The invention provides a kitchen and bathroom waterproof system and a construction process thereof, wherein the waterproof system comprises the following components: cement waterproof sealant, waterproof mortar leveling layer, high-impermeability waterproof interface mortar, polymer waterproof tile bonding mortar and waterproof pointing agent. The invention can systematically solve the problem of water leakage prevention between kitchens and bathrooms in home decoration, has the unique advantages of excellent water leakage prevention, strong adhesive force, wear resistance, good flexibility, cracking resistance, super durability, pollution prevention and corrosion resistance after the completion of engineering, and can furthest achieve the purpose of having the same service life of water prevention and buildings, so that people can live at home without worry and are far away from leakage.

In the above waterproof construction method, waterproof treatment is mainly performed through waterproof emulsion, and then cement is coated on the surface and ceramic tiles are adhered, because the inside of the cement has many gaps, water on the ground is easy to permeate downwards, and water is stored in the cement, so that a toilet is always wet and needs to be improved, and in actual engineering, the water is always qualified and does not leak in a water closing test, and once the tiles are adhered, the phenomenon of water leakage appears endlessly, and the main reason is that:
the waterproof layer is not protected, and the whole waterproof layer fails due to treading or accidental damage caused by collision of sharp objects;
secondly, building garbage or gravels are often backfilled on the waterproof layer, the whole weight is greatly increased, and the waterproof layer is also failed due to the fact that part of the waterproof layer is weak or the strength of the waterproof layer is not enough to be pulled and cracked, so that leakage is caused.

The construction process of the waterproof system comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning the wall ground base layer of the kitchen and toilet, wetting the pipe root with water after cleaning the pipe root with the depth and width of the groove of 2-3cm, and then reinforcing the pipe root with plugging royal jelly seal filling, and similarly processing the grooved parts of the pipe and the water pipe to compact the pipe root and the groove;
(2) the cement waterproof sealant is coated for 2 times, and the spraying or coating can be carried out, and the dosage per square is about 0.3 Kg;
(3) leveling the ground by using organic silicon waterproof mortar;
(4) coating high-impermeability waterproof interface mortar on the wall and the ground leveling layer, wherein the wall surface is a small amount, the ground surface is a large amount, the interface mortar needs to be fully scraped twice, the scraping and coating directions of the two mortars are vertical, and the total thickness is 3-8mm, so that the wear resistance and the super durability of the waterproof layer are ensured;
(5) after 48 hours, performing a water closing test, discharging water for 24-72 hours with the height of 2-3cm, and discharging the water after the water is qualified to perform next procedure construction;
(6) if the toilet is a sinking toilet, after the backfill is filled, organic silicon waterproof mortar is used as a leveling layer, and then primary waterproof interface mortar is made on the leveling layer;
(7) paving ceramic tiles on the surface, and sticking the ceramic tiles by using polymer waterproof ceramic tile bonding mortar;
(8) and (4) jointing, namely, blending the cement waterproof sealant emulsion with a common joint mixture to achieve the waterproof sealing performance.
Further, the cement waterproof sealant in the step (2) is a single-component emulsion.
Further, the high-impermeability waterproof interface mortar in the step (4) is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of interface waterproof emulsion, 33 parts of cement and 67 parts of graded sand.
Further, the high-impermeability waterproof interface mortar in the step (4) needs to be uniformly stirred when in use, and the dosage is 2-4Kg/m2。
Further, the polymer waterproof tile adhesive mortar in the step (7) is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 15 parts of waterproof pasting emulsion, 30 parts of cement and 70 parts of river sand.

The construction process of the waterproof system comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning the wall ground base layer of the kitchen and toilet, wetting the pipe root with water after cleaning the pipe root with the depth and width of the groove of 2-3cm, and then reinforcing the pipe root with plugging royal jelly seal filling, and similarly processing the grooved parts of the pipe and the water pipe to compact the pipe root and the groove;

In this embodiment, the cement waterproof sealant in the step (2) is a single-component emulsion.
In this embodiment, the high-impermeability waterproof interface mortar in the step (4) is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of interface waterproof emulsion, 33 parts of cement and 67 parts of graded sand.
In this embodiment, the high-impermeability waterproof interface mortar in the step (4) needs to be uniformly stirred when in use, and the dosage is 2-4Kg/m2。

(1) cleaning the wall ground base layer of the kitchen and toilet, wetting the pipe root with water after cleaning the pipe root with the depth and width of the groove of 2-3cm, and then reinforcing the pipe root with plugging royal jelly seal filling, and similarly processing the grooved parts of the pipe and the water pipe to compact the pipe root and the groove;
