A vehicle barrier gate passing device intelligently controlled by a computer comprises a device body and is characterized in that the device body comprises a monitoring module, a distance measuring module, a display module, an execution module, a control module, a matching module, a reminding module, a releasing module, a driving module, a storage module and a lighting module, the monitoring module is connected with the distance measuring module and the control module, the distance measuring module is connected with the display module and the matching module, the control module is connected with the execution module, the storage module and the lighting module, the matching module is connected with the reminding module, the reminding module is connected with the releasing module, the releasing module is connected with the driving module, the monitoring module comprises a camera unit, a transmission unit, an adjusting unit and a brightness acquisition unit which are sequentially connected, the releasing module comprises a verification unit, a settlement unit and a sending unit which are sequentially connected, the monitoring module is used for collecting vehicle information and transmitting the vehicle information to the control module and the distance measuring module, the control module transmits the received data to the storage module for storage, the distance measuring module is used for measuring the distance between the vehicle and a barrier and transmitting the measured data to the display module and the matching module, the display module is used for displaying the received data, the matching module is used for matching the received data, when the matched data is in a safe range, the reminding module lights up a green light, when the matched data is in an alert range, the reminding module lights up a red light, the releasing module is used for verifying and settling the vehicle, then releasing information is sent to the driving module, the driving module is used for opening the barrier, when the matched data is in a collision range, the control module sends a hiding signal to the execution module, the execution module drives the barrier to rotate to hide the collision of the vehicle, the control module marks data of the collided vehicles and sends the data to the storage module for storage, and the lighting module is used for providing night lighting.
