本发明提出了一种水性环氧自流平面漆,由水性环氧树脂、稀释剂、色膏、水、消泡剂、分散剂、金红石钛白粉、硫酸钡、固化剂、蜡粉、消泡剂、润湿剂等组分构成。本发明所提供的一种水性环氧自流平面漆,有优异的表面强度,耐重压,耐冲击,耐磨损、耐腐蚀,良好的附着力,耐水性,耐酸碱和具有耐药品性,无逢连接,易于清扫,适用于重型机械、车辆通道,重物搬运处等耐重压区域,汽车工业,停车厂等需要耐灰尘、耐磨损区域。

本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体为一种水性环氧自流平面漆。
背景技术
环氧树脂地坪是通过固化后的环氧树脂成型于承载的地坪基体表面的一种地面结构,这种地面结构承受底层房间的荷载,由于这种地面结构的表面无缝铺装工艺、具有较佳的结构稳定性和表面强度,易于清洁保养且具有优异的耐磨性,可抵抗轻度的化学物品的腐蚀,经济实用型,施工快捷,维护方便等优点,被广泛应用于工厂、医院、学校、机场等领域。
但是,传统的环氧地坪也存在一些缺陷,普通的混凝土环氧地坪底涂层为单层的环氧涂料层,不耐重压、冲击和磨损,性能还有待提高。
发明内容
针对背景技术中指出的问题,本发明提出一种水性环氧自流平面漆,具有耐重压、耐冲击和耐磨损的特点。

一种水性环氧自流平面漆,其特征在于,包括A组分和B组分,按质量份数计,其中A组分包括:
水性环氧树脂90-100份;
稀释剂9-12份;
色膏90-100份;
其中,B组分包括:
水240-260份;
消泡剂0.1-0.2份;
分散剂1-2份;
金红石钛白粉5-7份;
硫酸钡320-325份
固化剂190-210份;
蜡粉15-25份;
消泡剂2-4份;
润湿剂1-2份。
本发明进一步设置为:所述A组分和B组分的质量之比为1:4。
本发明进一步设置为:所述硫酸钡的目数为2500目。
