Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于在具有车轮滑行保护的轨道制动系统中使用的阀布置(阀布置结构,阀装置)。
背景技术
铁路车辆制动系统典型地是空气制动器。近年来,在客运列车市场上已经建立了这种结合车轮滑行控制和车轮空转控制的系统。车轮滑行和车轮空转都源于车轮对轨道的低附着。车轮滑行典型地在制动轨道车时发生,并且是车轮损坏的主要原因,该车轮损坏可能导致轨道毁坏。
典型的车轮滑行控制系统包括车辆的各车轴上的传感器,该传感器测量车轴的旋转速度。在使用中,然后将传感器的输出供应到制动控制单元中,该制动控制单元将该值与相邻车轴的值进行比较,如果差值超过预先确定的限值,则释放并再施加制动压力,直到车轴速度落在可接受的限制之内。该系统在实践中得以证明,并且产生了改进的制动性能并降低了损坏车轮和轨道的可能性。损坏车轮的问题在货运列车上特别严重,这因此导致行进地比将以其它方式可能的更慢。
大部分货车不具有自主电源,这已经有效地阻止了车轮滑行控制在货车中的广泛采用。因此,货车倾向于行进地比客运列车慢得多,以避免车辆损坏,特别是由车轮滑行事件导致的车轮扁疤引起的车辆损坏。
货运车辆通常具有大的制动缸。这导致多个问题,特别是与较大的空气量相关的问题,该较大的空气量需要用于在车轮滑动保护期间释放制动时快速移动,这需要使用高流量阀。
发明内容
本发明因此寻求提供一种气动阀布置,以在车轮滑动保护活动期间有助于空气移动。

本发明有利地提供了一种高流量排气阀,它可以使用低流量螺线管阀控制,该低流量螺线管阀为在车轮滑动保护期间移动大量空气的问题提供了小功率、低成本并且可靠的解决方案。本发明的布置使得能够比其它方式的情况下更快地移动空气。

图1示出本发明的阀布置的气动图,该阀布置包括入口端口1和出口端口2,该入口端口1被从分配阀或负荷继动阀(未示出)供应,该出口端口2用于向制动缸供应空气压力。入口端口1经由入口通道5连接到保持隔膜3,该保持隔膜3在这里示出为处于关闭位置。保持隔膜3控制从入口端口1流向通向出口端口2的出口通道4的空气流,并由低流量(保持)螺线管6引导(先导)。保持螺线管6经由低流量通道7连接到入口通道5,并且经由低流量通道8控制保持隔膜3。过滤器16定位在通道7中,以防止这些小流量通道被污染。保持螺线管6还设置有连接到螺线管排放通道9的连接件。
该阀布置还包括图示处于关闭位置的排气隔膜10,该排气隔膜10适合于控制从出口通道4到主排放装置11的流。排气隔膜10由排气先导隔膜12与排气螺线管13的组合以及缸压控制。排气螺线管13与低流量通道7和螺线管排放通道9连接,并且经由低流量通道14连接到排气先导隔膜12的控制侧。
排气先导隔膜12由螺线管13控制,该螺线管13控制经由通道15到排气隔膜10的先导空气压力。通道15还经由阻气门(扼流部)连接出口通道4。这使得排气先导隔膜能够用作放大器。在该布置中使用排气先导隔膜使得低流量螺线管能控制高流量排气阀,从而允许控制排气隔膜10之后的较大量空气的运动。主排气隔膜10的控制侧的空气量比先导螺线管13从先导隔膜12的控制侧排放的空气量大近3倍。因此,通道4到主排放装置11的打开被实现成快近3倍。
为了提供增强的功能性,该阀布置还包括4个传感器(转换器)20、21、22、23,这些传感器20、21、22、23连接到各端口以监测各种压力,从而经由ECU(未示出)支持WSP(车轮滑动保护)活动。

2.根据权利要求1所述的阀布置,其中,该另一螺线管是低流量螺线管阀,该低流量螺线管控制该另一隔膜以及由此排气隔膜,该排气隔膜是高流量的。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的阀布置,其中,主排气隔膜的控制侧的空气量比先导螺线管从先导隔膜的控制侧排出的空气量大近3倍。
