Description

Formula and preparation method of agricultural synergist
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural synergist, in particular to a formula of an agricultural synergist and a preparation method thereof.
Background
An agricultural synergist belongs to one of agricultural additives. The pesticide composition has no biological activity, but can obviously improve the prevention and control effect on plant diseases and insect pests when being matched with agricultural chemicals such as pesticides, leaf fertilizers and the like.
The prior agricultural synergist comprises:
(1) surfactants. The synergist has certain wetting action and good permeability, but is poor in spreading and adhesion, unobvious in synergistic action, low in natural degradation rate in the environment, rich in foam when used on site, and inconvenient in dispensing and applying;
(2) vegetable oils. The adhesive has good adhesiveness and an anti-evaporation function, but hardly has wetting, spreading and permeability, is easy to oxidize and deteriorate, and is unstable when being added into a preparation;
(3) and (3) silicones. The organic silicon compound has super wetting property, spreading property and good permeability, but the crop general safety is weaker, most of organic silicon can only be used as a high-efficiency tank mixing auxiliary agent, the organic silicon compound is difficult to add into a preparation formula, and the organic silicon compound has rich foam and strong foam stability when used on site, and brings inconvenience to dosage and application.
As mentioned above, most of the existing agricultural synergists have single function and limited application, and especially have no obvious synergistic effect on resisting venereal diseases, insects and weeds.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems of the prior art, the invention provides a formula of an agricultural synergist and a preparation method thereof, which increase the absorption and conduction functions on the basis of ensuring the enhancement of wetting, spreading and permeability, have excellent adhesion, anti-drift and anti-evaporation functions, can be used in a tank and can also be used as a formula auxiliary agent to be added into a preparation formula, and have wide application prospect in the prevention and control of diseases, pests and weeds on field crops and fruit and vegetable crops.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the formula of the agricultural synergist comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
30-60% of organosilicon surfactant, 0-5% of penetrating agent, 10-40% of adhesive, 5-10% of humectant and 10-25% of emulsifier.
The organic surfactant is one or the combination of polyether modified organic silicon or alkynol modified polysiloxane.
The organic surfactant is a mixture of polyether modified organic silicon and alkynol modified organic silicon, wherein the polyether modified organic silicon accounts for 20-40%, and the alkynol modified polysiloxane accounts for 10-20%.
The penetrant is laurocapram.
The adhesive is vegetable oil.
The vegetable oil is one or mixture of more than 2 of soybean oil, peanut oil, corn oil, safflower seed oil and castor oil.
The humectant is polyethylene oxide with molecular weight of 200-800.
The emulsifier is a nonionic surfactant.
The emulsifier is one or a mixture of more than 2 of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, isomeric alcohol ether, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester and sorbitan fatty acid ester.
A preparation method of an agricultural synergist comprises the following steps:
A. adding the emulsifier and polyether modified organic silicon into a stirring kettle, heating to 80-90 ℃, rotating at the speed of 60-100r/min, and stirring for 30-60min under heat preservation to obtain a uniform and transparent mixture;
B. cooling to 70 ℃, adding alkynol modified organic silicon, stirring at the rotating speed of 60-100r/min for 30-40min to obtain a uniform and transparent mixture;
C. cooling to 40 deg.C, slowly adding vegetable oil at a rotation speed of not less than 200r/min, homogenizing and emulsifying for 30-50min to obtain uniform and transparent mixture;
D. finally, sequentially adding polyethylene oxide and laurocapram, and uniformly stirring.
The technical scheme provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the formula and the preparation method can complement the performances of the components, can fully exert the synergistic effect of the components, increase the absorption and conduction functions on the basis of ensuring the enhancement of wetting, spreading and permeability, have excellent adhesion, anti-drifting and anti-evaporation functions, can be used in a tank mixture way, can also be used as a formula auxiliary agent to be added into the formula of the preparation, and have wide application prospect in the prevention and control of diseases, pests and weeds on field crops and fruit and vegetable crops.
In addition, the synergistic additive is unstable in foaming in the using process, and is helpful for relieving the problem of inconvenience in application caused by the foaming problem of the additive in the using process.
