Abstract

本发明公开了一种双面闸阀,包括阀体、阀杆和一对闸板,阀体上端固定有连通的固定套,阀杆安装在固定套内并与之转动连接,阀体内还安装有换向机构,换向机构包括滑套、主转动部件和从动部件,滑套与阀杆配合,滑套还与固定套配合,阀杆与主转动部件配合,滑套还与从动部件连接,从动部件一端与主转动部件配合,另一端与闸板卡接;换向机构通过主转动部件与阀杆配合,并通过阀杆的转动带动闸板的升降和收缩,形成对阀体端口的双面密封,提高闸阀的密封性;通过在限位腔上下端与固定板之间都安装补偿弹簧,当闸板与阀口出现磨损间隙时,通过继续旋转阀杆,在补偿弹簧和限位腔的作用下,将闸板与阀体端口的磨损间隙消除,进一步提高密封性。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,尤其涉及一种双面闸阀。
背景技术
闸阀是目前最为重要的一类阀门,其广泛的使用于液体、气体、粉尘等介质的流通与截止。通常,闸阀包括阀体、闸板和阀杆,通过阀杆的旋转带动闸板上下移动来实现阀门的启闭;但是在实际使用过程中,由于闸板长时间的使用,其与阀口的接触位置磨损较为严重,进而导致其密封性较差。
发明内容
本发明针对背景技术中的情况,提供了一种双面闸阀,通过安装双闸板来实现双面密封,同时双闸板都与阀杆通过弹性补偿机构连接,大大提高了闸阀的密封性。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:一种双面闸阀,包括阀体、阀杆和一对闸板,所述阀体上端固定有连通的固定套,所述阀杆安装在所述固定套内并与之转动连接,所述阀体内还安装有换向机构,所述换向机构包括滑套、主转动部件和从动部件,所述滑套与所述阀杆形成丝杆配合,所述滑套还与所述固定套导向配合,所述阀杆与所述主转动部件花键配合,所述滑套还与所述从动部件横向滑动连接,所述从动部件一端与所述主转动部件配合,另一端与所述闸板弹性卡接,通过转动所述阀杆,可带动所述闸板下移的同时横向移动来对阀体内两端的阀口进行密封。
优选的,所述阀体与所述固定套连接位置的内侧壁上还设有一对密封槽,所述密封槽内安装有密封圈,所述密封圈与所述滑套侧壁配合。
优选的,所述阀杆上部设有卡槽,所述阀杆通过所述卡槽与所述固定套端口转动连接,所述阀杆上端还安装有手轮。
优选的,所述阀杆外侧壁设有丝杆槽,所述滑套上端内侧壁上设有丝杆段,所述丝杆段与所述丝杆槽配合。
优选的,所述固定套上端向内设有一对对称的导向杆,所述滑套上设有一对导向孔,所述导向杆与所述导向孔配合。
优选的,所述滑套下端设有一对密封挡块,所述密封挡块中间设有滚道,所述主转动部件通过中部固定的密封环与所述密封挡块配合,所述密封环侧壁设有滚槽,所述滚道和所述滚槽之间安装有若干滚珠。
优选的,所述阀杆中心为花键槽,所述主转动部件上部为花键轴,所述花键轴与所述花键槽配合。
优选的,所述滑套底部通过连接板固定有一对对称的导向滑板,所述导向滑板上设有导向滑槽,所述从动部件安装在所述导向滑槽内并与所述导向滑槽滑动配合,所述从动部件包括齿条,所述主转动部件下端固定有齿轮,所述齿轮与所述齿条啮合。
优选的,所述闸板为凸台型,所述闸板的大端设有限位腔,所述从动部件还包括固定板,所述固定板端部伸入所述限位腔内,并通过端部设有的限位卡槽与所述限位腔的侧壁卡接,同时所述限位腔的上下端与所述固定板之间都安装有所述补偿弹簧。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过在阀体内安装一对闸板,并通过闸板与换向机构连接,同时换向机构通过主转动部件与阀杆配合,通过阀杆的转动带动闸板的升降和收缩,进而形成对阀体端口的双面密封,提高了闸阀的密封性。
2、通过在闸板的大端设置限位腔,并通过限位腔与固定板上的限位卡槽卡接,同时在限位腔上下端与固定板之间都安装补偿弹簧,可保证当闸板与阀体内的阀口出现磨损间隙时,可通过继续旋转阀杆,在补偿弹簧和限位腔的作用下,将闸板与阀体端口的磨损间隙消除,进一步提高密封性。

实施例如图1至图9所示,一种双面闸阀,包括阀体1、阀杆2和一对闸板6,所述阀体1上端固定有连通的固定套101,所述阀杆2安装在所述固定套101内并与之转动连接,所述阀体1内还安装有换向机构,所述换向机构包括滑套3、主转动部件和从动部件,所述滑套3与所述阀杆2形成丝杆配合,所述滑套3还与所述固定套101导向配合,所述阀杆2与所述主转动部件花键配合,所述滑套3还与所述从动部件横向滑动连接,所述从动部件一端与所述主转动部件配合,另一端与所述闸板6弹性卡接,通过转动所述阀杆2,可带动所述闸板6下移的同时横向移动来对阀体1内两端的阀口进行密封。
所述阀体1与所述固定套101连接位置的内侧壁上还设有一对密封槽103,所述密封槽103内安装有密封圈9,所述密封圈9与所述滑套3侧壁配合。
所述阀杆2上部设有卡槽202,所述阀杆2通过所述卡槽202与所述固定套101端口转动连接,所述阀杆2上端还安装有手轮201。
所述阀杆2外侧壁设有丝杆槽,所述滑套3上端内侧壁上设有丝杆段301,所述丝杆段301与所述丝杆槽配合。
所述固定套101上端向内设有一对对称的导向杆102,所述滑套3上设有一对导向孔302,所述导向杆102与所述导向孔302配合。
所述滑套3下端设有一对密封挡块306,所述密封挡块306中间设有滚道307,所述主转动部件通过中部固定的密封环402与所述密封挡块306配合,所述密封环402侧壁设有滚槽403,所述滚道307和所述滚槽403之间安装有若干滚珠8。
所述阀杆2中心为花键槽203,所述主转动部件上部为花键轴401,所述花键轴401与所述花键槽203配合。
所述滑套3底部通过连接板303固定有一对对称的导向滑板304,所述导向滑板304上设有导向滑槽305,所述从动部件安装在所述导向滑槽305内并与所述导向滑槽305滑动配合,所述从动部件包括齿条501,所述主转动部件下端固定有齿轮404,所述齿轮404与所述齿条501啮合。
所述闸板6为凸台型,所述闸板6的大端设有限位腔601,所述从动部件还包括固定板502,所述固定板502端部伸入所述限位腔601内,并通过端部设有的限位卡槽503与所述限位腔601的侧壁卡接,同时所述限位腔601的上下端与所述固定板502之间都安装有所述补偿弹簧7。
具体工作过程:当闸阀处于打开状态时如图2所示,此时两个闸板6通过与从动部件上的固定板502卡接分别位于最靠近主转动部件的位置,同时也位于阀体1内部上端的收纳腔104内。
当闸阀处于关闭状态时如图9所示,在闸阀关闭的过程中,先通过转动手轮201,进而带动阀杆2转动,在阀杆2转动的过程中,滑套3通过丝杆段301与阀杆2上的丝杆槽配合向下移动,在滑套3下移的过程中,通过密封挡块306带动主转动部件共同向下移动,同时主转动部件还通过花键轴401与阀杆2中心设置的花键槽203配合,进而在主转动部件下移的同时还进行转动,主转动部件的转动可通过下端安装的齿轮404与安装在导向滑槽305内的从动部件上的齿条501啮合,进而带动从动部件沿导向滑槽305分别向两侧移动,即两侧的闸板6分别向两侧移动,同时闸板6还随滑套3向下移动,最终与阀体1内的两端阀口配合,此时闸阀处于关闭状态。
由于闸板6的表面为弹性密封材料,当闸板6与阀口的配合位置由于磨损产生间隙时,可通过继续旋转阀杆2,进而带动横向丝杆继续旋转,进而带动两侧滑块继续向下和两侧同步移动,在补偿弹簧7和限位腔601的作用下,闸板6只发生横向移动来补偿由于磨损产生的间隙,提高密封性;同时通过设置补偿弹簧7可降低阀体1的整体安装精度,提高安装效率。

Claims (9)

1.一种双面闸阀,包括阀体(1)、阀杆(2)和一对闸板(6),其特征在于:所述阀体(1)上端固定有连通的固定套(101),所述阀杆(2)安装在所述固定套(101)内并与之转动连接,所述阀体(1)内还安装有换向机构,所述换向机构包括滑套(3)、主转动部件和从动部件,所述滑套(3)与所述阀杆(2)形成丝杆配合,所述滑套(3)还与所述固定套(101)导向配合,所述阀杆(2)与所述主转动部件花键配合,所述滑套(3)还与所述从动部件横向滑动连接,所述从动部件一端与所述主转动部件配合,另一端与所述闸板(6)弹性卡接,通过转动所述阀杆(2),可带动所述闸板(6)下移的同时横向移动来对阀体(1)内两端的阀口进行密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双面闸阀,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)与所述固定套(101)连接位置的内侧壁上还设有一对密封槽(103),所述密封槽(103)内安装有密封圈(9),所述密封圈(9)与所述滑套(3)侧壁配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双面闸阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆(2)上部设有卡槽(202),所述阀杆(2)通过所述卡槽(202)与所述固定套(101)端口转动连接,所述阀杆(2)上端还安装有手轮(201)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双面闸阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆(2)外侧壁设有丝杆槽,所述滑套(3)上端内侧壁上设有丝杆段(301),所述丝杆段(301)与所述丝杆槽配合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双面闸阀,其特征在于:所述固定套(101)上端向内设有一对对称的导向杆(102),所述滑套(3)上设有一对导向孔(302),所述导向杆(102)与所述导向孔(302)配合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的双面闸阀,其特征在于:所述滑套(3)下端设有一对密封挡块(306),所述密封挡块(306)中间设有滚道(307),所述主转动部件通过中部固定的密封环(402)与所述密封挡块(306)配合,所述密封环(402)侧壁设有滚槽(403),所述滚道(307)和所述滚槽(403)之间安装有若干滚珠(8)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的双面闸阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆(2)中心为花键槽(203),所述主转动部件上部为花键轴(401),所述花键轴(401)与所述花键槽(203)配合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的双面闸阀,其特征在于:所述滑套(3)底部通过连接板(303)固定有一对对称的导向滑板(304),所述导向滑板(304)上设有导向滑槽(305),所述从动部件安装在所述导向滑槽(305)内并与所述导向滑槽(305)滑动配合,所述从动部件包括齿条(501),所述主转动部件下端固定有齿轮(404),所述齿轮(404)与所述齿条(501)啮合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的双面闸阀,其特征在于:所述闸板(6)为凸台型,所述闸板(6)的大端设有限位腔(601),所述从动部件还包括固定板(502),所述固定板(502)端部伸入所述限位腔(601)内,并通过端部设有的限位卡槽(503)与所述限位腔(601)的侧壁卡接,同时所述限位腔(601)的上下端与所述固定板(502)之间都安装有所述补偿弹簧(7)。
