背景技术
轨道制动系统的特点是与其他气动制动系统相比其使用寿命非常长且典型的维护间隔约为七年。因为制动系统对安全至关重要,所以不仅由于明显的安全要求,而且还由于与其他车辆相比难以在现场执行维护,组成部件必须能够可靠地实现该使用寿命。
除此要求外,现代列车,特别是客运路线上的列车,还需要更复杂的制动系统,所述制动系统包括诸如车轮滑行保护之类的特征。车轮滑行保护是一项重要的安全增强措施,它不仅可以减少停车时间,而且还可以减少在发生车轮滑动时轨道和车轮的损坏,并且由于可以在不影响安全的情况下实现更高的速度和更近的列车间距而有利于轨道网络的更充分使用。

在施加制动时,通过使排放电磁阀9断电而向排放阀控制室施加供应压力5,来关闭排放膜片3。然后,通过使保持电磁阀6断电而使保持阀控制室排气,来打开保持阀膜片2。由此将供应压力5施加到制动缸。
为了在施加制动之后保持制动缸中的压力,通过给电磁阀6通电从而将供应压力5施加到保持膜片控制室,来关闭保持膜片2。然后,通过给均衡电磁阀9通电,可以使排放阀膜片3上的压力等于制动缸压力。
为了排放制动缸中的压力,通过打开排放电磁阀10,使排放阀控制室排气。由于控制室已等于制动缸压力,因此与现有技术相比缩短了依靠膜片上的压差打开阀的时间。
为了从排放状态返回到保持状态,首先通过使排放电磁阀10和均衡电磁阀9断电而向排放阀控制室施加供应压力,来关闭排放阀3。在一段时间之后,通过给均衡电磁阀9通电,可以使排放膜片上的压力均衡。施加保持压力和均衡压力之间的时间取决于阀膜片的尺寸和设计。
图2示出了用于电磁阀的示例性操作方案,其中,保持电磁阀和均衡电磁阀基本上同时被通电。然后,在时间段T1之后且在均衡阀断电之前,排放电磁阀被通电,以准备在排放膜片操作之后再次以较高的压力关闭排放阀。
