the device comprises a case leather carrying robot, a case leather sucking component, a case leather opening and forming component, a case leather bar code reader and a controller, wherein the case leather sucking component and the case leather opening and forming component are arranged at the front end of a tool of the case leather carrying robot, the case leather sucking component is used for sucking and placing case leather on a tray, and the case leather opening and forming component applies pressure to the narrow edge of the case leather through a rotating mechanism so as to open the case leather into a cigarette box; the cigarette box conveying robot is used for driving the cigarette box sucking component and the cigarette box opening and forming component to move to the position above the tray and contact with the cigarette box positioned at the uppermost part of the tray so as to complete the sucking and forming actions of the cigarette box, and is also used for moving the formed cigarette box to a boxing station and then putting down the cigarette box; the box leather bar code reader is arranged on the box leather sucking component and used for emitting scanning light when the box leather sucking component moves above the box leather and reading a brand identification bar code or a two-dimensional code on the box leather; the controller with the case skin transfer robot the case skin absorbs the subassembly the case skin open the shaping subassembly with the case skin bar code reads the ware and connects, is used for control the movement of case skin transfer robot, and control the case skin absorbs the subassembly the case skin open the shaping subassembly with the work of case skin bar code reader.

The automatic feeding and sucking molding device for box skins of a box filling and sealing machine as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a box skin detection sensor disposed on the box skin sucking component, connected to the controller, for detecting a distance between the uppermost box skin of the tray and the box skin detection sensor.
3. The automatic feeding and sucking molding device for case skin of case sealer as claimed in claim 2, wherein said case skin detecting sensor comprises a laser distance measuring sensor.

The automatic feeding and sucking molding device for case skin of case sealer as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an automatic guiding cart connected with said controller for transporting the tray with case skin from the auxiliary storage to the tray station and transporting the empty tray from the tray station to the auxiliary storage, said controller further for sending the working instruction to said automatic guiding cart.
5. The automatic feeding and sucking molding device for case skin of case sealer as claimed in claim 1, wherein said case skin sucking component comprises a sucking disc mounting seat and a plurality of sucking discs arranged on said case skin mounting seat.

The automatic feeding and sucking molding device for case skin of case sealer as claimed in claim 5, wherein said case skin opening molding component is disposed at the side of said case skin sucking component, and said case skin opening molding component comprises a rotary cylinder and a movable molding plate connected to said rotary cylinder, wherein said rotary cylinder is used for driving said movable molding plate to rotate, so that said movable molding plate applies pressure to the narrow edge of the case skin to expand the case skin into the cigarette case.
7. The automatic feeding and sucking molding device for case skin of case sealer as claimed in claim 1, wherein said case skin carrying robot comprises six-axis robot.
8. The automatic feeding and sucking molding device for case skin of case sealer as claimed in claim 1, wherein said controller comprises a programmable logic controller.
9. The automatic feeding and sucking molding device for box packing and sealing machine cases as claimed in claim 1, wherein said automatic feeding and sucking molding device for box packing and sealing machine cases further comprises a human-machine interface connected to said controller.
