The movable length-measuring baffle mechanism 380 is installed at the front end of the length-measuring conveying roller line 310, the movable length-measuring baffle mechanism 380 comprises a movable length-measuring baffle installation rack 381, two synchronizing shaft installation seats 3810 are fixedly installed on the movable length-measuring baffle installation rack 381, a length-measuring synchronizing shaft 388 is installed on the two synchronizing shaft installation seats 3810 in a rotating mode, and the length-measuring synchronizing shaft 388 is arranged along the width direction of the length-measuring conveying roller line 310. A length measuring synchronous gear 389 is coaxially and fixedly installed at both ends of the length measuring synchronous shaft 388. A movable length-measuring baffle 385 is slidably mounted on the movable length-measuring lifting guide 382, and the movable length-measuring baffle 385 can be lifted along the movable length-measuring lifting guide 382 and is always parallel to the fixed length-measuring baffle 375 in the lifting process. A movable length-measuring lifting cylinder 383 is also arranged on the movable length-measuring baffle mounting frame 381, and the shaft of the movable length-measuring lifting cylinder 383 is connected with a movable length-measuring lifting cylinder 383 mounting seat fixedly arranged on the movable length-measuring baffle 385.
The movable length measuring mechanism drives the servo motor 386 to drive the length measuring synchronous shaft 388 to rotate around the axis of the servo motor 386 through the coupler 3811, the length measuring synchronous shaft 388 drives the length measuring synchronous gear 389 on the length measuring synchronous shaft to rotate when rotating, and the length measuring synchronous gear 389 is meshed with the corresponding length measuring rack 350, so that the movable length measuring baffle mounting rack 381 can be driven to integrally move along the length direction of the length measuring conveying roller line 310, and the distance between the movable length measuring baffle 385 and the movable length measuring baffle 385 is adjusted. Meanwhile, the movable length-measuring lifting cylinder 383 can drive the movable length-measuring baffle 385 to lift along the movable length-measuring lifting guide rail 382, so that the movable length-measuring baffle 385 is lifted above the length-measuring conveying roller line 310.
Wherein, a length measuring laser sensor is fixedly arranged on the fixed length measuring baffle 375, and the length measuring laser sensor can measure the distance between the fixed length measuring baffle 375 and the movable length measuring baffle 385 in real time.
In addition, it should be noted that each electrical component in the measurement station is electrically connected to the PLC controller. These electrical components are conventional devices and their circuit connections to the PLC controller are not described herein.
When the measuring station is used, the plate to be packaged is transferred to the pre-measuring conveying roller line 110 through the production line, when one end of the plate is positioned right above the pre-measuring length sensor 160, the pre-measuring length sensor 160 is triggered to record the entering time of the plate, when the plate continues to move until the pre-measuring length sensor 160 cannot sense the plate, the leaving time of the plate is recorded, the measured time is transmitted to the PLC controller, the PLC controller calculates the time difference according to the moving speed of the plate, the length of the plate can be roughly obtained, then the movable length measuring baffle 385 is controlled to move in advance, and the distance between the movable length measuring baffle 385 and the fixed length measuring baffle 375 is slightly larger than the calculated length of the plate; when the plate continues to move forward and move to a position between the predicted upper light curtain 130 and the predicted lower light curtain 140, the predicted upper light curtain 130 and the predicted lower light curtain 140 roughly measure the width of the plate, and transmit the measured data to the PLC controller, and then the PLC controller controls the movable width-measuring clamp plate 250 to move in advance, so that the distance between the movable width-measuring clamp plate 250 and the fixed width-measuring clamp plate 220 is slightly larger than the measured width of the plate; meanwhile, the height measuring laser sensor 150 on the pre-measuring light curtain mounting rack accurately measures the height of the plate and transmits the height of the plate to the PLC; then, the plate enters the width measuring conveying roller line 210, the width measuring conveying roller line 210 stops running temporarily at the moment, the plate is stopped between the movable width measuring clamping plate 250 and the fixed width measuring clamping plate 220, then the PLC controller controls the movable width measuring clamping plate 250 to move towards the fixed width measuring clamping plate 220, the plate is clamped between the movable width measuring clamping plate 250 and the fixed width measuring clamping plate 220, the width measuring driving servo motor 2313 stops when reaching a set torque, the width measuring laser sensor 260 measures the distance between the movable width measuring clamping plate 250 and the fixed width measuring clamping plate 220, and the distance is the accurate size of the width of the plate; after the measurement is finished, the width measuring conveying roller line 210 continues to operate, plates are conveyed to the length measuring conveying roller line 310, meanwhile, the PLC controls the movable length measuring baffle 385 to ascend, the fixed length measuring baffle 375 to descend, the plates can move to the rear end of the length measuring conveying roller line 310, the length measuring conveying roller line 310 stops operating temporarily after the rear end of the plates touches the fixed length measuring baffle 375, then the PLC controls the movable length measuring baffle 385 to descend and move towards the fixed length measuring baffle 375, the plates are clamped between the movable length measuring baffle 385 and the fixed length measuring baffle 375, when the movable length measuring mechanism drives the servo motor 386 to reach a set torque, the length measuring laser sensor measures the distance between the movable length measuring baffle 385 and the fixed length measuring baffle 375, and the distance is the accurate size of the lengths of the plates; after the measurement is finished, the PLC controller controls the fixed length-measuring baffle 375 to ascend, the length-measuring conveying roller line 310 continues to run, and the measured plate is conveyed to the next station.
Therefore, the width measuring mechanism 200 and the length measuring mechanism 300 are combined and connected, the plate is automatically moved to the length measuring station after the width measuring station finishes the width measurement of the plate, the length and width data of the plate can be automatically measured, the length and width measurement of the plate is finished on one device, the labor intensity is reduced, and the plate size measuring efficiency is greatly improved.

the movable length measuring baffle mechanism (380) comprises a movable length measuring baffle (385), a movable length measuring baffle lifting driving device for driving the movable length measuring baffle (385) to lift and a movable length measuring baffle translation driving device for driving the movable length measuring baffle (385) and the movable length measuring baffle lifting driving device to reciprocate along the length direction of the length measuring conveying roller line (310), the movable length measuring baffle (385) is perpendicular to the fixed width measuring clamping plate (220), the fixed length measuring baffle mechanism (370) comprises a fixed length measuring baffle (375) and a fixed length measuring baffle lifting driving device for driving the fixed length measuring baffle (375) to lift, the fixed length measuring baffle (375) is parallel to the movable length measuring baffle (385),
the movable length-measuring baffle (385) or the fixed length-measuring baffle (375) is provided with a length-measuring laser sensor for measuring the distance between the movable length-measuring baffle (385) or the fixed length-measuring baffle (375).

the pre-measuring conveying roller line (110) is connected with the width measuring conveying roller line (210) and is positioned at the front end of the width measuring conveying roller line (210),
the plate length pre-measuring mechanism comprises a predicted length sensor (160) arranged between any two adjacent rollers on the pre-measuring conveying roller line (110),
the plate width pre-measuring mechanism comprises a predicted wide light curtain mounting frame (120), a predicted wide upper light curtain (130) and a predicted wide lower light curtain (140), the predicted wide light curtain mounting frame (120) is fixedly mounted on the pre-measuring conveying roller line (110), the predicted wide upper light curtain (130) is mounted on an upper cross beam of the predicted wide light curtain mounting frame (120), the predicted wide lower light curtain (140) is mounted on a lower cross beam of the predicted wide light curtain mounting frame (120), and the predicted wide upper light curtain (130) is located in the same vertical plane.
