Description

Traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion for promoting involution of uterus of lying-in women and processing and using methods thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mud moxibustion, in particular to traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion for promoting involution of a puerpera uterus and a processing and using method thereof.
Background
Mud moxibustion is a therapeutic method for treating and preventing diseases by using mud medicine to heat and burn and iron stimulation at specific parts of a human body, and is implied to heat and burn and iron. The mud moxibustion therapy is based on the meridian theory of traditional Chinese medicine, biochemical decoction powder is put into the mud moxibustion during the mud moxibustion preparation process, and is applied to local acupuncture points after being heated, the warm time is 20-30 minutes, the mud moxibustion therapy is a noninvasive and painless therapy, and the meridians and collaterals are conducted and adjusted by stimulating the skin parts of the acupuncture points, so that the qi and blood of the meridians and collaterals are improved; the medicine property enters into the striae from pores, plays the roles of heat penetration, heat transfer and heat diffusion of mud moxibustion, promotes smooth vessel collaterals, accelerates blood circulation, nourishes surrounding tissues and plays a stronger medicine effect role. The Chinese medicinal mud moxibustion has strong flexibility, and can be applied to any part of human body at will. The heat effect of the traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion on the affected part can expand local tissue blood vessels, so that the blood flow is accelerated, the blood oxygen concentration is increased, nutrient substances in the blood are increased, the metabolism is accelerated and the like, thereby promoting the effects of swelling and fading of the affected part, relieving spasm and pain, increasing the tissue elasticity, softening scars and the like.
After the pregnant woman gives birth to the uterus, the uterus muscle can contract inwards to cause the blood vessels of the uterus muscle to be sealed, the size of the uterus can change obviously in a short time, the placenta is separated from the endometrium to cause the endometrium to be damaged, the uterus involution can be changed in the uterus contraction and new endometrium generation, and the uterus can cause incomplete involution due to special conditions in the recovery process. The involuntary of the uterus of the lying-in woman, the amount of lochia, pain and other factors can directly influence the involuntary of the uterus, which is not beneficial to the fast recovery and breast feeding of the lying-in woman. The current thought and treatment are early intervention and early prevention, and the occurrence of incomplete involution of uterus is prevented.
There is no record of the bad disease name of uterus involution in the traditional Chinese medicine literature, and the traditional Chinese medicine should belong to the category of incomplete postpartum lochiorrhea according to the pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of the uterus involution. Ancient books record that this disease is caused by blood deficiency, blood heat and blood stasis, which makes thoroughfare and conception insecurity and makes qi and blood flow abnormal. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the postpartum disease is characterized by blood loss and body fluid damage, internal resistance of blood stasis and damaged original qi, the treatment medicine should follow the principle of 'not being restricted to postpartum nor being forgotten to postpartum', and syndrome differentiation and treatment are carried out by combining the disease condition. The traditional Chinese medicine formula biochemical decoction is a main formula for treating various postpartum diseases by a Fried green main treatment, and the traditional Chinese medicine biochemical decoction formula is widely applied to clinic to date, and especially plays a potential role in treating gynecological diseases and promoting postpartum recovery. The biochemical decoction is mainly used for treating vaginal bleeding after medical abortion, puerperal uterine involution, functional uterine bleeding, vaginal bleeding after placing contraceptive ring, dysmenorrhea, ectopic pregnancy, hysteromyoma, etc. The biochemical decoction has effects of increasing red blood cell and albumin, promoting hematopoiesis of bone marrow, reducing blood viscosity and platelet aggregation rate, improving blood rheological property, enhancing uterine contraction, promoting uterine involution, and reversing interferon-Y immunosuppression induced by methotrexate.
The promotion of uterine involution is the key for the rapid recovery of lying-in women, and the western medicine adopts oxytocin for symptomatic treatment at present, has a common curative effect, has unique superiority for the prior prevention of diseases and the promotion of the rapid involution of postpartum uterus, and is prepared by traditional Chinese medicine. And the method mainly adopted at present for involuting the uterus has certain limitation,
in view of the above, there is an urgent need for an extended product combining moxibustion therapy with warm application therapy to achieve the therapeutic effect from the outside to the inside. The medicine can activate the recovery function of uterus, improve microcirculation, prevent hypoxia, dredge channels and collaterals, improve physiological function of puerperae, repair and regenerate damaged organs, resist bacterial invasion, promote uterus contraction, and accelerate uterus involution.
