Bamboo is a perennial evergreen plant of the family gramineae, one of the most valuable plants in the world today, and is widely used in asia, tropical and subtropical regions along the pacific coast, respectively. There is also distribution in africa and south america. Has the characteristics of fast growth, easy propagation, developed root system, contribution to soil combination, long fiber and the like.
China is one of the main bamboo-producing countries in the world and has rich bamboo resources. Over 500 species (including varieties) of the 39 genus are known. Bamboo is widely and durably applied and mainly used as industrial raw materials including paper pulp, bamboo powder, activated carbon and the like, technical woven products, building materials, food and health care products such as bamboo juice, bamboo juice beverage, bamboo juice and the like. Some special bamboos are also widely used in medicine, for example, bamboo leaves of the local bamboo species in philippines are used as dysmenorrhea drugs and anthelmintic drugs, and are tabasheer analogs collected from dried bamboos, and have the effects of clearing heat, relieving cough, eliminating phlegm, and the like. In korea, early onset stroke is treated using medicinal bamboo leaves obtained during the process of firing bamboo. Also in Japan, is called "bamboo Vinegar" obtained from the process of burning bamboo, and Vinegar has bactericidal, cleaning and healing effects in traditional medicine in Japan. Among traditional Chinese medicines in China, bamboo has a long medicinal history. The compendium of materia medica, compiled by Li Shizhen, divides the part of bamboo that can be used as medicine into bamboo leaves, bamboo juice, bamboo fruit, bamboo shavings, bamboo fungus, bamboo root and bamboo shoots. For example, the following descriptions are made with respect to the bamboo leaves "compendium of materia Medica": lophatherum gracile is pungent, mild, cold and nontoxic; the main treatment is as follows: restlessness, dark urine, dysuria, etc. Modern scientific research shows that the effective components of the bamboo leaf extract comprise flavone, phenolic ketone, anthraquinone, lactone, polysaccharide, amino acid, trace elements and the like, and the bamboo leaf extract has excellent effects of resisting free radicals, resisting oxidation, resisting aging, resisting fatigue, reducing blood fat, preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, protecting liver, expanding capillary vessels, dredging microcirculation, activating brain, promoting memory, improving sleep, resisting cancer, beautifying skin and the like; in the case of bamboo juice, the juice is extracted from bamboo after processing. It is a natural beverage without toxic side effect and with medicine and food functions. Phlegm-resolving, cough-relieving and asthma-relieving herbs. The preparation method comprises cutting fresh bamboo into 30-50 cm long, removing nodes at two ends, splitting, standing, baking the middle part with fire, and collecting the juice at two ends. The succus Bambusae is green yellow or yellow brown juice, transparent, and has burnt fragrance. The color is preferably transparent and free of impurities. Sweet and cold in nature, can clear fire from heart, lung and stomach, and has the effects of eliminating phlegm, moistening dryness and arresting convulsion. It is mainly used for treating apoplexy with phlegm stagnation, lung heat with phlegm accumulation, infantile convulsion, epilepsy, high fever with polydipsia, vexation, and tetanus. Clearing heat and eliminating phlegm: mainly used for treating phlegm-heat cough with yellow and sticky phlegm; it can also be used for clearing orifices due to phlegm-heat; phlegm-heat stroke, a strong tongue with hemiplegia; infantile convulsions and convulsions of limbs are usually combined with heat-clearing and phlegm-resolving herbs and wind-extinguishing and convulsions-arresting herbs, recorded in compendium of materia Medica: the bamboo juice is sweet in flavor, cold and nontoxic. The main treatment is as follows: sudden stroke and wind arthralgia, chest heat, restlessness, thirst and fatigue. "
Succus Bambusae, also known as Succus Bambusae, and bamboo oil, is juice obtained by baking stems of Phyllostachys nigra (Lockl. Ex Lindl.) Munrovar. hennis (Mitf.) Stapl et Rendle of Gramineae.
Recent pharmaceutical chemical analysis proves that: the succus Bambusae contains more than ten kinds of chemical components such as amino acids, glucose, fructose, sucrose, guaiacol, cresol, formic acid, acetic acid, and benzoic acid. Pharmacological tests prove that: the succus Bambusae has effects of relieving cough and eliminating phlegm.
According to the records of GC-MS comparative analysis of different kinds of bamboo juice chemical components in volume 2 of 2013, 4 months of volume 2 of the institute of traditional Chinese medicine, 13 identical substances exist in different bamboo juice (four kinds), which are respectively as follows: acetic acid (acetic acid), acetol (2-Propanone, 1-Hydroxy-), methyl oxalate (ethanolicacid, dimethylester), tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol (2-furamethol, tetrahydroxy-), guaiacol (Phenol, 2-methoxy-), Phenol (Pheno1), 1.4-butyrolactone (2-Hydroxy-gamma-butyrolactone), syringol (Phenol, 2.6-methoxy-), 2.3-dihydrocoumarone (benzofuranon, 2.3-dihydroxy-), isobutanosol (Phenol, 2-methoxy-4- (1-propeney 1) one, 1.4: 3.6 Dianhydro-glucopyranose (1.4: 3.6-Dianhydro-. alpha. -d-glucopyranose), 5-tert-butyl pyrogallol (5-tert-butyl pyrogallol 1) nor aspidinol (Desas-pidio 1), guaiacol and amino acids were found to be the main effective components in relieving cough and reducing sputum.
According to the report of the analysis and bacteriostasis of the components of the succus bambusae, Vol.23No.1Jan.2004, the small molecules of alcohols, aldehydes, ketones and the like in the succus bambusae can well permeate into the root tissues of the crops, so that the efficacy of the pesticide can be better exerted by adding the succus bambusae to the pesticide, the dosage of the pesticide is reduced, meanwhile, the succus bambusae contains a large amount of organic antiseptic substances such as acetic acid, propionic acid and 5-methyl-2-furfural and the like, and experiments show that the succus bambusae has stronger inhibition effect on bacteria and fungi, and Escherichia coli (Escherichia coli), Staphylococcus aureus (Staphylococcus aureus), bacillus subtilis (Bacillus subtilis), beer yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), Aspergillus niger (Aspergillus niger), Penicillium citrinum (Penicillium citrinum), Aspergillus candidus (A.candidus), Mucor (Mucor rasimus), Rhizopus (Rhizopus sp) and the like
The diameter of a bacteriostatic circle of staphylococcus aureus and bacillus subtilis is 26mm, the diameter of escherichia coli is 24mm, and the diameter of aspergillus niger is 23mm, which shows that the bamboo juice is a good natural bacteriostatic agent.
The traditional Chinese medicine contains phenols, organic acids, saccharides and a plurality of amino acid components in bamboo juice, and the bamboo leaves contain sterols, triterpenes, phenol excrement substances and a large amount of flavone marc substances, and can be used as a natural biological antioxidant. Patent reports on this aspect of japanese scientists also show that epicatechin is an active ingredient in whitening cosmetics containing certain bamboo extracts, and various cosmetics made of bamboo salt introduced by LG corporation in korea have already come into the market in china. The Labkorea company introduced bamboo extracts, which are mainly composed of flavones and triterpenes, and used as cosmetic additives, and the Japanese company Zeroane Products lnc produced bamboo vinegar Products, which include bamboo vinegar that can be used as cosmetic raw materials, to prevent skin infection. In Bemacosmetis laboratories, Italy, bamboo marrow was used to develop KAIROS FORMULAR series hair products including anti-dandruff shampoos for preventing hair loss and shampoos for balancing oily hair and leopard, and hair products for cleansing hair with normal hair quality. Thus, bamboo has wide market prospect in the cosmetic industry.
