Description

Nutritional composition containing rice protein peptide and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of biology, and particularly relates to a nutritional composition containing rice protein peptides and application thereof.
Background
The pig is the main breeding animal in China, the pork is also the main meat food of residents in China, and the pork demand rises every year. At present, the factors influencing the development of the pig industry in China mainly include the immaturity of the pig raising technology and small scale investment. The immature pig raising technology is a difficult technical problem to overcome, and specific technology screening is carried out according to biological characteristics, varieties, types and the like of pigs in the pig raising process. In the modern livestock and poultry breeding process, in order to prevent and treat animal diseases, excessive antibiotic products are often used to ensure animal health, but the use of excessive antibiotics often causes the quality of animal meat products and products thereof to be reduced and the antibiotic resistance to be enhanced, the human health is also seriously affected by the problem of antibiotics through the transmission of food chains, and after the antibiotics are used or abused for a long time, normal beneficial microbial flora in animals is killed while pathogenic microorganisms are inhibited, so that the normal microbial ecosystem of the organisms is unbalanced, and the endogenous infection or double infection of the animals is caused. Meanwhile, livestock and poultry depend on antibiotics, so that the growth and development of an animal immune system are inhibited or the immune function of the animal is reduced, and the disease resistance is reduced. In order to overcome various disadvantages caused by antibiotic and other medicinal additives, scientists in various countries around the world strive to find and develop novel feed additives without toxic and side effects.
Protein is the main nutrient substance of animals, the mode of direct addition is mostly adopted in the prior feed, the utilization rate is not high, and the digestion and absorption of the protein in food are actually completed by utilizing the active transport mechanism of peptide carriers existing in the intestinal mucosa striation margin after being hydrolyzed into small peptides by digestive tract protease. Although the content of protein in rice is lower than that of wheat flour and most of grain varieties, the essential amino acid composition of the rice is relatively complete. Compared with the ideal protein, the rice protein has slightly insufficient lysine isoleucine and threonine, but compared with the wheat protein, except that the content of isoleucine is less, various essential amino acids are abundant. The amino acid components of the rice protamine are relatively complete and contain various amino acids essential for animal growth, so that the rice protein has higher nutritive value than wheat and is close to complete protein. The biological value of the rice protein is 77, which is the first in various grains and can be compared favorably with white fish (biological value 76), shrimp and beef.
Chinese patent application CN103766609A discloses a method for preparing polypeptide feed additive, which is called dephenolized cottonseed protein powder, soybean cake powder, corn protein powder and rice protein powder, and is added with clear water to be mixed uniformly, heated to 115 ℃ and 125 ℃ for 10-15 minutes, cooled to 65 ℃, added with papain to be hydrolyzed, cooled to 45 ℃, added with neutral protease to be hydrolyzed continuously at 45 ℃, and then subjected to high-temperature enzyme deactivation at 121 ℃ for 20 minutes after the hydrolysis is finished, and then the finished product is obtained by homogenization and spray drying. The Chinese patent application CN 109953187A polypeptide feed additive and the preparation method thereof comprise 20-50 parts of mixed protein powder, 15-40 parts of lactobacillus plantarum mixed bacterial powder, 1-3 parts of pepper powder, 3-8 parts of astragalus extract, 3-6 parts of soybean polypeptide, 5-20 parts of bacillus subtilis powder and 3-12 parts of ganoderma lucidum solid fermentation culture, wherein the mixed protein powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: the dephenolized cottonseed protein powder accounts for 10-20% of the total mass of the mixed protein powder, the soybean cake powder accounts for 15-25% of the total mass of the mixed protein powder, the corn protein powder accounts for 35-45% of the total mass of the mixed protein powder, and the rice protein powder accounts for 35-45% of the total mass of the mixed protein powder. Although the feed additive contains protein substances, can supplement nutrition for animals, accelerate the growth speed of piglets and has no antibiotic addition, the feed additive has no obvious effects on the aspects of oxidation resistance, immunity improvement and the like, and probably because a plurality of amino acids and proteins are added, the feed additive is easy to influence the digestion of the pigs and destroy the appetite of the pigs,
in conclusion, there is a need to develop a feed additive containing polypeptide, which can effectively promote animal growth, improve disease resistance of the body, and improve digestion rate of piglets, etc. while providing nutrients for the piglets.
