Description

Self-heating medicinal mud and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the application field of traditional Chinese medicine compositions, A61P29/00, in particular to self-heating medicinal mud and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the digital age, according to the definition of health of the world health organization in China, the results of various research data show that about 20% -80% of people are in a sub-health state. The detection rate of sub-health is mainly related to sex, age and occupation, wherein the detection rate of general women is higher than that of men, the detection rate of the age of 40-50 years is higher than that of other age groups, and teachers and officials are higher. The main causes of sub-health are: unreasonable diet, lack of exercise, irregular work and rest, insufficient sleep, mental stress, great psychological stress, long-term bad mood and the like. Therefore, people need to adjust their living attitudes and working modes to gradually recover their health and their surrounding people.
Mud moxibustion is a therapeutic method for treating and preventing diseases by using mud medicine to heat and burn and iron and stimulate specific parts of a human body. The mud moxibustion has good flexibility, can be randomly pasted on any part of a body, and plays the roles of dispelling cold, promoting blood circulation, resisting inflammation and the like by the medicinal effect of the contained traditional Chinese medicine components. Patent CN202010032898.6 discloses a traditional Chinese medicine mud film for mud moxibustion and a preparation method thereof, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine mud film is prepared by mixing filtrate obtained by steaming and boiling pepper, dogwood, astragalus, caulis spatholobi, rhizoma cibotii, eucommia bark, radix clematidis and garden balsam stem, pearl powder, moxa powder and ginger powder, mixing with mineral mud, heating for reaction, cooling, and adding medicinal essential oil and rosin, and the obtained mud film has powerful functions of adsorption and activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis. Patent CN201910006342.7 discloses a traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion and its preparation and application method, which is prepared by adding traditional Chinese medicine powder, mineral mud and azone into decocted beeswax, and then adding mysterious bottom essential oil and glycerin. The traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion has the effects of dispelling dampness and expelling cold, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and relieving swelling and pain, and can be used for treating neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain, rheumatism osteopathia, cold womb and dysmenorrhea, etc., but the mud film can cause loss of effective components when heated, has poor storage stability, and can not be stored for a long time.

(1) According to the application, the medicinal mud is prepared by extracting effective components of folium artemisiae argyi, angelica sinensis, cinnamon, safflower, ginger, ligusticum chuanxiong hort, pseudo-ginseng, radix angelicae pubescentis and garden balsam stem and fully mixing the effective components with auxiliary materials, mineral mud, plant extracts, penetrants, mineral oil and additives. The obtained medicinal mud is hot-applied to the required position of the body or uniformly smeared on the whole body, skin pores relax, the medicinal efficacy can enter the skin and the fascia layer of the human body, the blood circulation is promoted, the self-heating effect is generated, the heating is quick and lasting, moisture, cold and skin toxin and the like in the body can be removed, and the effects of promoting blood circulation and stimulating the menstrual flow, dissipating blood stasis and relieving pain, relieving exterior syndrome and dispelling cold, dispelling wind and relieving pain and relieving fatigue are achieved.
(2) The medicinal mud in the application mainly plays a role through active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicines, but the ingredients of the medicinal extract are complex, and a large number of functional groups are contained in the medicinal extract, so that various physical and chemical reactions such as deliquescence, photochemical reaction, oxidation and the like are easy to occur, and the stability of the medicinal mud is reduced. The applicant finds that the stability of the medicine mud can be effectively improved by adding the plant extract, particularly the clove extract and the orange peel extract, probably because the plant extract contains polyphenols and flavonoids, can remove free radicals and inhibit enzymatic oxidation reaction, further has the effects of resisting oxidation and inflammation, improves the stability of the self-heating medicine mud, and simultaneously can also act together with the traditional Chinese medicine components to enhance the heating capacity of the medicine mud. Surprisingly, when the weight ratio of the clove flower extract to the orange peel extract is 2-3: 1, on one hand, the self-heating medicinal mud can be cooperated with dead sea mineral mud for synergism, so that the heat storage effect of the self-heating medicinal mud is enhanced, and the heating time is prolonged; on the other hand, the self-heating medicinal mud can be cooperated with white beeswax and microcrystalline wax to effectively control the discharge of water and oil in the medicinal mud, and further improve the stability of the self-heating medicinal mud.
(3) The self-heating medicine mud can be prepared by fully mixing a certain amount of mineral mud, plant extracts and other auxiliary agents after traditional Chinese medicines are extracted, the preparation method is simple, conditions are controllable, the obtained self-heating medicine mud is high in flexibility and can be randomly hot-applied to any part of a body, importantly, the medicine mud is proper in viscosity, no residue exists at the skin after the medicine mud is used, the medicine mud can be easily removed, and repeated utilization is achieved.
