automatically acquiring the inventory surplus of the value-added tax electronic invoice according to a preset time interval, and comparing the inventory surplus with a preset inventory surplus threshold value to acquire a comparison result;
when the comparison result indicates that the inventory residue is less than or equal to the preset inventory threshold, determining that a new value-added tax electronic invoice needs to be applied, and determining the reselling amount of the value-added tax electronic invoice according to the preset value-added tax electronic invoice total amount and the inventory residue;
determining an invoice claiming request according to the invoicing information and the reservice amount of the value-added tax electronic invoice, and sending the invoice claiming request to a tax office;
receiving an invoice extraction code sent by a tax office end, downloading value-added tax electronic invoice data distributed by the tax office end according to the invoice extraction code according to the invoice application request, and writing the value-added tax electronic invoice data into value-added tax electronic invoice tax control equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the method comprises the steps of receiving platform login identity information input by a taxpayer on a tax platform login interface, wherein the platform login mode comprises a password login mode and a certificate login mode, the input platform login identity information comprises a taxpayer identification number, a password and an authentication code in the password login mode, and the platform login identity information adopts a tax control disc to log in the certificate login mode.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the tax bureau analyzes the invoice claiming request to obtain the invoicing information and the reservice amount of the value-added tax electronic invoice, checks the identity of the taxpayer according to the tax payment information of the taxpayer and the invoicing information, distributes the electronic invoice data for the taxpayer when the check is passed, and returns the invoice extracting code to the taxpayer end; otherwise, the invoice claiming request is rejected.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the value-added tax electronic invoice tax control device is a tax control disk.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and the tax office side counts the invoice claim total number of the taxpayers in the current counting period, marks the taxpayers as abnormal taxpayers when the invoice claim total number exceeds a preset percentage threshold of an invoice claim average value of the taxpayers in one counting period, and sends abnormal information to a supervision department to remind the supervision department of supervision.
6. An automatic replenishment system for value-added tax electronic invoices, characterized in that the system comprises:

the invoice return request determining unit is used for determining an invoice return request according to the invoicing information and the replenishment quantity of the value-added tax electronic invoice, and sending the invoice return request to a tax office end;
and the electronic invoice reseeding unit is used for receiving an invoice extraction code sent by a tax office end, downloading value-added tax electronic invoice data distributed by the tax office end according to the invoice extraction code, and writing the value-added tax electronic invoice data into the value-added tax electronic invoice tax control equipment.
7. The system of claim 6, further comprising:
the tax payment system comprises a tax payment platform login interface, a login unit and a control unit, wherein the tax payment platform login interface is used for receiving platform login identity information input by a taxpayer on the tax payment platform login interface, the platform login mode comprises a password login mode and a certificate login mode, the input platform login identity information comprises a taxpayer identification number, a password and an authentication code in the password login mode, and the tax control disc login mode is adopted in the certificate login mode.
