It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The business authority management method, the device, the computer equipment and the storage medium provided by the invention are suitable for the field of insurance business, and provide a method for managing the operation authority of business personnel for the authority management personnel. The method comprises the steps of acquiring first node information of a first user handling business and user information of the first user; determining whether the first user has the operation authority of the first node according to the first node information and the user information; if the first user has the operation authority at the first node, the first user is allowed to operate at the first node according to the operation authority, so that the authority of a service worker on a terminal is managed, the operation that the service worker can execute the operation inconsistent with the authority of the service worker is avoided, each file in the electronic office system has uniqueness, and the electronic file is easier to manage.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a method for managing service permissions in this embodiment includes the following steps:
step 01, acquiring first node information of a first user handling a service on a first terminal and user information of the first user.
Wherein the first node information includes: at least one of signing parallel node information, receipt parallel node information, other certificate node information, rechecking node information and other certificate rechecking node information;
the first user information includes: at least one of customer service staff information, transactor information and rechecker information.
The first user may be a business person transacting business at the first node. When a service person logs in a terminal device corresponding to any node, the service authority management device using the service authority management method according to the embodiment of the present invention can obtain, from the terminal device, first node information of a node located on the terminal device and user information of a first user logging in the terminal device. For example, when a transactor logs in to a contracted parallel node located in the terminal device a, the service authority management apparatus may acquire information of the contracted parallel node and user information of the transactor logging in to the contracted parallel node from the terminal device.
And step 02, determining whether the first user has the operation authority at the first node or not according to the first node information and the user information.
After the service authority management device acquires the first node information and the user information, in order to manage the operation authority of the service staff, the service authority management device may determine whether the first user has the operation authority at the first node according to the first node information and the user information.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the service authority management device may respectively obtain node authority information corresponding to the first node information, obtain user operation authority information corresponding to the user information, and determine whether the first user has an operation authority at the first node by determining whether the user operation authority information corresponds to the node authority information.
Specifically, the service handling permission information may be obtained according to the signing parallel node information, or the receipt handling permission information may be obtained according to the receipt parallel node information, or the other certificate file uploading and/or editing permission information may be obtained according to the other certificate node information, or the service handling data auditing permission information may be obtained according to the rechecking node information, or the other certificate file auditing permission information may be obtained according to the other certificate rechecking node information.
The service handling permission information can be obtained according to the information of the customer service staff, or the return receipt file uploading permission information can be obtained according to the information of the handling staff, or the auditing operation permission information can be obtained according to the information of the rechecker.
For example, the service node information obtained by the service authority management device is a contract parallel node, and in this step, the node authority information corresponding to the contract parallel node may be obtained as follows: service handling permission information, wherein the obtained user information is as follows: in this step, the user operation authority information corresponding to the customer service staff information may be acquired as follows: and (4) service handling authority information.
In a possible implementation manner, the service authority management apparatus may store node information of the first node and user authority information corresponding to the node information in advance.
The service right management device may further store user right information corresponding to the user information of the first user in advance.
Therefore, the service authority management device can determine whether the first user has the operation authority at the first node according to the pre-stored node authority information and the user authority information corresponding to the user information.
In this step, the service right management apparatus may further determine whether the first user has an operation right at the first node by:
acquiring corresponding node authority information according to the first node information, and acquiring corresponding user operation authority information according to user information;
judging whether the user operation authority information corresponds to the node authority information or not;
and if so, acquiring the operation information of the user, and comparing whether the operation information of the user corresponds to the user operation authority information.
And 03, if the first user has the operation authority on the first node, allowing the first user to operate on the first node according to the operation authority by the first terminal.
When a service person logs in any node at a terminal device, an operation action can be performed at the node, in order to manage the authority of the service person, when the service person performs the operation action, the operation authority of the service person at the service person can be judged, if the first user has the operation authority at the first node, the first user is allowed to operate at the first node according to the operation authority, and if the first user does not have the operation authority at the first node, the first user is not allowed to operate at the first node.
For example, if the user information is customer service staff information, the service authority management device may allow the customer service staff to perform a service handling operation in the first node.
For another example, if the user information is rechecking person information, the service right management apparatus may allow the rechecking person to perform a rechecking operation at the first node.
Specifically, the service authority management device may allow the first user to perform an upload operation of the receipt material when the first user has a right to upload the receipt material, or may allow the first user to perform an upload operation of the service handling material when the first user has a right to transact the service, or may allow the first user to perform an add operation of the receipt material or an add operation of the service handling material when the first user has a right to add the receipt material or add the service handling material, or may allow the first user to perform a download operation of the material corresponding to the edit operation when the first user has a right to edit the receipt material.
In this step, after allowing the first user to operate at the first node according to the operation permission, the service permission management apparatus may further obtain a file to be operated, and perform an operation corresponding to the operation permission on the file to be operated.
By the service authority management method, the authority of the service personnel on the terminal can be managed, the operation that the service personnel can execute the operation inconsistent with the authority of the service personnel is avoided, each file in the electronic office system has uniqueness, and the electronic file is easier to manage.
Referring to fig. 2, a service right management device is shown, in the embodiment, the service right management device 10 may include or be divided into one or more program modules, and the one or more program modules are stored in a storage medium and executed by one or more processors to implement the service right management method.
