Abstract
本发明公开了一种加厚环保地毯及其生产工艺,包括地毯上层和防滑层,所述地毯上层与防滑层之间设有阻燃层,且地毯上层喷涂有阻燃液。毯面蓬松丰满度好,质轻保暖,柔软度非常好,该工艺简单而安全、环保,成本低,制备的阻燃地毯的阻燃效果优良,对地毯纱线手感没有影响,且耐洗涤,不降低纱线强度,无刺激气味,无毒,对皮肤无过敏反应。

技术领域
本发明涉及地毯技术领域,具体为一种加厚环保地毯及其生产工艺。
背景技术
地毯的制备原料取材广泛,可以用棉、麻、毛、丝、草等天然纤维或化学合成纤维类原料,经过手工或者机械工艺进行编制、栽绒或纺织等工艺处理得到的地面铺敷物。地毯是世界范围内具有悠久历史的传统的工艺美术品之一,常用高档住宅、宾馆、体育场、展览厅或交通工具内,具有减少噪声、隔热、装饰效果且铺放在地上,具有美化家居、保温等功能。由于地毯材质,诸如棉、麻、毛、丝、草等都是易燃材质。
目前,公知的毛绒、棉绒、纤维等物品,其本身极易燃烧,同时,此类用品在生活中随处可见,而地毯则更是被广泛用于家庭用户,一旦引发火灾,将会造成严重的危害性,同时在此类物品燃烧时所产生的有害气体,严重威胁了人们在火灾中逃离火灾现场的行为能力。因此,为了安全起见,必须对地毯进行阻燃处理。
阻燃是指降低纤维在火焰中的可燃性,减慢火焰蔓延速度,当火焰移去后能很快自熄,不再有隐燃,阻燃整理时通过吸附、沉积、粘合等作用使阻燃固着在纱线或纤维上,获得阻燃效果。
目前地毯的阻燃处理通常存在以下问题:阻燃成分附着不牢,容易溢出,影响了阻燃效果;阻燃成分含有害物质,阻燃过程中对环境造成严重的污染;添加阻燃成分的地毯纱线的手感明显变差。因此我们对此做出改进,提出一种加厚环保地毯及其生产工艺。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种加厚环保地毯,包括地毯上层和防滑层,所述地毯上层与防滑层之间设有阻燃层,且地毯上层喷涂有阻燃液。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述地毯上层为碳化物涤纶面料层,且表面阻燃液采用高效环化磷酸酯类阻燃剂DP-150,所述阻燃液采用发泡处理后,喷涂在地毯上层的表面。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防滑层之间设有弹性支架,所述弹性支架均匀分布在防滑层的内部,且弹性支架为填充了气体的微型气囊,所述弹性支架之间分别设有活性炭吸附条。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防滑层为条状结构,且防滑层分别均匀设置在阻燃层的底部,所述防滑层的表面设有凹槽。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述阻燃层采用玻璃纤维丝支撑,所述玻璃纤维丝采用玄武岩纤维。
一种加厚环保地毯的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将地毯纱线置于绞纱染色设备中,进行染色处理,经过染色的地毯纱线通过水洗,洗去浮沫,再次经过烘箱烘干,得到地毯上层纱线;
步骤二:将阻燃液经过配比后放入发泡机内,然后再常温下置于水池中,加入酸性剂,使PH值在4以下,将地毯阻燃纱线浸泡在内部15~20分钟后,取出沥干后,在烘干;
步骤三:选取经过阻燃液浸泡的纱线上纱架进行编织,得到阻燃层;
步骤四:将地毯纱线用排针机在阻燃层的表面进行针刺,使阻燃层的表面形成圈绒或割绒或针刺的簇绒毯面卷材;
步骤五:经过针刺处理后的地毯底部均匀的覆盖有防滑材料,经过烘箱进行定型处理;
步骤六:将处理后的边缘余料进行剪切。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述步骤一中烘干箱的温度为130~150℃,烘干的时间为15~20分钟。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述步骤二,所述阻燃剂为磷酸化蓖麻油、有机氮磷化合物、氧化锌、四氢甲基硫酸和水的混合物,且混合比例为2∶4∶1∶5∶3,所述地毯阻燃纱线的烘干温度为80~90℃。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述步骤五中,所述防滑材料是由PVC和环保树脂粉经过搅拌罐搅拌后,置于真空泵内,并且对其抽取空气处理后,得到糊状的防滑材料,经过烘箱160~200℃烘烤后定型。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述步骤六中,对边缘处余料进行修剪后,进行缝边处理。
本发明的有益效果是:该种加厚环保地毯及其生产工艺,通过在地毯上层的表面喷涂阻燃液,使表面具备基本的阻燃效果,而且在内部设置了阻燃层,达到很好的阻燃效果,在地毯的阻燃层设置了活性炭吸附条,可以实现该地毯利用内置的吸附料材吸附新装修房子中的有害物质为甲醇、油漆等挥发物,以及游离甲醛、苯、氨和氨等有害气体,阻燃层内设置了弹性支架,能使地毯的弹性更强,通过设置防滑层,并且在防滑层的底部设置凹槽,能增加防滑层的防滑效果,条状设置的防滑层能增加防滑的面积;
毯面蓬松丰满度好,质轻保暖,柔软度非常好,该工艺简单而安全、环保,成本低,制备的阻燃地毯的阻燃效果优良,对地毯纱线手感没有影响,且耐洗涤,不降低纱线强度,无刺激气味,无毒,对皮肤无过敏反应。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例:如图1-2所示,本发明一种加厚环保地毯,包括地毯上层1和防滑层2,地毯上层1与防滑层2之间设有阻燃层3,且地毯上层1喷涂有阻燃液。
其中,地毯上层1为碳化物涤纶面料层,且表面阻燃液采用高效环化磷酸酯类阻燃剂DP-150,阻燃液采用发泡处理后,喷涂在地毯上层1的表面,地毯通过在地毯上层1的表面喷涂阻燃液,使表面具备基本的阻燃效果。
其中,防滑层2之间设有弹性支架4,弹性支架4均匀分布在防滑层2的内部,且弹性支架4为填充了气体的微型气囊,弹性支架4之间分别设有活性炭吸附条5,阻燃层3内设置了弹性支架4,能使地毯的弹性更强。
其中,防滑层2为条状结构,且防滑层2分别均匀设置在阻燃层3的底部,防滑层2的表面设有凹槽,通过设置防滑层2,并且在防滑层2的底部设置凹槽。
其中,阻燃层3采用玻璃纤维丝支撑,玻璃纤维丝采用玄武岩纤维,在内部设置了阻燃层3,达到很好的阻燃效果。
一种加厚环保地毯的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将地毯纱线置于绞纱染色设备中,进行染色处理,经过染色的地毯纱线通过水洗,洗去浮沫,再次经过烘箱烘干,得到地毯上层纱线;

工作原理:将地毯纱线置于绞纱染色设备中,进行染色处理,经过染色的地毯纱线通过水洗,洗去浮沫,再次经过烘箱烘干,得到地毯上层纱线,将阻燃液经过配比后放入发泡机内,然后再常温下置于水池中,加入酸性剂,使PH值在4以下,将地毯阻燃纱线浸泡在内部15~20分钟后,取出沥干后,在烘干,选取经过阻燃液浸泡的纱线上纱架进行编织,得到阻燃层3,将地毯纱线用排针机在阻燃层3的表面进行针刺,使阻燃层3的表面形成圈绒或割绒或针刺的簇绒毯面卷材,经过针刺处理后的地毯底部均匀的覆盖有防滑材料,经过烘箱进行定型处理,将处理后的边缘余料进行剪切,本发明提出的地毯通过在地毯上层1的表面喷涂阻燃液,使表面具备基本的阻燃效果,而且在内部设置了阻燃层3,达到很好的阻燃效果,在地毯的阻燃层3设置了活性炭吸附条5,可以实现该地毯利用内置的吸附料材吸附新装修房子中的有害物质为甲醇、油漆等挥发物,以及游离甲醛、苯、氨和氨等有害气体,阻燃层3内设置了弹性支架4,能使地毯的弹性更强,通过设置活性炭吸附条5,增加吸附效果,通过设置防滑层2,并且在防滑层2的底部设置凹槽,能增加防滑层2的防滑效果,条状设置的防滑层2能增加防滑的面积;
毯面蓬松丰满度好,质轻保暖,柔软度非常好,该工艺简单而安全、环保,成本低,制备的阻燃地毯的阻燃效果优良,对地毯纱线手感没有影响,且耐洗涤,不降低纱线强度,无刺激气味,无毒,对皮肤无过敏反应。

Claims (10)
1.一种加厚环保地毯,包括地毯上层(1)和防滑层(2),其特征在于,所述地毯上层(1)与防滑层(2)之间设有阻燃层(3),且地毯上层(1)喷涂有阻燃液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种加厚环保地毯,其特征在于,所述地毯上层(1)为碳化物涤纶面料层,且表面阻燃液采用高效环化磷酸酯类阻燃剂DP-150,所述阻燃液采用发泡处理后,喷涂在地毯上层(1)的表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种加厚环保地毯,其特征在于,所述防滑层(2)之间设有弹性支架(4),所述弹性支架(4)均匀分布在防滑层(2)的内部,且弹性支架(4)为填充了气体的微型气囊,所述弹性支架(4)之间分别设有活性炭吸附条(5)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种加厚环保地毯,其特征在于,所述防滑层(2)为条状结构,且防滑层(2)分别均匀设置在阻燃层(3)的底部,所述防滑层(2)的表面设有凹槽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种加厚环保地毯,其特征在于,所述阻燃层(3)采用玻璃纤维丝支撑,所述玻璃纤维丝采用玄武岩纤维。
6.一种加厚环保地毯的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将地毯纱线置于绞纱染色设备中,进行染色处理,经过染色的地毯纱线通过水洗,洗去浮沫,再次经过烘箱烘干,得到地毯上层纱线;
步骤二:将阻燃液经过配比后放入发泡机内,然后再常温下置于水池中,加入酸性剂,使PH值在4以下,将地毯阻燃纱线浸泡在内部15~20分钟后,取出沥干后,在烘干;
步骤三:选取经过阻燃液浸泡的纱线上纱架进行编织,得到阻燃层(3);
步骤四:将地毯纱线用排针机在阻燃层(3)的表面进行针刺,使阻燃层(3)的表面形成圈绒或割绒或针刺的簇绒毯面卷材;
步骤五:经过针刺处理后的地毯底部均匀的覆盖有防滑材料,经过烘箱进行定型处理;
步骤六:将处理后的边缘余料进行剪切。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种加厚环保地毯的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤一中烘干箱的温度为130~150℃,烘干的时间为15~20分钟。
