技术领域
本发明涉及矿产品加工设备领域,具体涉及矿产品加工用破碎装置。
背景技术
地下矿产资源丰富,可以作为工业原料和建筑材料,一些贵重金属和宝石能够加工为饰品,在工业原料和建筑材料的矿产资源被开采之后,需要对矿产品进行破碎处理,比如石灰石、煤炭等。
在对矿产品进行破碎时,没有对进行分级破碎,破碎不彻底,同时在破碎时候容易扬起大量的灰尘,影响操作人员的健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供矿产品加工用破碎装置,本发明提供的诸多技术方案中优选的技术方案避免在物料破碎时,进料斗处产生扬尘;粉碎效果好;同时在粉碎后,通过导料板对灰尘进行隔离,大大降低了出料扬起的粉尘的技术效果,详见下文阐述。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
本发明提供的矿产品加工用破碎装置,包括破碎箱,所述破碎箱底面为开口结构,上表面安装有进料斗,所述进料斗内部安装有弹性密封组件;
所述破碎箱内部安装有固定板,所述固定板底面安装有第一电机,所述第一电机的输出端穿出所述固定板,且安装有转轴,所述转轴外侧安装有若干个破碎刀片;
所述转轴外侧滑动安装有过滤板,所述过滤板呈倒“V”型,所述过滤板位于所述破碎刀片下方,所述过滤板与所述破碎箱内壁构成导料槽,所述固定板表面安装有对所述过滤板进行支撑的弹性支撑组件,所述破碎箱内部安装有用于对所述导料槽处倒落的物料进行破碎的粉碎装置;
所述固定板底面安装有两个立板,所述立板分别位于所述第一电机的两侧,所述立板与所述破碎箱之间构成出料仓,所述出料仓内壁安装有若干个倾斜的导料板,所述导料板交错分布,所述导料板的高端与所述出料仓的内壁相连接,所述导料板的低端向下方所述导料板的高端延伸。
采用上述矿产品加工用破碎装置,在进料时,利用物料的重力,克服所述弹性密封组件的弹性,解除所述弹性密封组件对所述进料斗的密封,实现所述进料斗的开启,使物料通过所述进料斗进入所述破碎箱内部,完成进料后,利用所述弹性密封组件自身的弹性,通过所述弹性密封组件对所述进料斗进行密封;通过所述第一电机带动所述转轴转动,从而使所述破碎刀片转动,随着所述破碎刀片的转动对物料进行粉碎,完成粉碎后的物料掉落至所述过滤板上表面,随着物料的掉落,配合所述弹性支撑组件的弹性,从而使所述过滤板产生震动,使掉落在所述过滤板表面的物料随着所述过滤板的震动进行筛分,使较小的物料直接通过所述过滤板掉落至所述出料仓内部,较大的物料直接通过从所述导料槽掉落至所述粉碎装置表面,通过所述粉碎装置对较大的物料进行再次粉碎后,直接掉落至所述出料仓内部,由于所述导料板倾斜设置,使物料能够沿着所述导料板的表面滑落至下方另一所述导料板的高端,通过多层所述导料板能够降低物料的滑落速度,并通过多层所述导料板能够对粉尘进行需方,降低出料粉尘。
作为优选,所述粉碎装置包括粉碎轴,所述粉碎轴转动安装在所述破碎箱内部,且所述粉碎轴与所述导料槽相对应,所述破碎箱外侧安装有用于驱动所述粉碎轴转动的第二电机。
作为优选,所述破碎箱内壁安装有加强板,所述加强板与所述粉碎轴相对应。
作为优选,所述固定板表面贯穿设置有滑动孔,所述弹性支撑组件包括滑动轴,所述滑动轴滑动安装在所述滑动孔内部,所述滑动轴上端穿出所述固定板,且与所述过滤板相连接,所述滑动轴底端穿出所述固定板,且安装有底板,所述滑动轴外侧安装有支撑弹簧,所述支撑弹簧位于所述过滤板与所述固定板之间。

参见图1-图4所示,本发明提供了矿产品加工用破碎装置,包括破碎箱3,破碎箱3底面为开口结构,上表面安装有进料斗1,进料斗1内部安装有弹性密封组件2;
破碎箱3内部安装有固定板9,固定板9底面安装有第一电机401,第一电机401的输出端穿出固定板9,且安装有转轴4,转轴4外侧安装有若干个破碎刀片402;
转轴4外侧滑动安装有过滤板5,过滤板5呈倒“V”型,过滤板5位于破碎刀片402下方,过滤板5与破碎箱3内壁构成导料槽501,固定板9表面安装有对过滤板5进行支撑的弹性支撑组件6,破碎箱3内部安装有用于对导料槽501处倒落的物料进行破碎的粉碎装置7;
固定板9底面安装有两个立板901,立板901分别位于第一电机401的两侧,立板901与破碎箱3之间构成出料仓301,出料仓301内壁安装有若干个倾斜的导料板8,导料板8交错分布,导料板8的高端与出料仓301的内壁相连接,导料板8的低端向下方导料板8的高端延伸。
作为可选的实施方式,粉碎装置7包括粉碎轴701,粉碎轴701转动安装在破碎箱3内部,且粉碎轴701与导料槽501相对应,破碎箱3外侧安装有用于驱动粉碎轴701转动的第二电机702,这样设置,能够通过第二电机702带动粉碎轴701转动,从而利用粉碎轴701的转动对筛分后的较大物料进行粉碎工作。
破碎箱3内壁安装有加强板703,加强板703与粉碎轴701相对应,这样设置,降低物料在粉碎轴701转动时会撞击在破碎箱3表面,通过加强板703提高破碎箱3的支撑强度。
固定板9表面贯穿设置有滑动孔902,弹性支撑组件6包括滑动轴602,滑动轴602滑动安装在滑动孔902内部,滑动轴602上端穿出固定板9,且与过滤板5相连接,滑动轴602底端穿出固定板9,且安装有底板603,滑动轴602外侧安装有支撑弹簧601,支撑弹簧601位于过滤板5与固定板9之间,这样设置,能够利用支撑弹簧601的弹性,使滑动轴602能够在滑动孔902内部滑动,从而使得过滤板5上下震动,利用过滤板5的振动能够对粉碎后的物料进行粉碎操作。
滑动孔902的数量有两个,且沿着固定板9的长度方向均匀分布,通过两个弹性支撑组件6能够对过滤板5进行支撑,提高弹性支撑组件6的支撑稳定性。
固定板9上表面截面为倒“V”,这样设置,能够使掉落在固定板9表面的物料沿着固定板9表面滑落至出料仓301内部。
弹性密封组件2包括固定轴201和支撑板203,固定轴201水平安装在进料斗1内部,固定轴201的外侧转动有两个密封板202,两个密封板202呈倒“V”型分布,支撑板203安装在进料斗1内部,且与位于固定轴201下方,支撑板203与固定轴201平行,支撑板203外侧分别通过两个密封弹簧204与两个密封板202连接,用于推动密封板202与进料斗1内壁接触,这样设置,在进料时,将物料倒至进料斗1内部,依靠物料的自重,克服密封弹簧204的弹性,下压密封板202,使密封板202围绕固定轴201转动,从而使密封板202的活动端与进料斗1内壁分离,实现物料的进料,完成进料后,利用密封弹簧204的弹性,推动密封板202围绕固定轴201转动,使密封板202的活动端与进料斗1内壁接触,从而实现对弹性密封组件2的密封,避免扬尘。
采用上述结构,在进料时,利用物料的重力,克服弹性密封组件2的弹性,解除弹性密封组件2对进料斗1的密封,实现进料斗1的开启,使物料通过进料斗1进入破碎箱3内部,完成进料后,利用弹性密封组件2自身的弹性,通过弹性密封组件2对进料斗1进行密封;通过第一电机401带动转轴4转动,从而使破碎刀片402转动,随着破碎刀片402的转动对物料进行粉碎,完成粉碎后的物料掉落至过滤板5上表面,随着物料的掉落,配合弹性支撑组件6的弹性,从而使过滤板5产生震动,使掉落在过滤板5表面的物料随着过滤板5的震动进行筛分,使较小的物料直接通过过滤板5掉落至出料仓301内部,较大的物料直接通过从导料槽501掉落至粉碎装置7表面,通过粉碎装置7对较大的物料进行再次粉碎后,直接掉落至出料仓301内部,由于导料板8倾斜设置,使物料能够沿着导料板8的表面滑落至下方另一导料板8的高端,通过多层导料板8能够降低物料的滑落速度,并通过多层导料板8能够对粉尘进行需方,降低出料粉尘。
