背景技术
肉小鸡的生长期是肉鸡养殖中必须加强管理重要环节,由于小鸡发育不完善,对周边环境敏感度较高,其肠道消化不良一直是影响小鸡生长速度的“瓶颈”之一,饲料在小鸡养殖过程中,操作性最强、影响最大的因素。可以对鸡肉的品质造成直接的影响,为了提高小鸡的生长速度、肉质及机体免疫力,目前饲料厂在基础日粮基础上添加抗生素,中长期使用抗生素会造成小鸡免疫功能下降,还可在小鸡体内残留,给小鸡养殖和食品安全带来危害,进而危及人类的健康。随着养殖业的迅猛发展及人类对肉品安全认识的逐步提高,对不同饲料添加物在养殖业上应用的研究日益增加。各界人士都在努力寻求既对人体无伤害,对生态无污染,又能够改善肉品品质以及提高小鸡免疫能力的饲料添加剂,以此来缓解滥用药品的现象,促进肉小鸡养殖产业的发展。

基于以上问题,本发明提供了一种肉小鸡料饲料及其制备方法,以加强小鸡的疫病防治,提高肉鸡的品质。具体技术方案为:

(3)按质量比18-22:0.2-0.3:2-5:0.1-0.2将上一步骤制得的上清液中加入富硒玉米浆液、玫瑰花汁液、牛肉膏、枯枝芽孢杆菌混合,在34-36℃、湿度94-97%的环境中培养2-3天,将混合液减压干燥即得;所述富硒玉米浆液由硒含量为45-48mg/kg的玉米鲜穗取籽粒打浆得到。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过使用柠檬酸溶液浸泡玉米,充分软化玉米表皮,加速玉米中可溶性成分的溶出,在烘干之后黏附在玉米表面,促进肉小鸡的吸收。而且柠檬酸溶液的使用浓度较低,避免玉米本身的味道被酸味掩盖,有效保存玉米本身的风味,提高玉米口感,浸润之后的玉米质地软,可以缩短熟化时间,有效节省能源,降低加工成本。另外,玉米吸收柠檬酸后的纤维结构多孔结构更为疏松,吸水性更好,可以吸附消化系统不能分解的抗性成分和重金属,降低消化系统的负担,使得制备出来的乳猪玉米更适合肉小鸡的消化特点。
本发明通过在复合酶中加入胰淀粉酶,针对鸡肠道较短的特点,使得饲料在鸡的胃中充分消化吸收,产生的残料在经过肠道时经胰淀粉酶分解,与肠道微生物协同作用,强化对于饲料残料的分解,促进原料的再吸收,而且,优化小鸡肠道的微生物菌群,提高后续的生长性能。而且本饲料中使用的乳猪玉米、大豆粕、膨化大豆、米糠粕、蒙脱石孔隙度良好,可以充分吸附复合酶,防止酶在胃中消化时被大量分解,使得酶在肠道中还能发挥作用。
本发明通过使用青苹果、鲫鱼骨粉、冬瓜、山药、红枣与柠檬汁的混合,构建出适合于红曲生长的物料环境,利用山药、红枣的功能性多糖、黄酮等有效成分促进红曲的繁殖生长,提高红曲的酶活性物质分泌,进一步促进原料的物质的分解,使得离心后的清液中具有更多的液体性可溶物质。再加入富硒玉米浆液、玫瑰花汁液、牛肉膏、枯枝芽孢杆菌后,高效促进枯枝芽孢杆菌的生长,使得制备出来的益生素活性更高,功能性成分针对性更强,有效促进小鸡胃部的消化,与复合酶的协同作用下,加强肠胃联动,提高小鸡的免疫力和肉质。
本发明饲料配方科学,活性成分和酶解物质充分搭配,协调过益生素的高活性,有效保持饲料的稳定性,提高饲料在保存中储藏期限,有效减缓饲料的氧化速度。

一种肉小鸡料饲料,以下重量百分比计的各组分组成:乳猪玉米59%、大豆粕21%、膨化大豆7%、玉米蛋白粉5%、大米DDGS3%、米糠粕4%、碳酸钙1.5%、磷酸氢钙1.5%、赖氨酸0.34%、蛋氨酸0.2%、复合酶0.05%、益生素0.01%、复合维生素0.01%、复合微量元素0.1%、氯化胆碱0.1%、氯化钠0.2%、蒙脱石0.5%;所述乳猪玉米制作方法为:将质量达标的玉米用其质量50%的柠檬酸溶液浸泡20h,用120℃的蒸汽蒸煮3h,经压片机压片,烘干即得;所述柠檬酸溶液的质量分数为0.05%;所述乳猪玉米的熟化率为100%、淀粉转化率75%;所述大豆粕的蛋白含量46%;所述大米DDGS即大米干酒糟,其粗纤维含量23%;所述碳酸钙为重质碳酸钙,细度为500目;所述磷酸氢钙细度为400目;所述复合酶由质量比为3:6:1:0.3的蛋白酶、纤维素酶、果胶酶、胰淀粉酶混合而成;所述复合维生素由维生素D3、维生素E、泛酸、烟酸按质量比1:1:1:2混合而成;复合微量元素由铜、铁、锰、锌、硒、碘按照质量比3:3:0.5:0.1:0.05:0.01混合而成;所述蒙脱石的细度为400目,pH为7.5。
所述益生素的制作方法为:
(1)以质量份计,将35份青苹果、5份鲫鱼骨粉、8份冬瓜、8份山药、8份红枣混合,打浆,浆液在38℃密封静置30min,用胶磨机胶磨3次,在浆液中加入2份柠檬汁,接种浆液质量5%的红曲,在30℃下发酵15h;
(2)将发酵物与其质量5倍的柠檬汁液混合,浸泡30min,在15℃、9000r/min离心8min,收集上清液,备用;所述柠檬汁液的制作方法为,将柠檬带皮打浆,在浆液中加入其质量1.5%的果胶酶,在40℃以80r/min搅拌10min,密封静置50min,加入纯净水稀释30倍静置3h即可;
(3)按质量比22:0.2:2:0.1将上一步骤制得的上清液中加入富硒玉米浆液、玫瑰花汁液、牛肉膏、枯枝芽孢杆菌混合,在34℃、湿度94%的环境中培养3天,将混合液减压干燥即得;所述富硒玉米浆液由硒含量为48mg/kg的玉米鲜穗取籽粒打浆得到。
本实施例所述的肉小鸡料饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按照质量比,取原料混合,放入三维混合机中,混合60min即可。
为验证本发明方案,设置如下对比例:
试验例1本发明的储藏实验
按照实施例1-5、对比例1-7分别制作饲料统一规格包装。将各组肉小鸡料饲料在30℃下放置1周,在每组肉小鸡料饲料包装袋上表面同一位置扎三个针孔,在温度为28-30℃、湿度18-20%的环境中存放4个月,检测肉小鸡料饲料状态和气味。
由表可以看出,使用本发明的肉小鸡料饲料存放后性质稳定,即使包装袋开孔后,其状态依然较长时间保持稳定,香味损失较低。对比例5-6中,由于改变益生素配方,菌体繁殖环境改变,储存中益生素活性低,导致混合后的饲料抗氧化性物质减少,容易耗损香味成分。对比例7储存中质量降低明显。
试验例2
选择刚出生的肉小鸡2400只,随机分为12组,按照实施例1-5、对比例1-7编号,将各组小鸡预试验5天,连续喂养3个月。采用机械上料,定时定点,每天3次,自由采食;自由饮水,水为地下水,水温21℃。其他管理措施一致,各组之间不产生相互影响。实验结束统计小鸡成活率、腹泻感染率,计算料肉比,检测小鸡肠道微生物数量。

由表可以看出,使用本发明方法的饲料喂养的实施例1-5肉小鸡成活率高、腹泻发生率低、料肉比低、肠道双歧杆菌数量多,其消化机能好,免疫力强。饲喂效果优于对比例1-7。
Claims (10)
1.一种肉小鸡料饲料,其特征在于,以下重量百分比计的各组分组成:乳猪玉米55-60%、大豆粕20-25%、膨化大豆3-8%、玉米蛋白粉2-6%、大米DDGS2-3%、米糠粕2-4%、碳酸钙1-1.5%、磷酸氢钙1.2-1.5%、赖氨酸0.3-0.4%、蛋氨酸0.1-0.2%、复合酶0.01-0.05%、益生素0.01-0.03%、复合维生素0.01-0.03%、复合微量元素0.1-0.3%、氯化胆碱0.05-0.1%、氯化钠0.2-0.3%、蒙脱石0.1-0.5%。
2.一种肉小鸡料饲料,其特征在于,以下重量百分比计的各组分组成:乳猪玉米59.70%、大豆粕22.00%、膨化大豆5.00%、玉米蛋白粉4.00%、大米DDGS2.50%、米糠粕3.00%、碳酸钙1.21%、磷酸氢钙1.30%、赖氨酸0.35%、蛋氨酸0.13%、复合酶0.03%、益生素0.02%、复合维生素0.03%、复合微量元素0.10%、氯化胆碱0.08%、氯化钠0.25%、蒙脱石0.30%。
3.如权利要求1所述的肉小鸡料饲料,其特征在于,所述乳猪玉米制作方法为:将质量达标的玉米用其质量40-50%的柠檬酸溶液浸泡20-25h,用120℃的蒸汽蒸煮1-3h,经压片机压片,烘干即得;所述柠檬酸溶液的质量分数为0.03-0.05%;所述乳猪玉米的熟化率为100%、淀粉转化率≥75%。
4.如权利要求1所述的肉小鸡料饲料,其特征在于,所述大豆粕的蛋白含量≥46%;所述大米DDGS粗纤维含量≤23%。
5.如权利要求1所述的肉小鸡料饲料,其特征在于,所述碳酸钙为重质碳酸钙,细度为400-500目。
6.如权利要求1所述的肉小鸡料饲料,其特征在于,所述磷酸氢钙细度为300-400目。
7.如权利要求1所述的肉小鸡料饲料,其特征在于,所述复合酶由质量比为1-3:4-6:1-2:0.3-0.5的蛋白酶、纤维素酶、果胶酶、胰淀粉酶混合而成。
8.如权利要求1所述的肉小鸡料饲料,其特征在于,所述益生素的制作方法为:
(1)以质量份计,将20-35份青苹果、3-5份鲫鱼骨粉、8-12份冬瓜、5-8份山药、5-8份红枣混合,打浆,浆液在35-38℃密封静置30-40min,用胶磨机胶磨2-3次,在浆液中加入1-2份柠檬汁,接种浆液质量3-5%的红曲,在30-32℃下发酵10-15h;
(2)将发酵物与其质量3-5倍的柠檬汁液混合,浸泡20-30min,在10-15℃、8000-9000r/min离心5-8min,收集上清液,备用;所述柠檬汁液的制作方法为,将柠檬带皮打浆,在浆液中加入其质量1-1.5%的果胶酶,在35-40℃以50-80r/min搅拌10-20min,密封静置30-50min,加入纯净水稀释20-30倍静置3-5h即可;
(3)按质量比18-22:0.2-0.3:2-5:0.1-0.2将上一步骤制得的上清液中加入富硒玉米浆液、玫瑰花汁液、牛肉膏、枯枝芽孢杆菌混合,在34-36℃、湿度94-97%的环境中培养2-3天,将混合液减压干燥即得;所述富硒玉米浆液由硒含量为45-48mg/kg的玉米鲜穗取籽粒打浆得到。
9.如权利要求1所述的肉小鸡料饲料,其特征在于,所述复合维生素由维生素D3、维生素E、泛酸、烟酸按质量比1-3:1-3:1-5:1-2混合而成;复合微量元素由铜、铁、锰、锌、硒、碘按照质量比1-3:1-3:0.1-0.5:0.1-0.2:0.05-0.06:0.01-0.03混合而成;所述蒙脱石的细度为300-400目,pH为7-7.5。
10.一种如权利要求1所述的肉小鸡料饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:按照质量比,取原料混合,放入三维混合机中,混合40-80min即可。
