Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of breeding, and particularly relates to a breeding method for prolonging egg production by secondary development of laying hens.
Background
With the rapid development of livestock husbandry in China, laying hen breeding is entering a large-scale, intensive, mechanized and high-cost era. At present, the stock of laying hens in China is more than 15 hundred million, and in the laying hen production of China, more than 70% of eggs come from small-scale chicken farms and farmer scatter breeding, so that the problems of low laying rate, short laying period and low breeding profit exist. And because of the pressure of double risks of market and epidemic diseases, the profit of laying hen breeding is lower and lower, and the problem of how to improve the economic benefit of laying hen breeding becomes a close concern for the user who breeds chicken.
The breeding cycle of the laying hens can be divided into a breeding period and a production period: the breeding period is about 18 weeks, the production period is that laying hens begin to lay eggs at 21 weeks of age, the egg laying peak is over 90% in 28-29 weeks, then the egg laying peak is maintained for about 6 months, the egg laying peak continuously drops after the egg laying peak, the laying hens need to be eliminated when the egg laying peak drops to about 60%, and the laying hens in most of the current breeding farms are eliminated at 65-70 weeks of age. Therefore, the early investment of the laying hens is huge, and if the peak of laying cannot be reached or the peak time of laying is short, no benefit is obtained at all; at present, the egg laying peak time is mature relatively, so that the egg laying peak time is difficult to prolong, and therefore, a feeding method for secondary development of the laying hens is designed and developed, the laying hens are subjected to secondary development, then the eggs are laid continuously, and the benefit is improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the problems raised by the above background art, the present invention is directed to: aims to provide a feeding method for prolonging the secondary development of laying hens and laying eggs. In order to achieve the technical purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a feeding method for prolonging egg laying period of laying hens by secondary development is characterized in that the laying hens which pass the peak of the egg laying period are centralized in a feeding cage for feeding, and the method comprises the following steps:
s1: stopping feeding the laying hens with the feed, and reducing the illumination in the feeding environment;
s2: the water source in the layer chicken is ensured to be sufficient, the layer chicken has sufficient water source, and high nutrient substances are added into the water, so that the layer chicken can be guaranteed to keep physical strength and survive;
s3: regularly observing the condition of the laying hens every day, and selecting and treating the hens which are not mentally or dead from the rearing cage;
s4: after 16 days, adding the feed into the laying hens for feeding, wherein the adding amount of the feed is 38-42% of that before stopping feeding;
s5: on the basis of S4, the feed amount which is 8 to 12 percent of the feed amount before stopping feeding is increased every day later relative to the previous day, the increase is stopped until the feed amount before stopping feeding is recovered, and the light of a feeding cage is slowly increased along with the feeding time of the chickens;
s6: after the chicken is continuously fed for 15 days, the chicken flocks can continuously produce eggs and return to normal feeding.
As no preferable scheme of the invention, the high-nutrient substances in S2 comprise glucose, high-protein soybean powder and water-soluble dietary fibers.
As a preferable scheme, the mass content of each component in the high-nutrient substance is as follows: glucose: 20-30%, high protein soybean powder: 67-79% of water-soluble dietary fiber: 1 to 3 percent.
As a preferable scheme, the laying hens which do not meet the requirements are subjected to centralized burying treatment in the step S3.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the amount of feed added in S4 is 40% of the amount before stopping feeding.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in S5, the feed amount before stopping feeding is increased by 9% to 11% in each day after the next day relative to the previous day.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. after the laying hens are fed normally, the obtained eggs are good in quality and large in size, and the egg yield is increased to a certain extent compared with that in the original egg laying peak period;
2. the invention can increase the laying time of the laying hens by 7-9 months;
3. compared with the method from the feeding of the young chicken to the normal laying, the method ensures that the laying hens grow for the second time, has shorter growth period and better economic benefit; and the eliminated laying hens are recycled without purchasing new chicks, so the method has market popularization prospect.
