Abstract

本发明涉及一种船用残渣燃料油稳定分散剂及其制备方法。本发明稳定分散剂以结构式为烷基酚聚醚羧酸为主剂,以一种或几种含有“沥青骨料”结构的低分子量物质为助剂,其制备方法包括先将具有m个环氧基团的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚碱化后溶于溶剂中,加入氯乙酸取代反应后升温去除溶剂得到浅黄色粘稠状烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐,经酸洗分离得到烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚羧酸与含有“沥青骨料”结构的低分子量物质复配制得。本发明稳定分散剂通过聚醚羧酸与具有“沥青骨料”结构的助剂产生协同吸附作用,可防止沥青质分子的自缔合聚集,起到稳定燃料油体系的良好效果。

Description

一种船用残渣燃料油稳定分散剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及石油炼制加工技术领域,具体涉及一种用于保持船用残渣燃料油体系在使用及存储过程中稳定性的稳定分散剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来我国石油资源对外依存严重,国家能源安全形势日益严峻,提高石油资源的综合利用率以减少我国对进口石油的依赖程度,是我国石油行业亟需解决的重要问题。渣油是原油资源经过层层提炼后剩下的重质成分,极其粘稠,没有流动性,燃烧性不好,渣油通常只能作为沥青铺路材料或炼制焦炭使用,经济价值极低,造成石油资源的低效使用。如果将这种高粘稠的渣油与轻质油料如柴油进行调配以降低其粘度,提高其流动性,制成为船用燃料油使用则可以更加充分地发挥这种油料的能源属性,是提高石油资源综合利用率的有效手段之一。但是当渣油与轻质柴油掺混时,由于渣油中稳定沥青质胶体的芳香烃氛围被轻质油料中的链状烷烃稀释和取代,沥青质相对稳定的胶体体系随之被破坏,从而容易分离析出胶质、沥青质等出十分粘稠的有机质沉淀物,导致掺混油料无法正常使用。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的上述问题,开发一种在不同性质油料掺混条件下依然能够将渣油中的沥青质稳定分散在掺混油料中阻止其析出的稳定分散剂以保证船用残渣燃料油的稳定性及其正常使用。
根据燃料油各组分之间由于性质和组成地差异所导致的易析出沥青质沉淀问题,首先设计合成了一种烷基酚聚醚羧酸作为稳定分散主剂,以具有“沥青骨料”结构的物质作为分散助剂,二者组合成用于残渣燃料油的稳定分散剂。烷基酚聚醚羧酸的羧基与沥青质分子中的杂原子通过氢键作用吸附在沥青质分子周围,同时聚醚羧酸分子中的m个环氧基团进一步增强了聚醚羧酸分子的极性,使之能够与极性的沥青分子产生更强烈的偶极吸附效应,增强聚醚羧酸在沥青质分子上更牢固的吸附,同时分子链上的苯环会与沥青质大分子的苯环形成离域π键共轭,进一步增强聚醚酰胺分子在沥青质分子上的吸附,而聚醚分子上的烷基则起到空间位阻效应以阻止沥青质分子之间的自缔合作用。同时,具有“沥青骨料”结构的分散助剂与沥青质分子结构相似,也通过离域大π键共轭作用吸附在沥青质分子周围,进一步防止沥青质分子之间的自缔合作用。具体技术方案如下:
本发明提供了一种船用残渣燃料油的复合稳定分散剂,以结构式为(I)的烷基酚聚醚羧酸为主剂,以一种或几种含有“沥青骨料”结构的低分子量物质为助剂;

式中,n代表烷基链长度,n=2~10,m为环氧数,m=2~8;
所述的含有“沥青骨料”结构的低分子量物质为含有吡啶基化合物、喹啉基化合物、四氢呋喃基化合物中的一种或几种。
所述的主剂与助剂的质量比优选为2.5-5。
本发明还提供了上述船用残渣燃料油稳定分散剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)烷基酚聚醚羧酸
将具有m个环氧基团的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚在45℃~50℃下搅拌碱化1-3h,再将溶剂加入其中,在均匀搅拌条件下加入氯乙酸进行SN2亲核取代加成反应4~5h,反应完成后升温将溶剂蒸出,得到浅黄色粘稠状烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐;用稀盐酸溶液酸洗并加热以促进有机相与水相的分离,收集含有烷基酚聚醚羧酸的有机相后再用蒸馏水洗涤即得到烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚羧酸;所述的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚与氯乙酸的反应摩尔比为1:1.5~1:2.5;
2)步骤1)得到的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚羧酸和含有“沥青骨料”结构的低分子量物质按质量比复配得到残渣燃料油稳定分散剂。
其中所述的溶剂优选为丙酮。
本发明上述聚醚羧酸与具有“沥青骨料”结构的助剂可以产生协同吸附作用,使得本专利所述的稳定分散剂可以在沥青质分子周围形成以聚醚羧酸分子吸附层的同时,“沥青骨料”结构助剂分子在聚醚羧酸分子空隙间再次插空吸附的复合吸附层,从而有力地防止沥青质分子的自缔合聚集,起到稳定燃料油体系的良好效果。
具体实施方式:
下面结合实施例来详细说明本发明技术方案及实施效果。但本实施例所述内容为说明性内容,并不以任何形式限制本发明,不能据此来限定本发明的保护范围。
实施例1:船用残渣燃料油稳定分散剂1#的制备
(1)将30.03g具有二个环氧基团的烷基酚聚醚加热至45℃后加入14g氢氧化钠碱化2h后,加入30g丙酮,在45℃及均匀搅拌条件下加入氯乙酸14.75g进行SN2亲核取代加成反应4个小时。反应完成后将温度调至58℃以将丙酮蒸出,得到浅黄色粘稠状烷基酚聚醚羧酸盐。用2000ml 0.2M的稀盐酸溶液酸洗产物并适当加热以促进有机相与水相的分离,收集含有烷基酚聚醚羧酸的有机相并再用蒸馏水洗涤后得到烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚羧31.35g,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚羧产率为87.83%。将合成得到的烷基酚聚醚羧酸与8.52g异喹啉组成稳定分散剂。
实施例2:船用燃料油稳定分散剂2#的制备
(1)将35.05g具有三个环氧基团的烷基酚聚醚加热至47℃后加入14g氢氧化钠碱化2h后,加入30g丙酮,在47℃及均匀搅拌条件下加入氯乙酸18.53g进行SN2亲核取代加成反应4.5个小时。反应完成后将温度调至58℃以将丙酮蒸出,得到浅黄色粘稠状烷基酚聚醚羧酸盐。用2000ml 0.2M的稀盐酸溶液酸洗产物并适当加热以促进有机相与水相的分离,收集含有烷基酚聚醚羧酸的有机相并再次用蒸馏水洗涤后得到烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚羧酸35.52g,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚羧酸产率为86.95%。将合成得到的烷基酚聚醚羧酸与10.08g喹啉组成稳定分散剂。
实施例3:船用燃料油稳定分散剂3#的制备
(1)将52.13g具有七个环氧基团的烷基酚聚醚加热至50℃后加入14g氢氧化钠碱化2h后,加入30g丙酮,在50℃及均匀搅拌条件下加入氯乙酸20.05g进行SN2亲核取代加成反应5个小时。反应完成后将温度调至58℃以将丙酮蒸出,得到浅黄色粘稠状烷基酚聚醚羧酸盐。用2000ml 0.2M的稀盐酸溶液酸洗产物并适当加热以促进有机相与水相的分离,收集含有烷基酚聚醚羧酸的有机相并再次用蒸馏水洗涤后得到烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚羧酸51.13g,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚羧酸产率为88.24%。将合成得到的烷基酚聚醚羧酸与15.57g四氢呋喃组成稳定分散剂。
实施例4:对实施例1~3中制备的三种船用燃料油稳定分散剂性能评价
(1)实验原料
本实施例中使用的船用燃料油为某炼厂提供的调配燃料油,其主要的理化参数如表1所示。

(2)实验方法
在常温下,将5g本发明所述的烷基酚聚醚酰胺分散于5g特定有机溶剂中配制成质量分数为50%的燃料油稳定剂溶液并备用。
在锥形瓶中称取25g±1g已混合均匀的加有稳定剂的燃料油试样,用带空气冷凝器的软木塞塞紧,然后将试样放入100℃±0.5℃老化油浴的空气套管中,老化24h±15min。老化完成后去除锥形烧瓶,将空气冷凝器换成软木塞后剧烈摇动,知道所有油泥全部悬浮起来,用刮刀刮落锥形烧瓶底部和内壁难以悬浮的沉淀物。然后按照《SH/T 0701-2001残渣燃料油总沉淀物测定法(热过滤法)》的第8章规定的试验步骤用热过滤法测定总潜在沉淀物。将不加稳定剂的燃料油样品也进行老化24h并以相同方法处理,以此作为空白对比样品。
(3)实验结果
船用燃料油稳定性能的评价结果如表2所示:

从表2中数据可以看出,加有本发明所制备的燃料油稳定性助剂的燃料油总沉积物均在0.04%以下,完全符合相关标准中不大于0.1%的指标要求。

Claims (4)

1.一种船用残渣燃料油稳定分散剂,其特征在于,以结构式为(I)的烷基酚聚醚羧酸为主剂,以一种或几种含有“沥青骨料”结构的低分子量物质为助剂;

式中,n代表烷基链长度,n=2~10,m为环氧数,m=2~8;
所述的含有“沥青骨料”结构的低分子量物质为含有吡啶基化合物、喹啉基化合物、四氢呋喃基化合物中的一种或几种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的船用残渣燃料油稳定分散剂,其特征在于,所述的主剂与助剂的质量比为2.5-5。
3.一种权利要求1所述的船用残渣燃料油稳定分散剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
1)烷基酚聚醚羧酸
将具有m个环氧基团的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚在45℃~50℃下搅拌碱化1-3h,再将溶剂加入其中,在均匀搅拌条件下加入氯乙酸进行SN2亲核取代加成反应4~5h,反应完成后升温将溶剂蒸出,得到浅黄色粘稠状烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐;用稀盐酸溶液酸洗并加热以促进有机相与水相的分离,收集含有烷基酚聚醚羧酸的有机相后再用蒸馏水洗涤即得到烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚羧酸;所述的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚与氯乙酸的反应摩尔比为1:1.5~1:2.5;
2)步骤1)得到的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚羧酸和含有“沥青骨料”结构的低分子量物质按质量比复配得到残渣燃料油稳定分散剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的溶剂为丙酮。
