Abstract

As can be seen from the table 1, when the microbial organic fertilizer of the embodiments 1-3 is applied, the emergence rate of the pepper is 86% at most, which is increased by 19% compared with the application of the chicken manure organic fertilizer; meanwhile, the average seedling height is increased by 2.46cm, and the survival rate is improved by 12.6%. Compared with the common farmyard organic fertilizer, the microbial organic fertilizer disclosed by the invention can effectively improve the emergence rate, seedling height and survival rate of pepper cultivation by relieving the continuous cropping obstacle of pepper.
In conclusion, the microbial organic fertilizer can effectively degrade toxic substances secreted into soil by the allelopathy of the pepper, particularly the pepper in karst landform areas, so that the continuous cropping obstacle of the pepper planting land is relieved, the microbial organic fertilizer is suitable for continuous cropping planting of the pepper, and rich nutrients can be provided for the growth of the pepper, and the effect of fertilizing the land is achieved. The microbial organic fertilizer is applied to pepper cultivation, so that the ecological environment of karst landform areas can be recovered by using the characteristics of the karst landform without influencing the economic benefit of people. Certainly, the microbial organic fertilizer can also solve the problem of continuous cropping obstacles of other crops, such as hot peppers, melons, bitter gourds, tomatoes, eggplants and the like.

1. A microbial organic fertilizer for relieving continuous cropping obstacles of crops is characterized by comprising: the strain is rhodopseudomonas palustris, and the preservation number of the rhodopseudomonas palustris is CGMCC No. 1.2180.
2. The microbial organic fertilizer according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the culture substrate comprises straws and animal manure, wherein the animal manure is at least one of pig manure and cow manure;
and/or in the microbial organic fertilizer, the rhodopseudomonas palustris is rhodopseudomonas palustris liquid, and the weight of the rhodopseudomonas palustris liquid accounts for 5-20% of the weight of the microbial organic fertilizer.
3. The microbial organic fertilizer according to claim 2, characterized in that: the straws are at least one selected from wheat straws, corn stalks and rice straws, and the pig manure and the cattle manure are dried pig manure and cattle manure;
and/or the using amount of the straws and the animal wastes in the microbial organic fertilizer is equal.

6. The method of claim 5, wherein: adjusting the amount of the rhodopseudomonas palustris liquid according to the dryness of the material, and controlling the water content of the fully and uniformly stirred material to be 25-30%;
and/or the closed anaerobic fermentation conditions are as follows: 35-40 ℃ and 36-56 h;
and/or the total viable count of the microbial organic fertilizer is controlled to be 1.0-5.0 hundred million/g;
and/or the culture method of the rhodopseudomonas palustris liquid comprises the following steps: inoculating Rhodopseudomonas palustris in liquid culture medium of Pseudomonas palustris, and performing amplification culture when viable count is equal to or higher than 1.0 × 109Stopping the amplification culture when the concentration is CFU/mL, and obtaining the rhodopseudomonas palustris liquid.

and/or the planting land of the crops is karst landform;

and/or the application method of the microbial organic fertilizer comprises the following steps:
(1) application: in the previous month of crop planting, mixing the microbial organic fertilizer with soil in a hole application mode;
