As can be seen from the data in the table above, the rice seedlings using the seedling strengthening agent have good root growth, increased root number, stronger stem and obviously better growth condition than the control group.
The soil enzyme is one of the most active organic components in soil components, participates in various chemical reactions and biochemical processes such as mineralization and decomposition of organic mineral substances in soil, circulation of mineral nutrient elements, energy transfer, environmental quality and the like, can reflect the strength of soil nutrient transfer capability, and is an important index for evaluating soil fertility. The soil enzyme is mainly derived from secretion of soil microorganisms and plant roots and enzyme for decomposing animal and plant residues, the soil enzyme activity, namely the speed of enzymatic reaction directly influences the synthesis of humus in soil and the decomposition and conversion speed of nutrient substances, the soil enzyme has close relation with the formation of soil fertility, and the soil enzyme activity is a sensitive and reliable soil biological activity index and a soil fertility index and can be used for evaluating the soil fertility level and the fertilizer supply capacity.
8-12 kg of the seedling strengthening agent prepared in the example 1-5 is weighed and uniformly mixed with a cubic meter seedbed for use, and in the test, soil sample samples are collected to measure the soil enzyme activity in the three-leaf stage of rice growth and are compared with the soil enzyme activity of a control group. The results are shown in the following table:

Wherein the catalase activity is 0.1 mol.L-1KMnO4 titration method, urease activity was measured by sodium phenolate colorimetry, and acid phosphatase was measured by disodium phenylphosphate colorimetry.
As can be seen from the data in the above table, the catalase, urease and acid phosphatase activities of examples 1-3 were significantly higher than those of the control group. The compost product is applied, so that the nutrient content in the soil is increased, the soil fertility is enhanced, and the activity of soil enzymes is improved. Urease and phosphatase are respectively involved in the circulation of nitrogen and phosphorus in the soil, and the activity of the urease and the phosphatase can directly reflect the supply level of soil fertility. With the use of the seedling strengthening agent, the activities of catalase, urease and acid phosphatase in the soil tend to be gradually enhanced, which shows that the addition of the seedling strengthening agent increases the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrient content in the soil, organic materials and seaweed essence supplement organic matters to the soil directly or indirectly through plants, the activity of beneficial microorganisms in the soil is supplemented, a large amount of microorganisms in vinasse inhibit the generation of harmful fungi, the activity of the soil is stimulated, the activity of the soil enzyme is improved, and a good soil environment is created for the healthy growth of the plants.

Claims (10)

1. A rice seedling strengthening agent is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
10-30 parts of organic material, 1-5 parts of microbial agent, 10-20 parts of acid regulating agent, 20-30 parts of ammonium sulfate, 15-25 parts of diammonium phosphate, 5-10 parts of magnesium sulfate potassium, 1-5 parts of calcium silicon fertilizer, 0.1-1 part of zinc sulfate, 5-10 parts of humic acid, 0.2-2 parts of growth regulator, 5-10 parts of seaweed essence and 5-10 parts of vinasse.
2. The seedling-strengthening agent as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
20-26 parts of organic material, 3-4 parts of microbial agent, 15-18 parts of acid regulator, 22-17 parts of ammonium sulfate, 22-24 parts of diammonium phosphate, 6-9 parts of magnesium sulfate potassium, 2-4 parts of calcium silicon fertilizer, 0.5-0.8 part of zinc sulfate, 8-9 parts of humic acid, 0.6-1.5 parts of growth regulator, 6-9 parts of seaweed essence and 6-9 parts of vinasse.
3. A seedling strengthening agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organic material is an organic material prepared by aerobic composting process using sludge as raw material, the organic material has an organic matter content of 20-35%, a pH of 6-8, a water content of 10-30%, and a material particle size of 2-10 mm.
4. A seedling-strengthening agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the microbial agent is one or more of bacillus subtilis, bacillus mucilaginosus, bacillus megaterium, actinomycetes, streptomyces albus and aspergillus niger.
5. A seedling-strengthening agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the acid regulator is a chemical acid regulator or a biological fermentation acid.
6. A seedling-strengthening agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the silicon-calcium fertilizer comprises 20-25% of available silicon and 30-40% of calcium oxide.
7. A seedling strengthening agent according to claim 1, wherein the humic acid is one or more of fulvic acid, ulmic acid and nitro humic acid.
8. A seedling-strengthening agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the growth regulator is one or more of paclobutrazol, ABT rooting powder, forchlorfenuron, diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and compound sodium nitrophenolate.
9. The seedling-strengthening agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the seaweed essence is an active substance extracted and concentrated from green algae, red algae or brown algae, and the alginic acid content of the seaweed essence is 65-80%.
10. The seedling-strengthening agent according to claim 1, wherein the distiller's grains are dried distiller's grains, and the distiller's grains have a pH of 2.8-3.5 and a water content of 10-20%.
