One end of each sliding chute of the box body 4-1 is provided with a clamping device 4-5 with a clamp 4-5-5 at the bottom, the clamping device is arranged on a vertical rod 4-7 through a synchronous belt 4-7-2 driven by a motor 4-7-1, the vertical rod 4-6 is arranged on a cross rod 4-6 of the frame through a synchronous belt 4-6-2 driven by a motor 4-6-1, the clamp 4-5-5 of the clamping device is connected with the bottom of a driving rod 4-5-3 vertically arranged on a frame body 4-5-4, the upper end of the driving rod 4-5-3 is connected with the motor 4-5-1 through a crank connecting rod 4-5-2, the upper part of the driving rod 4-5-3 passes through a vertical guide sleeve on the frame body 4-5-4 through a bearing, the crank connecting rod 4-5-2 is driven by the motor 4-5-1 to rotate, and the rotation of the crank connecting rod 4-5-2 is converted into the up-and-down movement of the driving rod 4-5-3 through the bearing and the vertical guide sleeve; the clamp 4-5-5 comprises two clamping rods which are hinged with each other, and the opening and clamping movement of the two clamping rods of the clamp 4-5-5 can be realized by the up-and-down movement of the driving rod 4-5-3; the bottoms of the two clamping rods are horizontally bent, so that the stability and the success rate of clamping chicken and duck feet are improved.

The egg taking device 5 as shown in fig. 13 to 14 comprises an egg container 5-2 on a frame 9, wherein the inclination angle of the egg container 5-2 is between 45 degrees and 70 degrees, and is 65 degrees; the egg container 5-2 is provided with 5 egg grooves 5-2-1 which incline downwards, the bottom of each egg groove 5-2-1 of the egg container is hinged with a push plate 5-5, the rear side which is opposite to the push plate 5-5 is provided with a push-out mechanism 5-3 for pushing out cooked eggs 5-6, the push-out mechanism 5-3 is connected with a moving device 5-4, and the moving device 5-4 drives the push-out mechanism 5-3 to move along a guide rail which is arranged on the rack 9 and stretches across all the egg grooves 5-2-1.
The push-out mechanism 5-3 comprises a servo motor 5-3-2 and a gear 5-3-3 driven by the servo motor 5-3-2, the gear 5-3-3 is meshed with a rack 5-3-1 with the end opposite to the push plate 5-5, a push rod is formed at the end of the rack 5-3-1, and the push rod pushes the push plate 5-5 under the driving of the gear 5-3-3.
The moving device 5-4 comprises a stepping motor 5-4-1 and a transmission belt 5-4-2 driven by the stepping motor 5-4-1, and the transmission belt 5-4-2 is connected with the push-out mechanism 5-3 to drive the whole push-out mechanism 5-3 to move on the guide rail.
The egg adding process comprises the following steps: cooked eggs 5-6 (such as marinated eggs) are filled in the inclined egg tanks 5-2-1, the moving device 5-4 drives the transmission belt 5-4-2 to drive the pushing mechanism 5-3 to move step by step through the stepping motor 5-4-1, and the end heads of the racks 5-3-1 of the pushing mechanism 5-3 are aligned to the push plate 5-5 at the bottom end outlet of each egg tank 5-2-1 in turn, so that the cooked eggs in different egg tanks are taken; at the outlet at the bottom end of each egg groove 5-2-1, the rack 5-3-1 is driven by the gear 5-3-3 driven by the servo motor 5-3-2 to push the push plate 5-5 to push the cooked eggs out to fall into a bowl, so that the adding of the eggs into the spiral shell rice noodles is realized.
The auxiliary material taking device 6 shown in fig. 15 to 20 comprises a soup feeding assembly, wherein the soup feeding assembly comprises a transverse slide rail 6-1 installed on a rack 9, a soup receiving seat 6-2 installed on the transverse slide rail 6-1 through a synchronous belt 6-1-2 driven by a motor 6-1-1, and the synchronous belt 6-1-1 driven by the motor 6-1-1 can enable a bowl on the soup receiving seat 6-2 to transversely move on the transverse slide rail 6-1 to receive soup in different soup barrels; a vertical slide rail 6-3 is arranged on one side of the soup receiving seat 6-2 of the frame 9, a vertical slide rail 6-4 is arranged on the vertical slide rail 6-3-2 through a synchronous belt 6-3-1 driven by a motor 6-3-1, and the vertical slide rail 6-4 can move up and down along the vertical slide rail 6-3, so that a bowl fork 6-6 descends to fork a bowl which is well received on the soup receiving seat 6-2 and then ascends; the bowl fork seat 6-5 is arranged on the vertical slide rail 6-4 through a synchronous belt 6-4-2 driven by a motor 6-4-1, the bowl fork seat 6-5 can move longitudinally along the vertical slide rail 6-4 to a bowl of a bowl seat 8-1 on a horizontal guide rail 8 of the taking rack 9, the bowl fork seat 6-5 is hinged with a bowl fork 6-6 used for clamping a bowl through a rotating shaft 6-5-2 driven by the motor 6-5-1, the rotating shaft 6-5-2 is driven by the motor 6-5-1 to rotate, the bowl fork 6-6 is turned over, the bowl clamped on the bowl fork 6-6 is turned over, and the well-connected soup is poured into the bowl of the bowl seat 8-1 on the horizontal guide rail 8 to finish the soup feeding action. A plurality of ingredient boxes 6-7 are arranged beside the soup feeding assembly in a sliding mode on the rack 9, a plurality of grids are arranged in the ingredient boxes 6-7 and provided with covers, the marks of ingredients are covered, push-pull rods 6-7-3 on the left side and the right side of the ingredient boxes 6-7 are installed on the rack 9 through synchronous belts 6-7-2 driven by a motor 6-7-1, lugs 6-7-4 are arranged at the front ends of the ingredient boxes 6-7, and the lugs 6-7-4 are buckled between two rubber bearings at the front ends of the push-pull rods 6-7-3, so that the ingredient boxes 6-7 can be automatically ejected out and automatically reset like drawers, and the ingredients can be periodically supplemented.
A plurality of shoveling devices 6-8 with shovels 6-8-6 at the bottoms are arranged right above the ingredient box 6-7, the shovels 6-8-6 are hinged at the bottom of a driving rod 6-8-3 vertically arranged on a frame body 6-8-4 through shoveling connecting rods 6-8-5, the upper end of the driving rod 6-8-3 is connected with a motor 6-8-1 through a crank connecting rod 6-8-2, the upper part of the driving rod 6-8-3 passes through a vertical guide sleeve on the frame body 6-8-4 through a bearing, the crank connecting rod 6-8-2 driven by the motor 6-8-1 rotates, the rotation of the crank connecting rod 6-8-2 is converted into the up-and-down reciprocating motion of the driving rod 6-8-3 through the bearing and the vertical guide sleeve, so as to realize the scooping and releasing of the small scoop 6-8-6 to the side dish ingredients.
The plurality of shoveling devices 6-8 are arranged on the lifting seat plate 6-9 side by side through the mounting frame 6-9-3, the mounting frame 6-9-3 is connected with the lifting track 6-9-3 through a synchronous belt 6-9-5 driven by a motor 6-9-4, so that the plurality of shoveling devices 6-8 can be lifted to respectively fetch the ingredients in the ingredient boxes with different heights; the lifting seat plate 6-9 is arranged on a vertical rail 6-10 on the rack through a synchronous belt 6-9-2 driven by a motor 6-9-1, so that the lifting seat plate 6-9 can drive a plurality of shoveling devices 6-8 to move up and down along the vertical rail 6-10; the vertical track 6-10 is arranged on the transverse track 6-11 on the frame 9 through a synchronous belt 6-10-2 driven by a motor 6-10-1, so that the vertical track 6-10 can drive the whole lifting seat plate and the shoveling device to run on the transverse track 6-11. A transverse guide rail 8 is arranged below the transverse rail 6-10 of the rack 9, a bowl seat 8-1 is installed on the transverse guide rail 8 through a synchronous belt 8-3 driven by a motor 8-2, the transverse guide rail 8 extends from one side of the cooking device 2 to the tail end of the batching device 6, a bowl on the bowl seat 8-1 is a bowl of the bowl taking device 3, flour and green vegetables cooked by the cooking device 2 are installed, soup is taken through the soup taking component, chicken and duck feet or eggs are taken through the chicken and duck feet taking device and the egg taking device, if chicken and duck feet or eggs need to be added under the control of the controller, the chicken and duck feet or eggs can be added, and the auxiliary materials are added through the auxiliary material taking device.
The soup feeding and ingredient taking processes are as follows: transversely moving the bowl on the soup receiving seat 6-2 to receive soup in different soup barrels, moving the bowl fork 6-6 downwards to the soup receiving seat 6-2 along the vertical slide rail 6-3, moving upwards along the vertical slide rail 6-3 after forking the bowl with the soup, moving back and forth along the longitudinal slide rail 6-4 to the position above the bowl which is taken by the bowl taking device and is filled with the cooking device 2 and poured with the flour green vegetables, namely above the bowl on the transverse guide rail bowl seat 8-1, overturning the bowl fork 6-6 to pour the soup into the bowl filled with the flour green vegetables on the bowl seat 8-1, and then overturning the bowl fork 6-6 to return; the lifting seat plate 6-9 of the auxiliary material taking device 6 descends until the small shovel 6-8-6 of the shoveling device extends into the ingredient box, and the small shovel 6-8-6 needing ingredient is turned up to shovel the ingredient; the bowls on the bowl seats 8-1 run below a plurality of small shovels 6-8-6 of the auxiliary material taking device along the transverse guide rail 8, sequentially pass through each small shovel, when the small shovels for shoveling needed side dishes pass through, the small shovels 6-8-6 are turned down to add the side dishes into the bowls, and then the bowls run to a dining table 11 along the transverse guide rail 8.
The end of the frame 9 is provided with a chopstick outlet device 7, as shown in figure 21, the chopstick outlet device comprises a chopstick containing box 7-1 with a chopstick inlet 7-1-1 on the top and a conveyer belt 7-2 on the bottom, the chopstick inlet 7-1-1 is used for putting in chopsticks 7-9, the conveyer belt 7-2 is used for conveying chopsticks 7-9, the lower part of one side surface of the chopstick containing box 7-1 is provided with a chopstick outlet 7-1-2, the chopstick outlet 7-1-2 is positioned at the descending section of the conveyer belt 7-2, the conveyer belt 7-2 is provided with a chopstick groove 7-2-1 for embedding a pair of chopsticks 7-9, the chopstick groove 7-2-1 ensures that the chopsticks 7-9 sent out each time are a pair, the chopstick outlet 7-1-2 is provided with a rolling brush 7-3 and a guide channel 7-4, the rolling brush 7-3 is positioned above the conveying belt 7-2, the rolling brush 7-3 is used for preventing stacked chopsticks 7-9 from being sent out from the chopstick outlet 7-1-2, the guide channel 7-4 is positioned below the conveying belt 7-2, and the guide channel 7-4 is used for dropping the sent chopsticks 7-9 out; the conveyer belt 7-2 is driven by a motor 7-5, the motor 7-5 is connected with a driving wheel 7-5-1, the rolling brush 7-3 is connected with a rolling brush wheel 7-3-1, the conveyer belt 7-2 is connected with a conveyer wheel 7-2-2, the driving wheel 7-5-1, the rolling brush wheel 7-3-1 and the conveyer wheel 7-2-2 are connected through a synchronous belt 6, the driving motor 7-5 enables the driving wheel 7-5-1 to rotate, and the driving wheel 7-5-1 drives the rolling brush wheel 7-3-1 and the conveyer wheel 7-2-2 through the synchronous belt 7-6; a tension pulley 7-7 is arranged between the rolling brush wheel 7-3-1 and the conveying wheel 7-2-2, and a synchronous belt 7-6 connects the driving wheel 7-5-1, the rolling brush wheel 7-3-1 and the tension pulley 7-7 with the conveying wheel 7-2-2; the guide channel 7-4 leads to a chopstick taking port 9-3 convenient for taking chopsticks 7-9 of each department, a photoelectric sensor 7-4-1 connected with a motor 7-5 is arranged between the chopstick outlet 7-1-2 and the guide channel 7-4, and the motor 7-5 stops operating after the photoelectric sensor 7-4-1 detects that the chopsticks fall.
When a customer purchases a spiral shell powder on a control screen of the automatic flour noodle cooking machine, the motor 7-5 starts to operate, the rolling brush wheel 7-3-1 and the conveying wheel 7-2-2 are driven by the driving wheel 7-5-1, the conveying belt is driven by the conveying wheel 7-2-2 to convey towards the chopstick outlet 7-1-2, the rolling brush wheel 7-3-1 drives the rolling brush 7-3 to brush the stacked chopsticks back to the chopstick containing box 7-1, the chopsticks conveyed from the chopstick outlet 7-1-2 are only one pair, the motor 7-5 stops operating after the photoelectric sensor 7-4-1 detects that the chopsticks fall, the chopsticks 7-9 fall from the guide channel 7-4 to the chopstick taking port 9-3, the chopsticks are convenient for the customer to take the chopsticks while taking the food.
The chopstick taking port 9-3 communicated with the chopstick outlet device guide channel and the meal taking port 9-2 communicated with the auxiliary material taking device transverse guide rail meal taking table 11 are arranged on the sealing plate 9-1 on the side face of the tail end of the rack 9, the sealing plate on the U-shaped opening side of the rack is hinged to form a door 9-4 capable of entering and exiting, the sealing plate on the top of the rack is provided with an air outlet 9-5, the lower portion of the sealing plate is provided with an air inlet 9-6, the meal taking port 9-2 is further provided with a propaganda frame 9-7 with an operation instruction, and the sealing plate is further provided with an operation screen and a collection port 9-8 for ordering operation.
The whole cooking process comprises the following steps:
A. according to the purchase requirement, after grabbing the flour green vegetables in the main material storage box 1-2 by the tongs of the main material taking device 1, horizontally moving the flour green vegetables to one side of the cooking device 2 along the transverse rail 1-3, horizontally rotating the main material sieve 2-5-4 of the cooking device 2 to a position right below the tongs 1-5-5 of the main material taking device to receive the flour green vegetables, returning the tongs 1-5-5 of the main material taking device to the position above the main material storage box 1-2 to continuously grab the flour green vegetables, after grabbing the required flour green vegetables, horizontally rotating the main material sieve 2-5-4 of the cooking device to the cooking pot 2-2, and descending the cooking pot 2-2 to cook; after cooking, the main material sieve 2-5-4 rises, and the main material conveying trolley drives the main material sieve 2-5-4 to move to the side of the bowl taking device 3 along the horizontal guide rail 2-4.
B. A negative pressure sucker 3-6 of the bowl taking device 3 sucks a bowl in the barrel 3-1 and then rises to a position right above a bowl seat 8-1 of the transverse guide rail 8, the negative pressure sucker 3-6 releases the pressure to release the bowl, a main material sieve 2-5-4 of the cooking device 2 horizontally rotates to the bowl of the bowl seat 8-1, the bowl is turned over by 90 degrees to be placed on cooked flour and green vegetables, and then the main material sieve 2-5-4 is reset.
C. When the bowl of the bowl seat 8-1 runs along the transverse guide rail 8 and sequentially passes through the chicken and duck feet taking device 4 and the egg taking device 5, when the purchase requirement requires chicken feet or duck feet and eggs to be added, the clamp 4-5-5 of the chicken and duck feet taking device 4 clamps the nearest chicken feet or duck feet, the clamping device 4-5 with the clamp moves to the clamp on the bowl seat 8-1 on the transverse rod 4-6, and the clamping device 4-5 releases the clamp 4-5-5 to drop the clamped chicken feet or duck feet into the bowl on the bowl seat 8-1; the bowl seat 8-1 continues to move to the side of the egg taking device 5, a push rod of the egg taking device pushes a push plate 5-5 at the bottom of an egg containing container egg groove 5-2-1, and the push plate 5-5 withdraws the lowest egg in the egg groove and falls into a bowl on the bowl seat 8-1; then the bowl seat 8-1 passes through a plurality of shoveling devices 6-8 of the auxiliary material taking device 6 in sequence, and small shovels 6-8-6 of the plurality of shoveling devices rotate in sequence to unload the auxiliary materials; the bowls on the bowl seats 8-1 move to the dining table 11 at the tail end of the transverse guide rail 8, the dining table taking ports 9-2 on the sealing plates 9-1 are opened, and customers take the meals through the dining table taking ports 9-2 and can take the chopsticks from the chopstick taking ports 9-3.
The automatic flour noodle cooking machine adopts the power transmission device driven by the motor to drive each device to automatically operate, automatically realizes all actions of the whole cooking process, is quick to cook, clean and sanitary, has high distribution efficiency, and is suitable for being popularized in places with large people flow, such as airports, motor train stations, campuses and the like.

An automatic cooking machine for flour noodles is characterized in that: the cooking machine comprises a rack, wherein sealing plates are arranged on the periphery and the top of the rack, and a main material taking device, a cooking device, a bowl taking device and an auxiliary material taking device are sequentially arranged on the rack from the head end to the tail end;
the main material taking device comprises a plurality of main material storage boxes arranged on the rack in a sliding manner, a plurality of grids are arranged in the main material storage boxes, a grabbing device with a handle at the bottom is arranged above the main material storage boxes, the grabbing device is installed on a transverse rail of the rack through a power transmission device driven by a motor, and the transverse rail is installed on a longitudinal rail of the rack through the power transmission device driven by the motor; the gripping device is connected to the bottom of a driving rod vertically arranged on a frame body, and the upper end of the driving rod is connected with a motor through a crank connecting rod;

the bowl taking device comprises an upright post standing on a bottom plate and a plurality of barrels with openings at the tops for placing bowls, the upright post is connected with a hinge rod through a power transmission device driven by a motor, the tail end of the hinge rod is connected with a negative pressure sucker, and a groove for avoiding the hinge rod when the negative pressure sucker stretches into the barrel is formed in the side edge of each barrel;
the auxiliary material taking device comprises a soup feeding assembly, the soup feeding assembly comprises a transverse slide rail arranged on the rack, and a soup receiving seat arranged on the transverse slide rail through a power transmission device driven by a motor; the machine frame is provided with a vertical slide rail at one side of the soup receiving seat, the vertical slide rail is provided with a longitudinal slide rail through a power transmission device driven by a motor, the longitudinal slide rail is provided with a bowl fork seat through the power transmission device driven by the motor, and the bowl fork seat is hinged with a bowl fork used for clamping a fork bowl through a rotating shaft driven by the motor;
the machine frame is provided with a plurality of ingredient boxes in a sliding manner beside the soup feeding assembly, a plurality of grids are arranged in the ingredient boxes, a plurality of shoveling devices with small shovels at the bottoms are arranged above the ingredient boxes and are arranged on the lifting seat plate side by side, the lifting seat plate is arranged on a vertical rail on the machine frame through a power transmission device driven by a motor, and the vertical rail is arranged on a transverse rail on the machine frame through a power transmission device driven by a motor;
the rack is provided with a transverse guide rail below the transverse track, the transverse guide rail is provided with a bowl seat through a transmission device driven by a motor, and the transverse guide rail extends from one side of the cooking device to the tail end of the ingredient taking device;
the cooking process comprises the following steps:
A. after the tongs of the main material taking device grabs the flour green vegetables in the main material storage box, the flour green vegetables horizontally move to one side of the cooking device along the transverse rail, the main material sieve of the cooking device horizontally rotates to a position right below the tongs of the main material taking device to receive the materials, the tongs of the main material taking device returns to the position above the main material storage box to continuously grab the flour green vegetables, and after the required flour green vegetables are grabbed, the main material sieve of the cooking device horizontally rotates to the saucepan and descends to the saucepan to cook; after cooking, the main material sieve ascends, and the main material conveying trolley drives the main material sieve to move to the side of the bowl taking device along the horizontal guide rail;

The automatic vermicelli cooking machine according to claim 1, wherein: the gripper of the main material taking device is a pair of claws with claw teeth, and the pair of claws is arranged on two sides of the bottom of the driving rod through a hole groove transversely formed in the bottom of the driving rod.

Automatic vermicelli cooking machine according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the push-pull rods on the left side and the right side of the main material storage box of the main material taking device are mounted on the rack through synchronous belts driven by a motor, and hangers are arranged at the front end of the main material storage box and buckled between two rubber bearings at the front end of the push-pull rod.
