Detailed Description
The invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings and the specific embodiments.
The embodiment provides a business product management method for operating and managing a plurality of financial business products, but the method is also suitable for other industries, so the business product management method is a universal business product management method. As in fig. 1, the method comprises the following steps:
s1, defining basic information of each business product and requirements of user application products.
S2, defining the service of each business product.
S3, defining the type of the identification code associated with each service product, and applying the service by the user with the type of the identification code.
S4, defining service products which can be proxied by the agent, and setting profit of the agent for different services: most business products need to develop business through agent channels, different agents can proxy business products, and the distribution and wetting configuration of agents are different; as in fig. 8 and 9, for example, agent a proxies business product a and business product B; agent B takes agency of business product B and business product C, agent A after selecting the business product of agency, can define agent A's moist information and other business product relevant configuration, agent B is the same.
S5, after the user successfully applies for the business products, when each business product is used, judging whether the business can be carried out according to the business products and the service definitions, and recording the business products and the service definitions into a business table for subsequent accounting and retrieval: after a user successfully applies for a service product, when a transaction actually occurs, controlling whether the transaction can be performed, calculating service rate and judging service quota according to the service product and service control information corresponding to the user; after the transaction is successful, the transaction table records business products and services used by the user for transaction, and the business products and services are used for subsequent retrieval and statistics.
S6, calculating agent profit from the transaction information according to the setting of the agent profit: and after the transaction is successful, calculating the wetting information of the corresponding agent for entering the financial system agent wetting settlement flow subsequently.
As shown in fig. 2, basic information of a business product includes: product name, introduction, organization, type, whether or not it is brokerable, marketable time, associated business products, etc.
FIG. 3, user request for product, includes: identification card numbers, settlement card numbers, identification card photographs, business licenses, and the like.
The examples of the basic information and the requirements are only given as reference examples, and the actual business products can be adjusted according to the needs. Basic information of the business product is defined, so that a user can intuitively and quickly know the business product, and then whether the user can apply for the product or not can be judged according to the requirement of the user for applying for the product, and which products can be applied for.
The service product specifically contains contents, and the service in the service product needs to be defined, wherein the service contains a service name, available time and service type; service business attributes, service rates, service limits, etc. Each of the business products contains a plurality of services, each of which may define corresponding service content. The business products are in parallel relation, and a plurality of services in the business products are also in parallel relation. Therefore, when a certain service product needs to be modified, other service products are not changed, and similarly, when a certain service in a certain service needs to be modified, other services are not changed. Therefore, the operation management function of the business products is relatively easy to upgrade and optimize, and only one place is needed to be changed, and all business products can be upgraded and used.
As shown in fig. 4, 4 services are included in one product. As shown in fig. 5, a single service may define basic information, service name, service type, available date, daily transaction allowable time; as shown in fig. 6, corresponding service rates are defined according to service characteristics; as in fig. 7, service limits are defined in terms of traffic characteristics.
Preferably, in the step S3, the type of the identification code includes: the tangible hardware product code, such as a card, may also be an intangible character unique code, such as a string of character unique codes.
For example: the company pushes out 2 new machine products A and B (2 identity identification code types), wherein the product of the type A can open a gold package (business product 1), and the product of the type B can open a platinum package (business product 2); the gold package and the platinum package respectively contain basic business information and service contents.
In another case, the company has proposed 2 kinds of member exchange codes, including a gold exchange code and a Bai Jindui exchange code, the exchange code being a string of character unique codes, wherein the gold exchange code (identity code identification type 1) can open a gold member (business product 1); the platinum redemption code (id type 2) can open a platinum member (business product 2).
After the user applies for a successful service product by using the identification code, the system records service product information, identification code information, required information and corresponding service information in the service product of the user. One user may apply for multiple business products: the 1 st service application is successful, and only new requirement data need to be supplemented when the 2 nd and later service products are applied; when new business product application does not need to supplement new data, the 2 nd and subsequent business product auditing can choose to pass or recheck the 2 modes directly.
For example: the 1 st business is opened by the identification card number, business license and identification card photo, and the data audit is passed, so that the 1 st business application is successful. The 2 nd business is opened, the identity card number/business license is needed, and because the data submitted by the 1 st business application is checked and passed before, the 2 nd business application can be checked and passed directly, and the business selection can be made to check the application data of the 2 nd business product manually to apply successfully. If the 3 rd business product is applied, the ID card number/business license/storefront photo is needed, and the application data of 2 business products before the storefront photo is not provided, the storefront photo is needed to be supplemented as new application data, and checking is carried out.
Therefore, aiming at the business products continuously pushed out by the business departments, the general management and configuration framework in the embodiment is designed, and the new product can be put on line only by carrying out a small amount of configuration and development, thereby greatly reducing the development amount of the system and improving the product on-line speed; meanwhile, a unified management interface is designed for management, most of products can be managed on a few interfaces, and operation management difficulty is reduced.
By adopting the technical schemes, the invention has small development workload and high system line-up speed, and is beneficial to the rapid line-up of business; the operation management workload is obviously reduced; the operation management general function is easy to upgrade, and the workload is small.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiment of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and principles of the invention.
