Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition with effects of warming channels and relieving pain and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition with functions of warming meridians and relieving pain and application thereof.
Background
Dysmenorrhea refers to the symptoms of pain in the lower abdomen or lumbosacral caused by pain during or before and after menstruation, which may be accompanied by nausea, vomiting, cold limbs, or syncope. Clinically, dysmenorrhea is classified into primary dysmenorrhea and secondary dysmenorrhea. Primary dysmenorrhea refers to the pain of the lower abdomen during menstruation when there is no organic disease in female genital organs; secondary dysmenorrhea is caused by organic lesions of female reproductive organs. Dysmenorrhea is common in unmarried and age-bearing women, and seriously affects the study, work and life of women.
According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, a large group of causes of primary dysmenorrhea, gastral cavity distending pain and lower abdominal pain are that the body cannot normally warm up due to cold pathogen or insufficiency of yang qi of the body. The pathogenic factors attacking the human body with the characteristics can cause the qi and blood of the human body to be condensed, the channels to be blocked, the qi and blood circulation to be unsmooth, and various discomforts and pains to the human body can be caused. The pain is fixed, even the pain has a cold feeling, and can be relieved when the pain is warm.
At present, western medicine conventional treatments for the diseases comprise oral Western medicine pain-relieving medicines and medicines for improving gastrointestinal spasm, and the Western medicine conventional treatments have the defects that after the effect of relieving pain for a short time is achieved, repeated attacks are easy to occur, and the physique of a patient cannot be fundamentally improved. The traditional Chinese medicine has acupuncture and moxibustion, oral traditional Chinese medicine and other treatment methods; for example, chinese patent publication No. CN107823594A discloses a traditional Chinese medicine for warming meridians, relieving pain, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-8 parts of selfheal, 8-15 parts of drynaria baronii, 5-10 parts of phellodendron, 10-20 parts of semen momordicae, 20-30 parts of ginger, 10-15 parts of gardenia and 5-10 parts of alpine yarrow herb; the preparation method comprises the following steps: a. mixing rhizoma Drynariae, cortex Phellodendri, semen Momordicae, rhizoma Zingiberis recens, and fructus Gardeniae, placing into a medicated bag, and soaking in 6-8L cold water for 20-40min; b. decocting with slow fire for 3-10min after boiling with strong fire; c. adding Prunellae Spica and herba Achilleae, decocting with slow fire for 3-10min, and boiling with strong fire for 3-8 min. The preparation method has a complex process, and the oral administration mode of the preparation method can not play the best drug effect and is easy to bring adverse reactions.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.

Western diagnostic criteria: refer to the Canadian Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology (SOGC) clinical guidelines for primary dysmenorrhea: the lower abdominal pain of women before or after several hours of menstruation may be accompanied by diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, vertigo, headache, etc., even syncope and fever, which may affect the working and living people. The B-ultrasonic examination and the gynecological examination can eliminate the organic lesions of the reproductive organs.
1.2 inclusion criteria
(1) Those who meet PD diagnostic criteria; (2) substantially normal (28 ± 7) menstrual cycle d; (3) average pain level (pain visual analog scale score, VAS) over a 3 month continuous menstrual period of not less than 40mm; (4) voluntarily participate in the trial.
1.3 exclusion criteria
(1) Combined with the primary diseases seriously endangering life such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and the like, and asthma patients; (2) combining the medical history with other examinations, without excluding other suspected diseases; (3) patients with mental disorder, or with psychological disorder; (4) pregnant, preparing pregnant person; (5) treating dysmenorrhea patients who have taken medicines for preventing dysmenorrhea within 1 week before taking.
2. Method of treatment
The application method comprises the following steps: the navel patch for warming meridians and relieving pain in example 1 is applied to the Shenque acupoint every other day for 4-6 hours, and the 1-month menstruation period is one treatment course, and the treatment is continuously carried out for 3 treatment courses.
3. Observation of therapeutic effects
3.1 Observation index
Pain Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score. Pain VAS score: and (3) evaluating by using a Visual Analog Scale (VAS), wherein the 0 end (0 point) represents 'no pain', the 100mm end (100 points) represents 'unbearable pain', the pain degree is marked on a scoring ruler by a patient according to the feeling, and the length (millimeter reading) from the 0 point to the marked point is the score of the pain degree. Pain is absent at 0-4mm, mild pain at 5-44mm, moderate pain at 45-74mm, and severe pain at 75-100 mm. The doctor assists in evaluation when the patient first visits, guides the patient to use a VAS scoring ruler and automatically records the VAS scoring of the most painful time point of the current menstrual period in a menstrual diary card. Evaluation was performed at 4 time points over the cycle, before treatment and at 1, 2, 3 months of treatment, respectively.
3.2 statistical treatment
Data analysis was performed using SPSS 19.0 statistical software. The measurement data is expressed by mean plus or minus standard deviation (x plus or minus s), the measurement data is compared in groups before and after treatment, if the measurement data obeys normal distribution and the variance is uniform, a matched sample t test is adopted; if the normal distribution is not obeyed, nonparametric tests are adopted. All statistical tests adopt bilateral test, and the difference is statistically significant when P is less than 0.05.
The patient's VAS score results after 1, 2, 3 month treatment cycles are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 VAS score comparison (min, +/-s) of 24 cases of primary dysmenorrhea patients at each time point before and after treatment
Figure BDA0003456636370000091
Note: * Representing P < 0.01 compared to pre-treatment.
The results show that:
after 1, 2 and 3 months of treatment, the VAS score of the patient is reduced compared with that before treatment (P is less than 0.01), and the effectiveness of the navel patch for warming channels and relieving pain is proved.
