本发明公开了一种快速防腐磷化溶液的配方,包括磷酸、氧化锌、硝酸锌、酒石酸、重铬酸钾、钼酸铵、硝酸钡和护肤洗手液。本发明,磷化液施工工艺简单,能快速实现原位、局部防腐实施,有利于以大型构件的防腐需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及钢铁金属防腐技术领域,具体为一种快速防腐磷化溶液的配 方。
背景技术
磷化是钢铁金属防腐的工艺技术之一。常用的磷化液配方的使用温度为 高温(95℃-98℃);中温(60℃-80℃)和低温(30-50),使用场景也只能 在有加温设施和排风装置的固定槽体中。使用场景也仅限于分解后的单个零 件的整体处理。
根据原位修理技术的需求,上述需加温的磷化液是无法实现使用的需求。 为此有必要解决常温快速磷化工艺的实施,有必要对常温磷化液的配方进行 研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种快速防腐磷化溶液的配方,以解决上述背景 技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种快速防腐磷化溶液的 配方,包括磷酸、氧化锌、硝酸锌、酒石酸、重铬酸钾、钼酸铵、硝酸钡和 护肤洗手液。
优选的,各成分质量含量为磷酸400-450克/升、氧化锌45-50克/升、 硝酸锌15-30克/升、酒石酸20-30克/升、重铬酸钾0.3克/升、钼酸铵1.0 克/升、硝酸钡1.0克/升和护肤洗手液6-10克/升。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明,磷化液施工工艺简单,能快速实现原位、局部防腐实施,有 利于以大型构件的防腐需求;
2、本发明,磷化液配所用原料容易获得,生产工艺简单。

实施例1
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种快速防腐磷化溶液的配方,包括磷酸、 氧化锌、硝酸锌、酒石酸、重铬酸钾、钼酸铵、硝酸钡和护肤洗手液,各成 分质量含量为磷酸400克/升、氧化锌45/升、硝酸锌15克/升、酒石酸20克 /升、重铬酸钾0.3克/升、钼酸铵1.0克/升、硝酸钡1.0克/升和护肤洗手 液6克/升。
实施例2
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种快速防腐磷化溶液的配方,包括磷酸、 氧化锌、硝酸锌、酒石酸、重铬酸钾、钼酸铵、硝酸钡和护肤洗手液,各成 分质量含量为磷酸425克/升、氧化锌47.5克/升、硝酸锌22克/升、酒石酸 25克/升、重铬酸钾0.3克/升、钼酸铵1.0克/升、硝酸钡1.0克/升和护肤 洗手液8克/升。
实施例3
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种快速防腐磷化溶液的配方,包括磷酸、 氧化锌、硝酸锌、酒石酸、重铬酸钾、钼酸铵、硝酸钡和护肤洗手液,各成 分质量含量为磷酸450克/升、氧化锌50克/升、硝酸锌30克/升、酒石酸30 克/升、重铬酸钾0.3克/升、钼酸铵1.0克/升、硝酸钡1.0克/升和护肤洗 手液10克/升。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而 言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行 多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限 定。

1.一种快速防腐磷化溶液的配方,其特征在于包括磷酸、氧化锌、硝酸锌、酒石酸、重铬酸钾、钼酸铵、硝酸钡和护肤洗手液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速防腐磷化溶液的配方,其特征在于:各成分质量含量为磷酸400-450克/升、氧化锌45-50克/升、硝酸锌15-30克/升、酒石酸20-30克/升、重铬酸钾0.3克/升、钼酸铵1.0克/升、硝酸钡1.0克/升和护肤洗手液6-10克/升。
