Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a system for monitoring enterprise standard invoicing, and belongs to the technical field of tax informatization. The method comprises the following steps: determining invoice types of invoices available for target enterprises, acquiring an inventory number initial value record table of each invoice type of the invoices available for the target enterprises, and recording acquisition time; checking the inventory number initial value record table, eliminating records which do not meet the standard in the inventory number initial value record table, and acquiring a monitoring record table; and acquiring invoice data reported at preset time after the acquisition time of the target enterprise, checking the invoice data, and checking the invoice data according to the monitoring record table after the invoice data passes the checking. The invention can limit the abnormal finished product oil invoices which are over-stocked and are falsely invoiced to enter the electronic bottom account before the enterprise invoices are uploaded to the electronic bottom account, thereby ensuring the correctness of the value-added tax invoices, standardizing the invoicing process and ensuring the national tax and the social security.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tax informatization, in particular to a method and a system for monitoring enterprise specification invoicing.
Background
Currently, in the field of tax informatization, there are many systems and methods for issuing invoices for finished oil products according to specifications, such as a finished oil inventory change management system, a finished oil inventory intermediate state processing system, and the like.
The method and the system can effectively monitor and manage the inventory quantity of the product oil, the invoicing flow of the product oil invoice and the like. However, for the problem of the excess stock and the false invoice of the product oil, in the invoice issuing process, effective auditing and control are lacked, and the abnormal invoice can be processed in the subsequent process only after the invoice is issued, and the processing mode has a complex process and low efficiency, and the issuing of the abnormal invoice cannot be limited from the source.

In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a method for monitoring enterprise specification invoicing, comprising:
determining invoice types of invoices available for target enterprises, acquiring an inventory number initial value record table of each invoice type of the invoices available for the target enterprises, and recording acquisition time;
checking the inventory number initial value record table, eliminating records which do not meet the standard in the inventory number initial value record table, and acquiring a monitoring record table;
acquiring invoice data reported at preset time after the acquisition time of a target enterprise, verifying the invoice data, and verifying the invoice data according to a monitoring record table after the invoice data passes the verification;
the verifying comprises the following steps:
classifying the invoice data, determining the invoice type and the invoice total amount of each invoice type, comparing the invoice total amount of each invoice type with each invoice type inventory initial value of the monitoring record table, and determining that the invoices issued by the target enterprise meet the standard if the invoice total amount of each invoice type is less than or equal to each invoice type inventory initial value of the monitoring record table.
Optionally, the invoice data is checked, when the invoice data fails to pass the check, check failure information is returned, a warning is sent, and the target enterprise is determined as a suspicious enterprise.
Optionally, if the total invoice amount of each invoice type is greater than the initial value of the inventory number of each invoice type in the monitoring record table, it is determined that the target enterprise does not standardize invoicing, and the target enterprise is determined as the suspicious enterprise.
Optionally, the suspicious enterprise is stored in the suspicious enterprise database, and the invoice data is verified and monitored in real time for the suspicious enterprise.
Optionally, the initial value of the stock number of each invoice type is a difference between the stock number pushed for the underlying account history of the target enterprise and the number of invoices issued in the history.

classifying the invoice data, determining the invoice type and the invoice total amount of each invoice type, comparing the invoice total amount of each invoice type with each invoice type inventory initial value of the monitoring record table, and determining that the invoices issued by the target enterprise meet the standard if the invoice total amount of each invoice type is less than or equal to each invoice type inventory initial value of the monitoring record table.

The invention provides a method for monitoring enterprise specification invoicing, which comprises the following steps as shown in figure 1:
determining invoice types of invoices available for target enterprises, acquiring an inventory number initial value record table of each invoice type of the invoices available for the target enterprises, and recording acquisition time;
acquiring a monitoring record table; and the initial value of the stock number of each invoice type is the difference value between the stock number pushed by the background account history of the target enterprise and the number of invoices issued by the history.
Checking the stock number initial value record table, eliminating the record which is not in accordance with the standard in the stock number initial value record table,
acquiring invoice data reported at preset time after the acquisition time of a target enterprise, verifying the invoice data, and verifying the invoice data according to a monitoring record table after the invoice data passes the verification;
and (4) checking the invoice data, returning check failure information when the invoice data fails to pass the check, sending out a warning, and determining the target enterprise as a suspicious enterprise.
The verifying comprises the following steps:
classifying the invoice data, determining the invoice type and the invoice total amount of each invoice type, comparing the invoice total amount of each invoice type with each invoice type inventory initial value of the monitoring record table, and determining that the invoices issued by the target enterprise meet the standard if the invoice total amount of each invoice type is less than or equal to each invoice type inventory initial value of the monitoring record table.
And if the total invoice amount of each invoice type is larger than the initial value of the inventory number of each invoice type in the monitoring record table, determining that the target enterprise does not standardize invoicing, and determining the target enterprise as the enterprise with the suspicious points.
And the suspicious enterprise is stored into a suspicious enterprise database, and invoice data verification and real-time monitoring are carried out on the suspicious enterprise.
The present invention also provides a system 200 for monitoring enterprise specification invoicing, as shown in fig. 2, comprising:
the acquisition module 201 is used for determining the invoice types of invoices available for the target enterprise, acquiring an inventory number initial value record table of each invoice type of the invoices available for the target enterprise and recording acquisition time;
and the initial value of the stock number of each invoice type is the difference value between the stock number pushed by the background account history of the target enterprise and the number of invoices issued by the history.
The checking module 202 is used for checking the stock number initial value record table, eliminating records which do not meet the standard in the stock number initial value record table and obtaining a monitoring record table;
the checking module 203 is used for acquiring invoice data reported at preset time after the acquisition time of the target enterprise, checking the invoice data, and checking the invoice data according to the monitoring record table after the invoice data passes the checking;
and (4) checking the invoice data, returning check failure information when the invoice data fails to pass the check, sending out a warning, and determining the target enterprise as a suspicious enterprise.
The verifying comprises the following steps:
classifying the invoice data, determining the invoice type and the invoice total amount of each invoice type, comparing the invoice total amount of each invoice type with each invoice type inventory initial value of the monitoring record table, and determining that the invoices issued by the target enterprise meet the standard if the invoice total amount of each invoice type is less than or equal to each invoice type inventory initial value of the monitoring record table.
And if the total invoice amount of each invoice type is larger than the initial value of the inventory number of each invoice type in the monitoring record table, determining that the target enterprise does not standardize invoicing, and determining the target enterprise as the enterprise with the suspicious points.
And the suspicious enterprise is stored into a suspicious enterprise database, and invoice data verification and real-time monitoring are carried out on the suspicious enterprise.

Claims (10)
1. A method for monitoring enterprise specification invoicing, the method comprising:
determining invoice types of invoices available for target enterprises, acquiring an inventory number initial value record table of each invoice type of the invoices available for the target enterprises, and recording acquisition time;
checking the inventory number initial value record table, eliminating records which do not meet the standard in the inventory number initial value record table, and acquiring a monitoring record table;
acquiring invoice data reported at preset time after the acquisition time of a target enterprise, verifying the invoice data, and verifying the invoice data according to a monitoring record table after the invoice data passes the verification;
the verifying comprises the following steps:
classifying the invoice data, determining the invoice type and the invoice total amount of each invoice type, comparing the invoice total amount of each invoice type with each invoice type inventory initial value of the monitoring record table, and determining that the invoices issued by the target enterprise meet the standard if the invoice total amount of each invoice type is less than or equal to each invoice type inventory initial value of the monitoring record table.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the invoice data is verified, and when the invoice data fails to be verified, a verification failure message is returned, and an alarm is issued to determine the target enterprise as the suspect enterprise.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein if the total invoice amount of each invoice type is greater than the initial value of the inventory amount of each invoice type in the monitoring record table, determining that the target enterprise has not standardized invoices, and determining the target enterprise as the suspect enterprise.
4. The method of claims 2 to 3, wherein the suspect enterprise is stored in a suspect enterprise database and invoice data is verified and monitored in real time for the suspect enterprise.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the initial value of the stock number for each invoice type is a difference between the stock number pushed for the target enterprise ledger history and the number of invoices made in history.
6. A system for monitoring enterprise specification invoicing, the system comprising:
the acquisition module is used for determining the invoice types of invoices available for the target enterprise, acquiring an inventory number initial value record table of each invoice type of the invoices available for the target enterprise and recording acquisition time;
the checking module is used for checking the stock number initial value recording table, eliminating records which do not meet the standard in the stock number initial value recording table and obtaining a monitoring recording table;
the checking module is used for acquiring invoice data reported by a target enterprise at preset time after the acquisition time, checking the invoice data, and checking the invoice data according to the monitoring record table after the invoice data passes the checking;
the verifying comprises the following steps:
classifying the invoice data, determining the invoice type and the invoice total amount of each invoice type, comparing the invoice total amount of each invoice type with each invoice type inventory initial value of the monitoring record table, and determining that the invoices issued by the target enterprise meet the standard if the invoice total amount of each invoice type is less than or equal to each invoice type inventory initial value of the monitoring record table.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the invoice data is verified, and when the invoice data fails to be verified, verification failure information is returned, and an alarm is given to determine the target enterprise as the enterprise under doubt.

The system of claim 6, wherein if the total invoice amount of each invoice type is greater than the initial value of the inventory number of each invoice type in the monitoring record table, determining that the target enterprise has not standardized invoices, and determining the target enterprise as the suspect enterprise.
9. The system of claims 6-7, wherein the suspect enterprise is stored in a suspect enterprise database and invoice data is verified and monitored in real time for the suspect enterprise.
10. The system of claim 6, wherein the initial value of the stock number for each invoice type is a difference between the stock number pushed for the target enterprise ledger history and the number of invoices made in history.
