s1: the thickness measuring device 22 senses the entrance 111 of the panel into the conveying drum line 11 and measures the thickness data of the panel, and transmits a thickness sensing signal to the control module,
s2: the width measurement driving device 31 receives a first control signal corresponding to the thickness sensing signal sent by the control module, drives the width measurement conveying mechanism 32 to drive the width measurement pushing plate 33 to move towards the plate until the width measurement pushing plate 33 abuts against the plate, the width measurement device 34 on the width measurement pushing plate 33 measures the width data of the plate and sends the width sensing signal to the control module,

The automatic measuring station for the plate size can automatically and accurately measure the length data, the width data and the thickness data of the plate, does not need manpower, saves the labor cost, improves the production efficiency, has high accuracy of the measured data, is convenient for the subsequent production of the packaging leatheroid with corresponding size, completely protects the plate, avoids resource waste, and can enable the packaging appearance of the plate to be more exquisite.
Preferably, the length direction of the mounting frame 21 is parallel to the length direction of the first enclosing and blocking member 12, one end of the length measuring and conveying mechanism 42 is located on the mounting frame 21, the other end of the length measuring and conveying mechanism is located on the first enclosing and blocking member 12, the length direction of the width measuring push plate 33 is parallel to the conveying direction of the conveying roller line 11, the width measuring push plate is located outside the length measuring and conveying mechanism 42 and connected to the length measuring and conveying mechanism 42, the mounting frame 21 and the first enclosing and blocking member 12 are both provided with a slide rail 6, and the length direction of the slide rail 6 is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying roller line 11, so that the length measuring and conveying mechanism 42 moves towards the direction close to the plate along with the width measuring push plate 33.
When the width measurement push plate 33 moves towards the direction close to the plate, the width measurement push plate 33 also pushes the length measurement conveying mechanism 42, two ends of the length measurement conveying mechanism 42 smoothly move towards the direction close to the plate along the mounting frame 21 and the sliding rail 6 on the first enclosing and blocking part 12, so that the subsequent length measurement push plate 43 can move to the position where the plate is abutted when moving along with the length measurement conveying mechanism 42, the steps of measuring the width of the plate and measuring the length of the plate are matched with each other, and a smoother measurement process can be realized and more accurate measurement data can be obtained. Of course, after the steps of measuring the width of the sheet and measuring the length of the sheet are completed, the width measuring push plate 33, the length measuring transport mechanism 42, and the length measuring push plate 43 may be restored to their original positions.
Preferably, the width measurement transport mechanism 32 includes a width measurement transport wheel 321 and a width measurement transport belt 322, the width measuring conveyer 322 is sleeved on the outer surface of the width measuring conveyer 321, the width measurement drive means 31, the width measurement conveyor wheel 321 and the width measurement conveyor belt 322 are all located outside the first fence 12, the output shaft of the width measurement driving device 31 is connected to the rotating shaft of the width measurement transmission wheel 321, and the conveying direction of the width measuring conveyor belt 322 is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying roller line 11, the width measuring conveyor belt 322 is provided with a first connecting seat 3221, the width measuring push plate 33 is connected to the first connecting seat 3221 and is located inside the first enclosing member 12, and the plurality of width measuring devices 34 are uniformly arranged at intervals on one side of the width measuring push plate 33 close to the plate.
The width measurement driving device 31 drives the width measurement transmission wheel 321 to rotate, so as to drive the width measurement transmission belt 322 to drive the width measurement push plate 33 to move towards the direction close to the plate through the first connection seat 3221, the width measurement push plate 33 is close to a plurality of width measurement devices 34 on one side of the plate and can measure the width data of a plurality of positions of the plate, and finally, the average value can be taken, so as to obtain more accurate width data.
Preferably, a connecting plate 7 is arranged on the outer side of the length measuring and conveying mechanism 42 in parallel, the connecting plate 7 is connected with the first connecting seat 3221, the push plate lifting driving device 51 is fixedly connected with the connecting plate 7, an output shaft of the push plate lifting driving device 51 is fixedly connected with the width measuring push plate 33, a sliding block 71 is arranged on the connecting plate 7, and a vertical guide rail 331 is arranged on the width measuring push plate 33 and used for the sliding block 71 to slide up and down along the guide rail 331.
When the first connecting seat 3221 moves along with the width measuring conveyor belt 322, the connecting plate 7 also moves along with the width measuring conveyor belt 322 to push the length measuring and conveying mechanism 42 to move towards the direction close to the plate, when the measurement is finished and the discharging is needed, the push plate lifting driving device 51 drives the width measuring push plate 33 to lift upwards, the discharging and conveying mechanism 54 is convenient to convey the plate towards the conveying outlet 112, through the cooperation of the upper sliding block 71 of the connecting plate 7 and the vertical guide rail 331 on the width measuring push plate 33, the width measuring push plate 33 is lifted vertically upwards to prevent the position deviation from occurring, and the next plate size measurement is influenced.
Preferably, the length measuring transmission mechanism 42 includes a length measuring transmission wheel 421 and a length measuring transmission belt 422, an output shaft of the length measuring driving device 41 is connected to a rotating shaft of the length measuring transmission wheel 421, the length measuring transmission belt 422 is sleeved on an outer surface of the length measuring transmission wheel 421, the length measuring transmission wheel 421 and the length measuring transmission belt 422 are located at the conveying outlet 112, a conveying direction of the length measuring transmission belt 422 is parallel to a conveying direction of the conveying roller line 11, the mounting frame 21 and the first enclosure member 12 are both slidably provided with sliding seats 8 on the sliding rail 6, two ends of the length measuring transmission belt 422 are respectively located on the sliding seats 8, the length measuring transmission belt 422 is provided with a second connection seat 4221, the length measuring push plate 43 is mounted on the second connection seat 4221 and located inside the length measuring transmission belt 422, the length direction of the length measurement push plate 43 is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying roller line 11, and a plurality of length measurement devices 44 are uniformly arranged on one side of the length measurement push plate 43 close to the plate at intervals.
When the width measurement push plate 33 pushes the length measurement conveyor belt 422, the length measurement conveyor wheel 421 and the length measurement conveyor belt 422 slide on the slide rail 6 along with the sliding seat 8, when the length data of the plate is measured, the length measurement driving device 41 drives the length measurement conveyor wheel 421 to rotate, so as to drive the length measurement conveyor belt 422 to move, the length measurement push plate 43 and the second connecting seat 4221 move along with the length measurement conveyor belt 422 towards the direction close to the plate, a plurality of length measurement devices 44 on the side, close to the plate, of the length measurement push plate 43 can measure the length data of multiple positions of the plate, and finally, an average value can be taken, so as to obtain more accurate length data.

When the plate size is measured and the plate needs to be discharged, the discharging lifting driving device 53 drives the lifting plate 546 and the conveying belt seat 542 to be lifted upwards at the same time, so that the discharging conveying belt 545 lifts the plate, the discharging driving device 52 drives the supporting rod 541 to drive the first discharging conveying wheel 543 to rotate, so that the discharging conveying belt 545 conveys the plate towards the conveying outlet 112, and discharging is completed. The automatic plate size measuring station is ingenious in design, the structure of the automatic plate size measuring station is more compact and reasonable, the occupied area is reduced, the application range is expanded, and the practicability is improved.
Preferably, the automatic plate dimension measuring station further includes a correction driving device 91, a correction rod 92, and a connecting rod 10 in a 7 shape, one end of the connecting rod 10 is connected to the second surrounding stopper 13, the other end is connected to the correction driving device 91, an output shaft of the correction driving device 91 is connected to an upper portion of the correction rod 92 and drives the correction rod 92 to move up and down, and a lower portion of the correction rod 92 can abut against an upper surface of the plate.
For example, the correction driving device 91 may be an air cylinder. The correction driving means 91 drives the correction lever 92 to move up and down, and the correction lever 92 can press the plate member downward, preventing the rollers of the conveying roller line 11 from being accidentally protruded to cause inaccurate measurement data.
More preferably, the length direction of the correcting rod 92 is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the conveying roller line 11, the lower edge of the correcting rod 92 is provided with a cleaning piece 921, the automatic plate size measuring station further comprises a plurality of thickness correcting detection devices 93, an extension portion 922 extends outwards from one side of the correcting rod 92 away from the conveying inlet 111, and the plurality of thickness correcting detection devices 93 are uniformly spaced from the extension portion 922.
Illustratively, the cleaning members 921 may be rubber blades, when the calibration bar 92 is pressed against the upper surface of the board, the conveying roller line 11 continuously conveys the board, the cleaning members 921 can clean dirt on the upper surface of the board, and the thickness calibration detecting devices 93 located at the extensions 922 of the calibration bar 92 can measure the thickness of the cleaned board to obtain more accurate thickness data of the board, so as to prevent dirt on the board from affecting the accuracy of the measured data.
Preferably, the automatic plate dimension measuring station further comprises a data processing module and a communication module, wherein the data processing module is respectively in signal connection with the thickness measuring device 22, the length measuring device 44, the width measuring device 34 and the thickness correction detecting device 93 and receives measured thickness data, measured length data, measured width data and measured thickness correction data, and the data processing module sends the processed thickness average value, length average value and width average value to an external packaging paper cutting device through the communication module.
Illustratively, the data processing module receives a plurality of measured thickness data, measured length data, measured width data and measured thickness correction data, and the data processing module can eliminate the maximum value and the minimum value in each group of data and then calculate the average value, for example, the data processing module classifies the received measured thickness data and the measured thickness correction data into a group of thickness data, then eliminates the maximum value and the minimum value in the group of thickness data, then calculates the thickness average value in the remaining thickness data, finally takes the thickness average value as the final thickness value of the plate, and sends the final thickness value to the external packaging paper sheet cutting device through the communication module.
Compared with the prior art, the automatic plate size measuring station disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the length data, the width data and the thickness data of a plate are automatically and accurately measured, the labor is not needed, the labor cost is saved, the production efficiency is improved, the automatic plate size measuring station is also provided with a correction measuring mechanism with a cleaning function and a fixing position function, the measured data is high in accuracy, the subsequent production of packaging paper wrappers with corresponding sizes is facilitated, the plate is completely protected, the resource waste is avoided, the packaging appearance of the plate is more exquisite, the automatic plate size measuring station disclosed by the invention can be used for continuously measuring plates with various sizes, the practicability is strong, the operation and matching in the measuring process are quick, the smoothness is high, the automatic plate size measuring station disclosed by the invention is compact in structure, and the application range is wide.
