技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域，更具体地说，它涉及一种穿孔缝闭装置。
背景技术
医生通常使用缝合线来闭合伤口、切口、瘘管和其他常见的组织缺损。当缺损接近患者的皮肤或其他组织表面时，医生通常容易使用针来将伤口缝闭合。当缺损位于组织表面之下时，缝闭方法高度依赖于技术，并且通常涉及将弯曲的针导引穿过小端口并穿过组织，操作上有一定技术难度。这可能在腹腔中进行腹腔镜程序之后尤其困难。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种穿孔缝闭装置，该缝闭器能够克服现有缝闭方法操作困难的缺点。

综上所述，本发明具有以下有益效果：其中缝闭针的径长尺寸应大于需要闭合的伤口、切口、瘘管和其他常见的组织缺损，而医生使用穿孔缝闭装置时先将缝闭器主体的底端抵压在缝闭处周边，并且在旋转缝闭螺杆的过程中能够旋入缝闭器主体内，同时带动其端部的缝闭针螺旋入组织内，并且缝闭针围绕缝闭处周边组织，将创口通道围绕设置；当缝闭针带动缝闭线穿刺到位后能够通过回旋缝闭螺杆带动缝闭针退出，并且在缝闭针退出后缝闭线留在其中，倒刺结构能够在拉扯缝闭线留在外部的一端时实现缝闭线的收紧，进而实现创口通道的结扎缝合；整个缝合过程快捷方便，并且能够通过缝闭螺杆实现对缝闭针的螺旋缝合操作，解决了现有缝合过程中的缝合操作难度高、缝合效果差的问题。
