Health tea for promoting digestion and regulating stomach function and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medicinal tea preparation, and particularly relates to health-care tea for promoting digestion and harmonizing stomach and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Acute and chronic gastritis and functional dyspepsia are common and frequently encountered diseases in clinic. Acute and chronic gastritis is mainly caused by severe living pressure, helicobacter pylori infection, unreasonable diet, mental stress, gastric acid invasion and other acute and chronic inflammations of gastric mucosa. It is mainly manifested as stomach ache, hiccup, nausea, vomiting, pantothenic acid, anorexia accompanied by diarrhea, etc. The functional dyspepsia is clinically manifested by uncomfortable symptoms such as postprandial fullness, early satiety, epigastric pain, burning sensation in the upper abdomen, and belongs to acid regurgitation, noisy feeling, fullness, hiccup and the like in traditional Chinese medicine.
The health-care tea is modified from the traditional Chinese medicine Jing Fang health-care pill. The Huohe pill is mainly prepared from sour, sweet and warm hawthorn as a monarch in the prescription of Danxi Xin Fa, and can eliminate all food stagnation, which is longer than the accumulation of greasy meat food; massa Medicata Fermentata is sweet and pungent in nature and warm in nature, and has the effects of promoting digestion and invigorating stomach, and is good at relieving the accumulation of stale liquor; lai Fu Zi is pungent, sweet and neutral, and can descend qi, promote digestion and relieve distension, so it is good at removing food stagnation. The three herbs are used together as ministerial herbs to eliminate food stagnation. Food stagnation is easy to block qi, generate dampness and dissipate heat, so that the amomum fruit and the dried orange peel are pungent in flavor and warm in property, regulate qi and dissipate dampness, and warm the middle-jiao and harmonize stomach; poria is sweet and bland, and has effects in invigorating spleen, promoting diuresis, regulating stomach and relieving diarrhea; honeysuckle flower, flos Lonicerae, being sweet and cold, is an adjuvant drug for relieving swelling, dissipating nodulation to help remove food retention, and clearing heat from food retention. The compatibility of the medicines can lead to digestion retention and stomach qi harmonizing, heat clearing and dampness removing. The whole formula has the effects of promoting digestion and harmonizing stomach. Modern pharmacological research shows that the Huohe pill has the functions of promoting digestion, stopping vomiting, resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, promoting urination and protecting liver, and has excellent functions on acute and chronic gastritis and functional dyspepsia.
China is the hometown of tea and also the origin of medicinal tea. The earliest record of herb tea was Guangya of a single long in three kingdoms: the tea collected from the Jingba compartment is used as a cake to be made into rice paste. If it is drunk, the patients should be treated first to make the wine red. The medicated tea is prepared from tea-containing or tea-free food or medicine according to Chinese medicinal theory, by soaking, decocting, squeezing, and distilling to obtain liquid beverage with certain curative effect, such as decoction, fresh juice, distillate, and emulsion, and can be used for preventing, promoting health, treating and recovering.
