Abstract

背景技术
轨道制动系统的特点是与其他气动制动系统相比其使用寿命非常长且典型的维护间隔约为七年。因为制动系统对安全至关重要,所以不仅由于明显的安全要求,而且还由于与其他车辆相比难以在现场执行维护,组成部件必须能够可靠地实现该使用寿命。
除此要求外,现代列车,特别是客运路线上的列车,还需要更复杂的制动系统,所述制动系统包括诸如车轮滑行保护之类的特征。车轮滑行保护是一项重要的安全增强措施,它不仅可以减少停车时间,而且还可以减少在发生车轮滑动时轨道和车轮的损坏,并且由于可以在不影响安全的情况下实现更高的速度和更近的列车间距而有利于轨道网络的更充分使用。
EP3183147描述了一种用于具有车轮滑动保护的轨道制动系统中的气动膜片阀。这种设计代表了制动系统设计的进步,但在排放阀膜片打开的速度方面存在限制,这限制了未来的性能改进。
因此,需要一种能够以减少的阀排放时间操作的气动阀。
发明内容
根据本发明,提供了一种用于轨道制动系统的制动阀装置,该制动阀装置适于控制至制动缸的空气流,该制动阀装置包括保持阀和排放阀,所述保持阀和排放阀均具有控制室,所述排放阀是膜片阀,其中所述保持阀和排放阀由相应的电磁阀控制,其中另一电磁阀连接到排放阀的控制室,以允许排放阀膜片上的压力与制动缸压力相等,以便减小膜片上的压差。
优选地,所述另一电磁阀与膜片保持阀的出口流体连通。优选地,所述另一电磁阀与排放电磁阀的入口流体连通。优选地,所述另一电磁阀接收制动压力。
该系统包括两个气动膜片阀,用于为制动缸加压和排放。控制室中的压力由连接到供应压力的电磁阀控制。另一电磁阀连接到膜片排放阀的控制室,这是为了允许膜片上的压力与制动缸压力相等,以便减小膜片表面上的压差。
排放阀膜片表面上的压力的均衡化显著减小了打开排放阀膜片所需的时间。本发明的设计还显著减小了在膜片中引起的应力,与已知的解决方案相比,这导致增加的工作寿命。

图1示意性地示出了阀装置,该阀装置包括具有保持膜片2和排放膜片3的阀块1。保持膜片3的入口4通过节流阀连接到供应压力5,并且由保持电磁阀6控制。
向保持电磁阀6供应来自供应压力5的压力,该供应压力5还供应与排放电磁阀10串联的均衡电磁阀9。均衡电磁阀9与阀块1流体连接并从保持膜片2的出口7接收制动压力。保持电磁阀将先导压力供应至保持膜片2,该保持膜片2被弹簧装置偏压至关闭位置。
保持膜片2的出口7与通向制动缸8的出口流体连通并且还与均衡电磁阀9以及排放膜片3的入口流体连通。排放膜片由排放电磁阀10引导,该排放膜片的出口是至大气的排气口。
在释放制动时,通过给保持电磁阀6通电而向保持膜片2的控制室施加供应压力,来使保持膜片2保持关闭。通过给排放电磁阀9通电而使排放阀控制室3排气,来使制动缸排放至大气。
在施加制动时,通过使排放电磁阀9断电而向排放阀控制室施加供应压力5,来关闭排放膜片3。然后,通过使保持电磁阀6断电而使保持阀控制室排气,来打开保持阀膜片2。由此将供应压力5施加到制动缸。
为了在施加制动之后保持制动缸中的压力,通过给电磁阀6通电从而将供应压力5施加到保持膜片控制室,来关闭保持膜片2。然后,通过给均衡电磁阀9通电,可以使排放阀膜片3上的压力等于制动缸压力。
为了排放制动缸中的压力,通过打开排放电磁阀10,使排放阀控制室排气。由于控制室已等于制动缸压力,因此与现有技术相比缩短了依靠膜片上的压差打开阀的时间。
为了从排放状态返回到保持状态,首先通过使排放电磁阀10和均衡电磁阀9断电而向排放阀控制室施加供应压力,来关闭排放阀3。在一段时间之后,通过给均衡电磁阀9通电,可以使排放膜片上的压力均衡。施加保持压力和均衡压力之间的时间取决于阀膜片的尺寸和设计。
图2示出了用于电磁阀的示例性操作方案,其中,保持电磁阀和均衡电磁阀基本上同时被通电。然后,在时间段T1之后且在均衡阀断电之前,排放电磁阀被通电,以准备在排放膜片操作之后再次以较高的压力关闭排放阀。
T2是在致动均衡电磁阀以均衡压力之前确保排放膜片已被较高压力关闭的持续时间。时间段T1和T2根据条件而变化,这是因为膜片阀的橡胶性能会随温度而变化。在环境温度、压力和湿度下的示例性时间是60ms。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于轨道制动系统的制动阀装置,所述制动阀装置适于控制至制动缸的空气流,所述制动阀装置包括保持阀(2)和排放阀(3),所述保持阀和所述排放阀均具有控制室,所述排放阀是膜片阀,其中所述保持阀(2)和所述排放阀(3)由相应的电磁阀(6,10)控制,其特征在于,另一电磁阀(9)连接到所述排放阀(3)的所述控制室,以允许所述排放阀的膜片上的压力与制动缸压力相等,以便减小所述膜片上的压差。

3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的制动阀装置,其中,所述另一电磁阀(9)与所述排放电磁阀的入口流体连通。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的制动阀装置,其中,所述另一电磁阀(9)接收所述制动缸压力。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的制动阀装置,其中,在使用中,为了释放制动,通过给所述保持电磁阀(6)通电并且通过向所述膜片保持阀的控制室施加供应压力,使所述膜片保持阀保持关闭,通过给所述排放电磁阀(10)通电使所述排放阀的控制室排气而将制动缸中的制动压力排放至大气。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的制动阀装置,其中,在使用中,为了在施加制动之后保持所述制动缸中的压力,通过给所述保持电磁阀(6)通电使得能够向所述保持阀的控制室施加供应压力而关闭所述膜片保持阀,然后通过给均衡电磁阀(9)通电,使所述排放阀的膜片上的压力等于所述制动缸压力。
