本发明创造公开了一种履带拖拉机一体式PTO双动力转换箱,包括箱体、液压泵输出轴、动力输入轴和动力输出从动轴,所述的动力输入轴上设有低速齿轮、高速齿轮和液压泵输入齿轮,液压泵输出轴上设有液压泵齿轮,箱体上固定有由液压泵输出轴带动的双联液压泵;动力输出从动轴上设有低速从动齿轮和高速从动齿轮,在动力输出从动轴上还设有高低速离合装置,高低速离合装置与低速从动齿轮结合时输出低速动力,高低速离合装置与高速从动齿轮结合时输出高速动力,高低速离合装置中置时不输出动力。采用本结构后,具有结构简单紧凑、布局合理、体积小、质量轻、传动效率高、使用效果好、生产成本低等优点。

技术领域
本发明创造涉及履带拖拉机技术领域,特别是一种集行走转向和PTO输出于一体的履带拖拉机一体式PTO双动力转换箱。
背景技术
目前,市场上销售的履带拖拉机为了实现车辆无级变速原地转向功能,主要采用机械式变速箱加HST结构以及双联液压泵加减速马达结构。当采用双联液压泵加减速马达结构时,由于有两套动力输出方式,一套传输至双联液压泵,另一套传输至后置的PTO动力输出轴,往往采用双转换箱结构,即将双联液压泵置于前转换箱中,前转换箱中输入发动机动力,前转换箱输出双联液压泵的动力和另一个动力输出口,动力输出口通过皮带或者万向节等结构输入至后面的PTO转移箱,PTO转移箱再通过相应转换提供低速和高速两档不同转速的动力给后面的旋耕机等农用机具,这种结构往往比较复杂,拖拉机内部空间占用较大,制造成本较高,整机质量较重。针对上述问题,许多生产厂家和有识之士进行开发和研制,但至今未有较满意的产品问世。
发明内容
为克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,本发明创造的目的是提供一种结构简单紧凑、布局合理、体积小、质量轻、传动效率高、使用效果好、生产成本低的履带拖拉机一体式PTO双动力转换箱。
本发明创造解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案,它包括箱体、依次可转动设置在箱体上的液压泵输出轴、动力输入轴和动力输出从动轴,所述的动力输入轴上对应设有低速齿轮、高速齿轮和液压泵输入齿轮,液压泵输出轴上设有与液压泵输入齿轮啮合的液压泵齿轮,箱体上固定有由液压泵输出轴带动的双联液压泵;动力输出从动轴上可转动地设有与低速齿轮啮合的低速从动齿轮以及与高速齿轮啮合的高速从动齿轮,在低速从动齿轮与高速从动齿轮之间的动力输出从动轴上设有高低速离合装置,高低速离合装置与低速从动齿轮结合时动力输出从动轴输出低速动力,高低速离合装置与高速从动齿轮结合时动力输出从动轴输出高速动力,高低速离合装置中置时不输出动力。
本发明创造的进一步方案,所述的高低速离合装置包括啮合齿座、啮合套、拨叉、拨叉轴、转动摇臂,啮合齿座安装在动力输出从动轴上,啮合套可轴向移动地设置在啮合齿座上,拨叉轴固定在箱体上,拨叉可滑动地设置在拨叉轴上,拨叉的叉头设置在啮合套上,转动摇臂设置在箱体上,转动摇臂转向时可带动拨叉左右移动。
本发明创造的进一步方案,所述动力输出从动轴的输出端对应固定有输出轴套和输出轴座,输出轴座上设有与农机具连接的动力输出轴,动力输出从动轴与动力输出轴之间连接有设置在输出轴套内的动力输出连接轴。
采用上述结构后,与现有技术相比有如下优点和效果:一是将履带拖拉机前置的行走转向转换箱与后置的PTO输出转换箱有机结合成一体,在给双联液压泵提供动力输出的同时,还给后挂的农机具提供低速和高速两档转速的动力输出,传动效率高,提高了能效比。二是极大的缩小了转换箱的体积,所占空间小,同时也大大减轻了转换箱的质量,这意味着机架内有更多的空间,可以容纳更大的油箱,可以增加更多的传感器,增加更多的功能;即使其它都不变的情况下,质量的减轻,对于在田间的操控性也会变得更好。三是各个部分的操纵转换机构可以集中在一起,更加方便拖拉机的操纵。四是简化了传动机构,极大的降低了制造成本,同时一体化结构还能提高整套传动机构的可靠性,故障率可大大下降。

具体实施方式
图1至图4所示,为本发明创造履带拖拉机一体式PTO双动力转换箱的具体实施方案,它包括箱体2、依次可转动设置在箱体2上的液压泵输出轴5、与发动机动力连接的动力输入轴1和动力输出从动轴10,所述的动力输入轴1上对应设有低速齿轮3、高速齿轮6和液压泵输入齿轮8,液压泵输出轴5上设有与液压泵输入齿轮8啮合的液压泵齿轮7,箱体2上固定有由液压泵输出轴5带动的双联液压泵9,当发动机工作时,双联液压泵9不断输出动力控制行走转向装置,从而实现履带拖拉机的行走转向功能;动力输出从动轴10上可转动地设有与低速齿轮3啮合的低速从动齿轮11以及与高速齿轮6啮合的高速从动齿轮14,在低速从动齿轮11与高速从动齿轮14之间的动力输出从动轴10上设有高低速离合装置,高低速离合装置与低速从动齿轮11结合时动力输出从动轴10输出低速动力,高低速离合装置与高速从动齿轮14结合时动力输出从动轴10输出高速动力,高低速离合装置中置时不输出动力。
为了方便实现低速和高速两档不同转速的转换,所述的高低速离合装置包括啮合齿座12、啮合套13、拨叉4、拨叉轴21、转动摇臂20,啮合齿座12安装在动力输出从动轴10上,啮合套13可轴向移动地设置在啮合齿座12上,拨叉轴21固定在箱体2上,拨叉4可滑动地设置在拨叉轴21上,拨叉4的叉头设置在啮合套13上,转动摇臂20设置在箱体2上,转动摇臂20转向时可带动拨叉4左右移动,拨叉4拨动啮合套13与低速从动齿轮11或高速从动齿轮14结合,从而使动力输出从动轴10提供低速或高速两档不同转速的PTO动力输出。
为了方便与旋耕机等农机具连接,所述动力输出从动轴10的输出端对应固定有输出轴套16和输出轴座18,输出轴座18上设有与农机具连接的动力输出轴19,动力输出从动轴10与动力输出轴19之间通过花键套15连接有设置在输出轴套16内的动力输出连接轴17。
以上所述,只是本发明创造的具体实施例,并非对本发明创造作出任何形式上的限制,在不脱离本发明创造的技术方案基础上,所作出的简单修改、等同变化或修饰,均落入本发明创造的保护范围。

1.种履带拖拉机一体式PTO双动力转换箱,包括箱体(2)、依次可转动设置在箱体(2)上的液压泵输出轴(5)、动力输入轴(1)和动力输出从动轴(10),其特征是:所述的动力输入轴(1)上对应设有低速齿轮(3)、高速齿轮(6)和液压泵输入齿轮(8),液压泵输出轴(5)上设有与液压泵输入齿轮(8)啮合的液压泵齿轮(7),箱体(2)上固定有由液压泵输出轴(5)带动的双联液压泵(9);动力输出从动轴(10)上可转动地设有与低速齿轮(3)啮合的低速从动齿轮(11)以及与高速齿轮(6)啮合的高速从动齿轮(14),在低速从动齿轮(11)与高速从动齿轮(14)之间的动力输出从动轴(10)上设有高低速离合装置,高低速离合装置与低速从动齿轮(11)结合时动力输出从动轴(10)输出低速动力,高低速离合装置与高速从动齿轮(14)结合时动力输出从动轴(10)输出高速动力,高低速离合装置中置时不输出动力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的履带拖拉机一体式PTO双动力转换箱,其特征是:所述的高低速离合装置包括啮合齿座(12)、啮合套(13)、拨叉(4)、拨叉轴(21)、转动摇臂(20),啮合齿座(12)安装在动力输出从动轴(10)上,啮合套(13)可轴向移动地设置在啮合齿座(12)上,拨叉轴(21)固定在箱体(2)上,拨叉(4)可滑动地设置在拨叉轴(21)上,拨叉(4)的叉头设置在啮合套(13)上,转动摇臂(20)设置在箱体(2)上,转动摇臂(20)转向时可带动拨叉(4)左右移动。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的履带拖拉机一体式PTO双动力转换箱,其特征是:所述动力输出从动轴(10)的输出端对应固定有输出轴套(16)和输出轴座(18),输出轴座(18)上设有与农机具连接的动力输出轴(19),动力输出从动轴(10)与动力输出轴(19)之间连接有设置在输出轴套(16)内的动力输出连接轴(17)。
