Abstract

Therefore, when a document is manufactured, the unique identifier of the document data filling control is obtained, and then the data corresponding to the document data filling control is determined according to the unique identifier of the document data filling control and the pre-stored mapping relationship between the unique identifier and the document data, so that the data can be filled in the document data filling control. Therefore, when a document is made, the embodiment of the application determines the data corresponding to the document data filling control, such as data of suspects, witnesses, victims and the like, according to the mapping relation between the unique identification of the document data filling control and all document data stored in advance, and automatically fills the data into the corresponding document data filling control without manual repeated entry of a case handling person, so that the making efficiency of the document can be improved, and the case handling efficiency can be improved.
The document data backfilling device comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the identification acquisition unit, the data determination unit, the data filling unit and the like are stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to realize corresponding functions.
The processor comprises a kernel, and the kernel calls the corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can be set to be one or more than one, and document data backfill is carried out by adjusting kernel parameters, so that the production efficiency of documents can be improved, and the case handling efficiency is further improved.
The embodiment of the invention provides a storage medium, wherein a program is stored on the storage medium, and the program realizes the document data backfilling method when being executed by a processor.
The embodiment of the invention provides a processor, which is used for running a program, wherein the document data backfilling method is executed when the program runs.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic device, as shown in fig. 4, the electronic device 40 includes at least one processor 401, at least one memory 403 connected to the processor 401, and a bus 402; the processor 401 and the memory 403 complete communication with each other through the bus 402; processor 401 is configured to call program instructions in memory 403 to perform the above-described method of backfilling document data. The device herein may be a server, a PC, a PAD, a mobile phone, etc.
The present application further provides a computer program product adapted to perform a program for initializing the following method steps when executed on a data processing device:
acquiring a unique identifier of a document data filling control;
determining data corresponding to the document data filling control according to the unique identification of the document data filling control and a pre-stored mapping relation between the unique identification and the document data;
and filling the data into the document data filling control.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, the mapping relationship is a mapping relationship among the unique identifier, the document data, and the case number;
determining data corresponding to the document data filling control according to the unique identifier of the document data filling control and a pre-stored mapping relation between the unique identifier and the document data, wherein the determining comprises the following steps:

determining data corresponding to the document data filling control according to the unique identifier of the document data filling control and a pre-stored mapping relation between the unique identifier and the document data, wherein the determining comprises the following steps:
and determining data corresponding to the document data filling control according to the unique identification of the document data filling control, the prestored mapping relation between the unique identification of the document data filling control and the unique identification of the document data filling control, and the document data and the unique identification of the front document data filling control.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, the front case document includes a creation time and/or a creation number;
determining data corresponding to the document data filling control according to the unique identifier of the document data filling control, the pre-stored unique identifier of the document data filling control, and the mapping relationship between the document data and the unique identifier of the preceding document data filling control, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring the latest front case document from the front case documents according to the creation time and/or the creation number;
and determining data corresponding to the document data filling control according to the unique identification of the document data filling control, the pre-stored unique identification of the document data filling control, the document data and the mapping relation between the unique identifications of the front document data filling control of the latest front case document.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, the method further includes:
and sequencing the front case documents under the case numbers according to the creation time and/or the creation numbers.

Claims (10)
1. A method for backfilling document data, comprising:
acquiring a unique identifier of a document data filling control;
determining data corresponding to the document data filling control according to the unique identification of the document data filling control and a pre-stored mapping relation between the unique identification and the document data;
and filling the data into the document data filling control.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the mapping relationship is a mapping relationship between the unique identifier, the document data and a case number;
determining data corresponding to the document data filling control according to the unique identifier of the document data filling control and a pre-stored mapping relation between the unique identifier and the document data, wherein the determining comprises the following steps:
and determining data corresponding to the document data filling control according to the unique identification of the document data filling control and the mapping relation among the unique identification, the document data and case numbers which are stored in advance.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the case data is stored in a front case document under different case numbers, and the front case document comprises front case data filling controls; the mapping relation is the mapping relation among the unique identification of the document data filling control, the unique identification of the document data and the unique identification of the front document data filling control;
determining data corresponding to the document data filling control according to the unique identifier of the document data filling control and a pre-stored mapping relation between the unique identifier and the document data, wherein the determining comprises the following steps:
and determining data corresponding to the document data filling control according to the unique identification of the document data filling control, the prestored mapping relation between the unique identification of the document data filling control and the unique identification of the document data filling control, and the document data and the unique identification of the front document data filling control.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the front case document contains a creation time and/or a creation number;
determining data corresponding to the document data filling control according to the unique identifier of the document data filling control, the pre-stored unique identifier of the document data filling control, and the mapping relationship between the document data and the unique identifier of the preceding document data filling control, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring the latest front case document from the front case documents according to the creation time and/or the creation number;
and determining data corresponding to the document data filling control according to the unique identification of the document data filling control, the pre-stored unique identification of the document data filling control, the document data and the mapping relation between the unique identifications of the front document data filling control of the latest front case document.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
and sequencing the front case documents under the case numbers according to the creation time and/or the creation numbers.
6. A document data backfilling device, comprising:
the identification acquisition unit is used for acquiring the unique identification of the document data filling control;
the data determining unit is used for determining data corresponding to the document data filling control according to the unique identifier of the document data filling control and the mapping relation between the prestored unique identifier and the document data;
and the data filling unit is used for filling the data into the document data filling control.
7. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the mapping relationship is a mapping relationship between the unique identifier, the document data and a case number;
the data determination unit is specifically configured to:

The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the case data is stored in a front case document under different case numbers, the front case document containing front case data filling controls; the mapping relation is the mapping relation among the unique identification of the document data filling control, the unique identification of the document data and the unique identification of the front document data filling control;
the data determination unit is specifically configured to:

9. A storage medium having a program stored thereon, wherein the program, when executed by a processor, implements the method of backfilling document data according to any one of claims 1 to 5.

An electronic device comprising at least one processor, and at least one memory, bus connected to the processor; the processor and the memory complete mutual communication through the bus; the processor is configured to call program instructions in the memory to perform the paperwork data backfilling method of any of claims 1-5.
