维为:聚乳酸短纤、莱赛尔短纤和黏胶短纤分别采用单独的粗开松和精开松设备进行开松,并采用梳理机进行梳理,其中梳理机的锡林比涤黏无纺工艺降速5-10%至1130-1180m/min,相应地各道夫辊同比涤黏无纺工艺进行降速5-10%至 59-62m/min;一般地,涤黏无纺工艺中锡林的速度为1240m/min左右,相应地各道夫辊速度为65m/min。
所述步骤D预湿及水刺为:采用4.0-5bar预刺水压,35-65bar滚筒式第一水刺区喷头水压和90-110bar平网式第二水刺区喷头水压对步骤B形成的纤网进行水刺;
第二部分:配制湿巾溶液;该溶液可以为纯净水,或者为含有功能性助剂的溶液,如抗菌剂、杀菌剂、香味剂、润肤剂等。
第三部分:将所述湿巾溶液浸渍或喷涂在所述湿巾基布上形成湿巾;
第四部分:采用双层PE膜包装所述湿巾,所述双层PE膜表层采用双向拉伸PE膜,其氧气透过率≤50cm3/(m2·24h·0.1MPa);里层采用茂金属改性LDPE,所述茂金属改性LDPE的密度为0.91-0.92g/ml;所述包装膜的热封温度为100-110℃。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
1.本发明的湿巾基布均为可降解的纤维素纤维,且通过湿法成网和水刺烘干工艺制程,相对于传统的涤纶+黏胶混纺的水刺无纺布可以实现完全降解;相对于现有技术的可降解聚乳酸无纺布采用木浆+黏胶+聚乳酸短纤混纺,本发明引入莱赛尔纤维,并控制其添加量,莱赛尔纤维的引入有助于提高其干态和湿态下的纵、横向断裂强力,且通过控制湿巾基布生产工艺中的梳理工艺参数,进一步提高其机械性能,从而时生产出的湿巾基布能够适应湿巾高速机的生产速度和消费者的使用体验
2.本发明中的湿巾包装膜采用双层PE膜,在保证包装膜阻隔性能和热封性能的同时,相对常规的PP+PET+PE,该包装膜可以回收使用。

所述湿巾溶液成分包括:纯水、丙二醇、苯氧基乙醇、抗菌剂乳酸纳、甘菊油,使湿巾具有抗菌和护肤作用;
所述湿巾溶液经浸渍或喷涂工艺附着在湿巾基布上;
所述湿巾基布的平方克重为50,所述湿巾基布纵向断裂强力为50-52N,横向断裂强力为 10-12N。所述湿巾的纵向断裂强力为10-11N,湿态横向断裂强力为5-6N。
所述湿巾采用双层PE膜包装所述湿巾,所述双层PE膜表层采用双向拉伸PE膜,其氧气透过率≤50cm3/(m2·24h·0.1MPa);里层采用茂金属改性LDPE,所述茂金属改性LDPE的密度为0.91g/ml;所述包装膜的热封温度为105℃。

实施例2
[一种可降解湿巾生产工艺]
该生产工艺包括:
第一部分制备湿巾基布,具体包括以下步骤:
A选择原料,B开松混合并梳理纤维,C交叉铺网并牵伸,D预湿及水刺,E烘干;其中,
所述步骤A选择原料为:筛选木浆wt 60%、8-10mm的细度为1.5分特的聚乳酸短纤wt10%、细度为2.0分特的8-10mm的莱赛尔短纤wt15%和9mm的细度为1.67分特的黏胶短纤wt15%作为无纺布基材原料;
所述步骤B开松混合并梳理纤维为:聚乳酸短纤、莱赛尔短纤和黏胶短纤分别采用单独的粗开松和精开松设备进行开松,并采用梳理机进行梳理,其中梳理机的锡林比常规的涤黏无纺工艺降速8%至1150m/min,相应地各道夫辊同比常规涤黏无纺工艺进行降速8%至60m/min;
所述步骤D预湿及水刺为:采用5.0bar预刺水压,65bar滚筒式第一水刺区喷头水压和 105bar平网式第二水刺区喷头水压对步骤B形成的纤网进行水刺;
所述第一部分制备的湿巾基布的平方克重为55,所述湿巾基布纵向断裂强力55-57N,横向断裂强力为11-13N;
第二部分配制湿巾溶液;该溶液成分为纯净水,丙二醇,苯氧基乙醇,桉树叶精华、甘菊油、芦荟精华,使得湿巾具备较好的护肤作用。
第三部分将所述湿巾溶液浸渍或喷涂在所述湿巾基布上形成湿巾;所述湿巾的纵向断裂强力为11-12N,湿态横向断裂强力为5-6N。
第四部分:采用双层PE膜包装所述湿巾,所述双层PE膜表层采用双向拉伸PE膜,其氧气透过率≤50cm3/(m2·24h·0.1MPa);里层采用茂金属改性LDPE,所述茂金属改性LDPE的密度为0.91-0.92g/ml;所述包装膜的热封温度为100-110℃。
[一种根据上述可降解湿巾生产工艺生产的湿巾]
所述湿巾包括湿巾基布和附着在湿巾基布的湿巾溶液,其中,
所述湿巾基布包括木浆纤维60wt%、8-10mm的细度为1.5分特的聚乳酸短纤wt10%、8-10mm 的细度为2.0分特的莱赛尔短纤wt15%和7-9mm的细度为1.67分特的黏胶短纤wt15%,并经水刺烘干工艺制得;
所述湿巾溶液包括纯净水,丙二醇,苯氧基乙醇,桉树叶精华、甘菊油、芦荟精华,使得湿巾具备较好的护肤作用。
所述湿巾溶液经浸渍或喷涂工艺附着在湿巾基布上;
所述湿巾基布的平方克重为55,所述湿巾基布纵向断裂强力为50-52N,横向断裂强力为 11-13N。所述湿巾的纵向断裂强力为11-12N,湿态横向断裂强力为5-6N。
所述湿巾采用双层PE膜包装所述湿巾,所述双层PE膜表层采用双向拉伸PE膜,其氧气透过率≤50cm3/(m2·24h·0.1MPa);里层采用茂金属改性LDPE,所述茂金属改性LDPE的密度为0.91-0.92g/ml;所述包装膜的热封温度为100-110℃。
[一种用于上述湿巾的包装膜]
所述包装膜为双层PE膜,所述双层PE膜表层采用双向拉伸PE膜,其氧气透过率≤50 cm3/(m2·24h·0.1MPa);里层采用茂金属改性LDPE,所述茂金属改性LDPE的密度为0.92g/ml;所述包装膜的热封温度为110℃。
所述双向拉伸PE膜采用LDPE流延工艺,纵向拉伸比4,横向拉伸比8;所述包膜热封温度为110℃。

Claims (10)
1.一种可降解湿巾生产工艺,其特征在于:包括
第一部分:制备湿巾基布,具体包括以下步骤:
A选择原料,B开松混合并梳理纤维,C交叉铺网并牵伸,D预湿及水刺,E烘干;其中,
所述步骤A选择原料为:筛选木浆wt 50-70%、8-10mm的聚乳酸短纤wt5-15%、8-10mm的莱赛尔短纤wt8-15%和7-9mm的黏胶短纤wt10-20%作为无纺布基材原料;
所述步骤B开松混合并梳理纤维为:聚乳酸短纤、莱赛尔短纤和黏胶短纤分别采用单独的粗开松和精开松设备进行开松,并采用梳理机进行梳理,其中梳理机的锡林比涤黏无纺工艺降速5-10%,至1130-1180m/min,相应地各道夫辊同比涤黏无纺工艺进行降速5-10%,至59-62m/min;
所述步骤D预湿及水刺为:采用4.0-5bar预刺水压,35-65bar滚筒式第一水刺区喷头水压和90-110bar平网式第二水刺区喷头水压对步骤B形成的纤网进行水刺;
第二部分:配制湿巾溶液;
第三部分:将所述湿巾溶液浸渍或喷涂在所述湿巾基布上形成湿巾;
第四部分:采用双层PE膜包装所述湿巾,所述双层PE膜表层采用双向拉伸PE膜,其氧气透过率≤50cm3/(m2·24h·0.1MPa);里层采用茂金属改性LDPE,所述茂金属改性LDPE的密度为0.91-0.92g/ml;包装膜的热封温度为100-110℃;
所述双向拉伸PE膜采用LDPE流延工艺,纵向拉伸比3.5-4.5,横向拉伸比8-9。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可降解湿巾生产工艺,其特征在于:所述聚乳酸短纤的细度为1.5分特,所述莱赛尔短纤的细度为2.0分特,所述黏胶短纤的细度为1.67分特。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可降解湿巾生产工艺,其特征在于:所述第一部分制备的湿巾基布的平方克重为50-60,所述湿巾基布纵向断裂强力≥50N,横向断裂强力≥10N。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可降解湿巾生产工艺,其特征在于:所述湿巾的纵向断裂强力≥10N,湿态横向断裂强力≥5N。
5.一种根据权利要求1-3任一所述的可降解湿巾生产工艺生产的湿巾,其特征在于:所述湿巾包括湿巾基布和附着在湿巾基布的湿巾溶液,其中,
所述湿巾基布包括木浆纤维50-70wt%、8-10mm的聚乳酸短纤wt5-15%、8-10mm的莱赛尔短纤wt8-15%和7-9mm的黏胶短纤wt10-20%,并经水刺烘干工艺制得;
所述湿巾溶液经浸渍或喷涂工艺附着在湿巾基布上;
所述湿巾采用双层PE膜包装所述湿巾,所述双层PE膜表层采用双向拉伸PE膜,其氧气透过率≤50cm3/(m2·24h·0.1MPa);里层采用茂金属改性LDPE,所述茂金属改性LDPE的密度为0.91-0.92g/ml;所述包装膜的热封温度为100-110℃。
6.根据权利要求5所述的湿巾,其特征在于:所述聚乳酸短纤的细度为1.5分特,所述莱赛尔短纤的细度为2.0分特,所述黏胶短纤的细度为1.67分特。
7.根据权利要求5所述的湿巾,其特征在于:所述湿巾基布的平方克重为50-60,所述湿巾基布纵向断裂强力≥50N,横向断裂强力≥10N。
8.根据权利要求6所述的湿巾,其特征在于:所述湿巾的纵向断裂强力≥10N,湿态横向断裂强力≥5N。
9.一种用于权利要求5所述的湿巾的包装膜,其特征在于:所述包装膜为双层PE膜,所述双层PE膜表层采用双向拉伸PE膜,其氧气透过率≤50cm3/(m2·24h·0.1MPa);里层采用茂金属改性LDPE,所述茂金属改性LDPE的密度为0.91-0.92g/ml;所述包装膜的热封温度为100-110℃。
10.根据权利要求9所述的包装膜,其特征在于:所述双向拉伸PE膜采用LDPE流延工艺,纵向拉伸比3.5-4.5,横向拉伸比8-9;所述包装膜热封温度为105℃。
